I won't lie seeing how bad the other reviews were after scheduling my apt made me a bit nervous but…read moreI had a great experience. I called and they were friendly and able to get me In the next day for an emergency apt. Had no wait times and they did testing to check my hearing. Everyone was nice and educated. I saw Dr Richardson and she explained everything really well with what was going on with my ears.

I went in and was scheduled with Dr Allison. Not at all what I hoped for or needed. I know I have…read morea hearing issue but also wanted to see what was going on with repeat ear and sinus infections as well as bumps/sores in my nose. His words after looking ONLY at my nose was "I don't see a problem." Seriously my nose was tender to the touch due to the sores. The audiologist was ridiculous. She put a sample pair on me that were not working right/not programmed properly. I tested them for almost 2 wks, went back and told her the pair she put on me didn't make a difference. She claimed to try to change but couldn't figure out how so told me to take the first pair home and try them again. They didn't work the 1st 2 weeks so now they were supposed to magically start working? OR I could buy a pair (over $4,000). The overall experience lacked care and compassion from staffing, on time appts (I understand a few minutes late but not 45-60 minutes for every appt), follow up from there office, etc. oh, and I bought the brand Widex that she suggested, but not from them. And I paid a lot less than what they were going to charge.

Dr. Redfeldt has been my ENT for years. She literally saved my life when through her constant…read moreattention to details, she detected a very rare Cancer in my nose. She operated on that Cancer, removed it and then arranged to have a great Radiation specialist do the follow-up radiation. I have been Cancer free for over 14 years now. I was told I would lose my Salivary glands due to the extreme radiation required, but the specialist she brought in was able to prevent any further problems. If not for her dedication and thoroughness I doubt I would be writing this now. Since then she has been my go to ENT and I have never been disappointed with her. I highly recommend Dr. Redfeldt for all your INT needs. She is a great physician. The depth of her knowledge is unmatched and She really cares for her patients.

Although I would always give Dr. Raquel Redtfelt a 5 star review as a specialist in her field I can…read morenow only give her 1 star for how I have been treated through the Covid pandemic. I was having problems with my voice for the last 3 months and I felt uncomfortable swallowing at times. I scheduled an appointment for 9/23. 2 days later a person on her office staff called me and told me she would do a Telemedicine call only and if she saw fit, She would have me come in. GREAT! Docs are now charging patients their full copay, mine is $30 for a telephone consult an then charge another $30 to come into the office to be checked. $60.....come on! So, I call my other ENT in Phoenix. They told me by all means, come in, we even have an opening tomorrow. So I went in and had a full exam. He even scoped my throat by putting a endoscope in my nose and down my throat and had me make certain sounds. The Dr. found some problems that I will not go into her but he told me to discontinue an inhaler that I was using that was prescribed by another Dr. He also said some of my problem may be due to acid reflux and I may have to change from OTC meds to something more suited for my condition. So tell me, how could that diagnosis been made via the phone? It wold have cost me $60 instead of $30. This Telemdicine this is a racket, a licence for doctors to increase their bottom line. They can charge you your deductible and code whatever they want to the insurance company. I have already dismissed 3 of my long term docs for bad practices like this. I dismissed my PCP last November after 15 years. I was in a car accident and went to the hospital emergency. The Hospital told me to see my PCP and follow up in 3 weeks with my PCP. My normal copay is $20 to my PCP and he wanted $150, what a rip for a follow up. I told them I am a patient for 15 years, they told me that they asked the Dr. and he said that is the rate.I tried to get the Dr. to change it but no go, so I quit his practice also. Why do doctors feel it is ok to fleece ther patients.

I love Trinity ENT so much. I had a sinuplasty and turbinate removal after an extremely painful and…read morelong battle with a double ear infection in 2022. This helped me IMMENSELY with my quality of life- allergies, breathing, etc you know the basics. The staff was INCREDIBLY kind and super knowledgeable. They even offered to play music of my choice during my procedure- I chose Frank Ocean for max vibes. I just left their new office with my partner who has a HOST of ENT-related ailments. We made an appointment just three days ago and they were already able to see us! Everyone was super kind and willing to listen to him explain his symptoms. They all took their time explaining the medical issues with us, breaking down different treatment protocols, and exploring payment options. Thank you Trinity!

My husband went to this clinic because of a deviated nasal septum. They performed a nasal endoscopy…read moreand a CT scan of his face without informing him beforehand that these procedures would result in additional charges. They also told him that he would need surgery, but they did not inform us until after the examinations had been completed and the surgery had been scheduled that the anesthesiologist was out of network and would not be covered by our insurance. In my opinion, patients should be informed in advance about the costs of any procedures and whether all providers involved in their treatment are covered by their insurance. We should have been given this information before anything was done, so we could make an informed decision. Instead, everything came as a surprise after we had already incurred expenses. In the end, we decided not to proceed with the surgery, and the money we spent on the visits and tests felt like an unnecessary expense that could have been avoided with better communication and transparency. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled. Patients deserve to know the potential costs upfront, not after the services have already been provided.
