I saw Dr. Yamada and she was very clearly overwhelmed with my complex medical history. She was unsure what to do, since their office doesn't even do cultures... and she simply concluded for me to just follow up with the drs I'm already seeing and not to schedule a follow up with her??? (Aka don't come back.) She said I "probably have pseudomonas in the ear and to go to the ER next time I have it..". Why wouldn't I come to the established ENT I have? Why would I have to go all the way to an ER for an infection that I was referred to an ENT for? What a joke! I wish I had never wasted my time going here. Stay away. I highly recommend this place because the doctor Takako Yamada, was extremely patient and understanding with me. I'm very sensitive to pain and tend to get anxious easily, but she made the whole experience so much easier. I explained where I felt discomfort, and she removed my nasal splints very gently, giving me time to take a breath after each step. If you've had a septoplasty and are scheduled to have your splints removed here, don't worry -- you'll be in the hands of a truly caring and professional doctor. read more

They do not answer their phones at any time of the day but rather offshore their phone calls to the Phillipines. You dont get a call back and for me an emergency referral equalled 2 weeks out causing me to have to seek help at an emergency room. Never received any reminder or notification that my appt was booked or needed to be confirmed. Receptionist told me that was probably her fault. Once I finally got in the nurse practitioner and person taking notes had little to no bedside manner. They dropped me as a patient when I complained to their corporate office that both staff members appeared to be laughing and gossiping about me as I was leaving the room. Completely unprofessional office. My spouse was witness to all of it and had already found me another provider. Do not recommend going there at all. read more

I was referred here by my health insurance company. It's such a pain to have to get a referral from PCP then to have to wait weeks to hear from them. This is by no fault of this office just the hoops that the insurance companies make you jump through. Traffic over here is currently horrible due to construction. It will be that way for at least 6 months so plan accordingly when in the area. The staff was ok not the friendliest bunch. My wait was minimal they actually called me back at my appointment time. The NP Yamada was very nice. She took her time to discuss my concerns and answered all of my questions. Apparently there is a lot of provider turnover. Quite a few patients in the lobby area have been discussing it. They aren't happy having to see different people each visit. Hopefully they can help me with all my sinus problems. read more

Now that I am older I need hearing aids. We had taken my mother-in-law here to get hers before. I called to setup an appointment, and explained that I needed aids and wanted a hearing test, and to get started. When I arrived I was the only patient, and there were just a few employees in the office. I had brought my MIL's hearing aids to get a replacement rubber tip. Another lady came in, and she was told that her appointment had been canceled. They brought me back to an exam room, and a nice PA came in and examined my ears. She was Asian, and I wasn't able to understand everything she said due to her accent. I mentioned that I need hearing aids. My ears were fine (as I knew since I'd seen my PCP recently and had no symptoms other than my longstanding hearing loss and tinnitus). Could I get my hearing test and get started getting some aids? NO- there was no audiologist there. Could I get the new tip for my MIL's aids- NO- same answer. I went back twice since, once for a hearing aid consult (2 hours in the office). And today, I went to get my aids (and they're great). When I got to the front desk, I was 8 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist got my name and DOB, and told me that they're sorry- we have to reschedule- they have a 10-minute grace period. I showed her my watch (I was 8 minutes late). She told me to have a seat. I got my aids and the lady adjusted them. The people are friendly, but some are kurt. The lady who programs the aids is very nice, but doesn't seem to know her stuff (I like to ask very technical questions to fully understand how a thing works -theory of operation type stuff- so as to get the most out of it). I don't need information on stuff in the manual, because I read those, and do research on the manufacturer's website. I would not recommend this joint. read more

I had a question on a day I wasn't there and Whitney the NPC answered the phone personally and helped me. As someone with anxiety they talked me through everything and made me very comfortable. Afternoon Friends and Yelpers! Ever hear of "Ear therapy?" Me Neither! First thing I thought of is... 62 yr old -easy target for racking up $45 copays twice a week... out of me! I decided to play along due to I was having tinnitus in my ears, random dizziness and vertigo so bad I was using a cane to walk. My balance was shot and I was unable to stand without swaying. You can read my review on "VibrantCare Rehab" I wrote a few weeks back because they were AMAZING. (Where Enticare sent me for "therapy") ****Short recap-They perform a technique called the "EPLEY MANEUVER" where they literally shake the ear crystals back into place in your ears! They position your head and move it around. They have strengthening and balancing exercises as well so please READ THAT REVIEW which explains what they actually do! So today I went back to Dr. James Grosek for my follow up and had to admit to him IT WORKED and I was NO LONGER USING MY CANE! I can step up on a stool without swaying, I can get out of bed and walk to kitchen without my walker and if I get pulled over I can walk the line without them thinking I am a DRUNK!! :) My headaches are better, my balance is great, I can watch TV without getting dizzy and not having to use a cane for walking is more than I could have asked for! "Ear Therapy" ((Which is really called Vestibular Therapy)) IS a real thing and I have to say has helped to literally change my life. I laughed about it, doubted it and actually almost didn't even go!! If you have dizziness and vertigo that is interrupting your life, go see Dr James Grosek and his assistant Arlene....you won't be sorry!! Off to watch the Phoenix Suns Playoff Game #5!! Wow awful business. Sitting in their waiting rooM now and all 20 chairs are full. Packed like sardines in here! No wonder they NEVER pick up the phone when you call and you only get the answering service. Had to chase them down to get my apt scheduled. Why my other Dr recommended this place other than proximity I'll never know. STAY AWAY! I'm 30 min from my apt time and not being seen yet. They just want as much business as possible and take on way more than they can handle at the expense of their patients time. Worst Managed Dr office I've ever been to! This place is ok. I just felt like I was a number. The doctor seemed like they were just in and out. Not as much help as I had hoped. I went in to get some allergy testing and some other stuff. Then the billing department gave me a $500 bill saying I had hit my out of pocket maximum, but then at my next appointment at another office they said I did not hit it so I don't know what number they are looking at. went in last Thursday for a blocked ear drum, I saw the NP Krysten. She was extremely rude. She caused me so much pain during procedure and then proceeded to tell me that my appointment couldn't go past 15 minutes or I'd have to leave. I went in with no pain and could hear after i left I lost hearing and have suffered immensely with pain. Had to go to ER where they informed me that she punctured my eardrum. I keep calling the office to speak to manager with no response. I've now had to hire an attorney. Do not go there they do not treat patients with dignity or respect!!!! Check in process went smoothly, filling out the usual paperwork. Was taken back and seen by Krysten promptly for my 8:00 appointment. She was very caring and professional and did an excellent job scoping me - no pain at all. She diagnosed the problem and came up with a treatment plan. Overall a very favorable experience. read more

Provider is so nice & funny- staff & billing? A nightmare. Highly do not recommend coming here, and will continue spreading the word about the god awful service I received from billing & staff. I constantly called them for 2 months to do the most simple thing: set up billing via email because I don't want to pay over the phone. What did they do? Ignore my emails, string me on several calls, and do everything but their job. Then, they forced me to pay over the phone & gave me no choice. They don't care about you. They just want your money. Management is clearly the problem, and reading these other reviews proves my point that this has been an issue for a while! They can't even do their job let alone have their employees do their job! I saw Li Li the nurse practitioner. She was amazing and very knowledgeable! She was able to address my ear issues and was so friendly! There are different locations and different specialties (audiology, ENT, sleep, allergy, etc). Trying to get specific questions answered (especially when it comes to insurance questions) took a little more time but they are always able to get back to me by the end of the day. The staff are friendly as well. They require face masks during covid and also space the chairs in the waiting room as well, so I felt comfortable coming in during the pandemic! read more

Nobody would answer the doorbell, and there was another mother with her child there for a sleep study as well. I waited over a month for this appointment, and drove almost 45 minutes. There is a reason they have a 2.4 star rating. I went in for a sleep study and they said I needed a CPAP and to call the sleep department contact Jen. I called Jen at least 5 times with no response. Finally I called the main number to see what was going on. All of the sudden (4 months later) I get a call from the CPAP company (Rotek). By this time I had retired and dropped my insurance and Rotek wouldn't process the order without insurance info. It looks like Enticare waited 5 months to order the CPAP and then they keep sending me bills that I have paid. I sent their billing dept copies of payments and then I never hear back. This company is a joke and I would avoid at all costs. read more

*updated* another frustration is that their scheduling/refill requests is outsourced so when you call to make an appointment you have to give them ALL of your information just for them to have a scheduler Give you a call back within 24 hours. If you miss their call back then you have to go back to square one and start all over. Once again, the wait time is astronomical. If we weren't on a progressive allergy medication, we would never come back. Don't get me wrong, we love Doctor Li, but Today's appointment took 45 minutes to be called back and another 20 minutes after that to be seen. We literally come in to make sure everything is going well with the medications. Our appointment is 5 minutes max. It just sucks that this has to be such a long endeavor for a 5 minute appointment. They provided me my cpap but they refuse to support it. They have no idea what masks I have used and they apparently do not keep any records. Whoever answers their phones has 0 information about who you should talk to about past masks used, which I feel they should have a record of. The last time I was in there they completely wasted my time and then lied to me just to get me on my way. I got in 5 mins before my appointment time and was not called back till 45 mins later. Once back I sat there for another 45 mins before someone came in and said the person that works with the cpap are not here and they will call you. Yeah that was 2 weeks ago and still no call. Please, heed my warning stay away from this company its nothing but stress and frustration then you get to start all over again somewhere else read more

Agreed with previous comments. This business model gets an F. The dr I saw was nice, but a 50 minute wait before being seen and NO way to contact staff directly. You're sent to a general line and have to wait 24 hours for a call back. If you work like most people and miss the call, you're out of luck until they call you back. read more

What a waste of time. I've had 4 appointments because I'm having trouble swallowing and never have they addressed that issue instead giving me barium swallow studies. They still haven't fixed the problem which another doctor fixed quite easily and simply in 10 minutes. I went back today where they told me that I needed to see a different doctor for what I was talking about even though I have mentioned this to them every time I've come in. Made an appointment as a new patient for a tube replacement. I went in, they removed the one that had come out then informed me I needed to make a separate appointment with a surgeon. Okay. Except they need to rent out a surgical facility and bring in an anesthesiologist (!!!) to the tune of $3,500. With the crap they call insurance here. NO WAY. Previously in another state (CA) my ENT would do it outpatient for $300. Without insurance, cash price. These people are nuts and I'm frankly disenchanted with medical care in the state of Arizona. I'll be scheduling a flight to CA, a hotel stay, rental car, go to Disneyland, eat out, visit friends, and get my tube replaced for less than that. Unbelievable. read more

The office was very busy and overbooked with patients. My appointment time was 2:00pm and I wasn't seen until 2:45. The doctor was in a rush and spent maybe 3 min. with me. I wanted a thorough exam since I was suffering with vertigo. I had to tell her to look in my nose. I had to finish asking my questions with the nursing assistant who gave me more time and respect. The front office only had one girl and the office is way to busy for just one person. I had to wait 3 weeks to get a VNG appointment for my dizziness. I ended up just cancelling all together. Not happy and didn't feel like I'd be properly cared for. There is nothing worse than an overbooked doctor's office and a doctor that does not have sufficient time to spend with their patients. read more

Sleep study/machine follow-up is AWFUL!!!! First study in February 2020, machine is not the correct one. Long delays and complications due to Covid, I get it. Ready to move forward with second sleep study on June 17, new machine decided by Dr on June 19. After numerous calls to voice mails finally talked to someone who was re-sending the order for the new machine on June 27. As of July 1, the order still has not be received. Why am I doing all of this follow-up? Interesting that sleep study Dr, Cardiologist, Neurologist all say my husband has "severe apnea" based on the test results and could cause complications. Oh, maybe like the stroke he had? The convenient location for Enticare has not been worth the frustration in getting my husband a machine that will supply oxygen to his brain. I just left this office after having a horrible experience with the nurse practitioner Krysten L. Her attitude was horrible. Apparently I am not the only one on yelp that thinks this. I asked her why her attitude was so bad and she said she was having a bad day. As a healthcare provider(advanced practice nurse with 35 years experience) I let her know that as a professional you do not take you "bad days" out on the patients. My doctor sent me there. I did not want to have to go and I missed work to be there. Pretty angry. This is the first review I have ever posted on yelp. Consider another ENT office. read more

Don't go here. Had to get my ct scan results. Sat there for 45 and heard the doctor say from the hallway she was trying to get out early. Kristen/krysten came in and said she was a nurse practitioner that was going to review my ct when an hour before, the other nurse said the doctor would be in. She had no information, suggested surgery with very low confidence, didn't know how many people get surgery/how many live with the issue/ or how common my problem is. Looked in my nose and when she was asked if the problem seemed worse, if was listed as mild on my ct from weeks before, she said she didn't know how to tell. I am happy with my care here. I go in for allergies and my prescription for Flonase and allergy pills. The waiting room is clean and the staff is helpful. I so far have had good experiences. This location is a little farther from my house but it is good if you need to make an appointment. read more
