The deductibles had all been met for 2021, but start over tomorrow, so this was a complete waste of time, energy, and I'm out, without new hearing aids. I drove 27 miles to this appointment. I was assured prior authorizations had been met. This company lied to me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. I would give them a ZERO rating.

She also cleaned the wax from my ears. I think she spent an hour or longer with me. When I thanked her and said goodbye, I stopped at the front desk to pay the bill. I was told there was no charge. So I guess it's not "free" and clearly the emphasis is on sales vs an honest unbiased evaluation of my hearing. I walked out and I'm heading to Costco as many have recommended. Lesson learned. My husband went in for EXCRUCIATING unexplained ear pain, talking ear pain to the physical touch,…read moreputting a shirt on, etc. The MA was checking vitals and shoved the tool in his ear and didn't even apologize, just said "oops" when my husband jumped from the pain! The Dr wasn't any better! He said "I have no idea; let me remove wax" and we forewarned, AGAIN how sensitive his ear was to the touch, and he proceeded to grab his ear without any sensitivity and then during the process of removing wax with a vacuum dug in and when my husband said it hurts really bad while his leg was shaking from the pain, the Dr didn't stop and said "oh it's not that bad"
