It may have been a much longer drive to there there, but I was able to walk in (actually got the part at the Tempe office - sent over from the Mesa office) and quickly get the replacement part installed in my hearing aid -- at a much cheaper price than I was quoted at two other places. Then had to change them for ones with batteries. Now for the second time in 6 MONTHS, I have to take them back because they are not working!! After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home. The only saving grace of my visit was the help I got from the receptionist.
