I even said so if I keep feeling this can I come back in she said yes. When I walked into the reception area they hadn't finished checking in the person who walked in after me that is how long she spent looking in my ears. This was a Monday . The feeling of wax in there only got worse. I had a busy work week by Thursday night it was clogged up I called Friday left a message like you always have to do and wait for them to call yo back. It may have been a much longer drive to there there, but I was able to walk in (actually got the part at the Tempe office - sent over from the Mesa office) and quickly get the replacement part installed in my hearing aid -- at a much cheaper price than I was quoted at two other places. Each time it's helped my husband and I am so glad I found this place. Stacy, the receptionist is wonderful, too. Very helpful. Dr. Hale explained what was going on that was causing the issues my husband has been having: intermittent light-headedness, dizziness, balance type issues, nausea. He came in on the 2nd visit, which was 3 months after the first visit, early at 7 am so my husband could get to work on time. That was so kind of Dr. Hale to do this, to accommodate our schedule in this manner. Most places will not do this, so this says a lot for AFA and Dr. Hale. The office area is very neat, clean, uncluttered, modern and inviting. Dr. Hale will entertain any questions we have. Hopefully this adjustment will be permanent and there is nothing else going on here. But, so far, we are 100% satisfied and would recommend this place.

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office…read more Started by showing up to my 1pm appointment half an hour early as that was advised when scheduling and the texts and emails I got prior to the appointment. When I arrived the office was closed with a sign saying they would return at 1:30pm. Office was finally open at 1pm. When I went back to start testing I was met with a lack of empathy from the doctor performing the testing for my vertigo. During one of the tests I asked to stop as I was experiencing extreme pain instead of allowing me a second to regroup the doctor said I couldn't do anymore tests and asked me to leave. During such extreme testing a little bit of empathy would have helped immensely instead I was met with coldness and a lack of understanding. I have never been so mistreated at a doctor's office in my life. Please never go to this place.
