I went in for wax removal in my right ear because it It was plugged up …read more I wasn't in the chair for the wax removal 5 minutes and Ariana said I was done I told her I still felt something and instead of looking in one more time she just goes on to tell me it probably some loose skin. I even said so if I keep feeling this can I come back in she said yes. When I walked into the reception area they hadn't finished checking in the person who walked in after me that is how long she spent looking in my ears. This was a Monday . The feeling of wax in there only got worse. I had a busy work week by Thursday night it was clogged up I called Friday left a message like you always have to do and wait for them to call yo back. On Monday I get a call The receptionist got my info said she would have to talk to Ariana and call me back. I got a call back Ariana and was told that Ariana said my ears were clean and I should go see my health care provider I must have an infection. I'll just go to a real ear doctors office and get this looked at. Mary C

Everyone I've encountered at this office is always very friendly and helpful. Their after sale support is amazing and I commend management for fostering an environment conducive to excellent customer service. More importantly, I commend the staff, Ben and Molly on this occasion, for having a caring attitude towards patients and going above and beyond to understand their unique needs and find suitable solutions.

I recently visited Dr. Haddadin, and I could not be more grateful for the level of care I received…read more From the moment I met Dr. Haddadin he was very thorough. His compassion went far beyond what I ever expected from a doctor. Dr. Haddadin did not just treat my condition-- but me as a person. Dr. Haddadin took the time to explain everything with such patience and clarity, making sure I understood every step and felt comfortable moving forward. In a moment when I was feeling overwhelmed because I knew I was going to get dizzy and become nauseous, his kindness and steady reassurance made all the difference. I left feeling great, no dizziness and deeply grateful. I cannot thank Dr. Haddadin enough, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who needs not just a skilled physician, but a truly compassionate human being. Thank you, Dr. Haddadin!

Extremely disappointing. My dizziness was checked by a student instead of a doctor. They never…read moreasked for my permission. The student said the doctor would see me after the test. After one exhausting hour I was told that the doctor was in the room. When I turned around to look at her, she made no effort to introduce herself or address me properly. She just said I should go see a neurologist. The woman should not have been working. She looked as if she would deliver a baby any minute. she should've been home. The only saving grace of my visit was the help I got from the receptionist.

Dr Stein and the medical staff were great. The admin and their system is where things seem to break…read moredown. They changed my first name to a letter. Literally. They claim they can't list me by my actual first name, because it's abbreviated on my insurance card. My insurance knows it's abbreviated and they have my full legal name. And even if their system is that complicated, there's no preferred name option? Really? So they will refer to me as a single letter instead of my actual name. I've never run into this problem before at a medical provider office and I've been to many using the same insurance card. Imagine being taken back to have a procedure done under anesthesia and the assistant you've never met tries to greet you but doesn't know what to call you because your name is missing on your paperwork, and it's just a letter. Imagine they try to call your driver back after you're done, and they don't know what to announce. Imagine you get texts after your procedure, referring to you as a single letter instead of your first name. That's exactly what happened, and I was really surprised. It's poor customer service. It creates confusion and discomfort when you're already in a vulnerable position. I work at a medical office and I can't imagine treating a patient like that. It's such a basic standard to call people by their name. I let the office know my concern and they said they can't do anything about it. I'll go elsewhere next time.

And got a call from a collection agency and they are trying to collect the amount. Call doctor office back and told them and they said they would have someone investigate it and get back to me. Looks like I might have to file a complaint with the AZ attorney general office that they are trying to extort money from me. My insurance company said that I do not own them anything. Stay away from them unless you want trouble.
