The lenses, or the surgery did not work. My Eyesight at all distances is blurry. I was told to go get glasses, and that might help a little. After having my eyes check for glasses the optometrist said, "The eye that still has the cataract is better with glasses than the eye with no cataract, the Odessey Lense, and glasses." The optometrist said the eye that had the surgery will never be corrected with glasses. At least I still have one good eye.

I was a new patient. The woman who answered and scheduled the appointment for me listened patiently while I explained my problem and was able to get me in the next day. I showed up from my appointment 15 The front office staff were smiling, kind and courteous. The office is clean, warm and inviting. Not at all sterile. The assistant that took me back and did the initial exam before I was seen by the doctor was fantastic. They run pretty efficiently (from our family visits) and for my annual eye exam, I was done in about 30 mins. Dilation can still be done but with my busy schedule, I opt for the Optomap imaging and pay a bit more (~$25) as getting dilated & dealing with it all day is no longer doable. We needed to get some prescription sports sunglasses for the runner in the family. They carried a few of the Prescription Oakley of interest so it was good to go in and physically try them on (unlike online). To be clear, they were not cheap, but we reviewed all the options (tint color, reflection, etc...) and I have to admit, they look pretty sweet!!

Both are veterans and truly care about their patients. I arrived about 10 prior to my appointment and was warmly greeted immediately and enjoyed some coffee as I waited. BTW, great coffee!
