Stay away from this horrible office! Dr. Shilpa Vishwanath butchered my lip during a lip biopsy procedure! I had to go to the ER the day after the procedure because she did such a horrible job. I was in excruciating pain and my lip was severely swollen for days. The ENT office never returned our calls after we asked what to do or if I could come in and get help, which I was promised by Dr. Vishwanath if anything happened. Because no one got back to us we ended up having to go to urgent care then the ER. The doctors and medical staff that saw my lip commented that it looked really bad and infected. When I went in for my follow up appointment Dr. Vishwanath never took any responsibility but instead blamed the office staff. I don't know how she is still practicing, she is a horrible doctor! My lip is still not healed all the way, & still numb in spots and it's now been 2 months. read more

I confirmed my appointment for 1:30 but received a text one hour before leaving the house that someone changed my appointment to 2:15. I called to see why and who changed it, was told Enticare changed my provider, time, location, including city. the text did not say anything about the new location or provider. I get to the appointment and ask to speak to office manager and am given automated phone message system with no way to reach office manager. This was after they took my copay. Receptionist did not want to provide any assistance. Terrible- absolutely terrible customer service. There is one receptionist and no one else here in frint office. Five deep to check in. BEWARE!!! This is the most unorganized doctors office I have ever went to. I chased them around for months trying to book an appointment after they took my co-pay. Months and months! No joke, then when I finally got the appointment I had to get tested, that took some doing as well, two trips to their office, then the results took like a a month and a half to get. Not one phone call from them this whole time, not one phone call! I called and called to set everything up. After finally reviewing results, I was in need of a device and They started that I should not use my insurance and I should just pay cash, it would be cheaper. I did pay them cash and then low and behold I received another bill from them for what my insurance company did not cover. I cannot believe them. This has went on for months and months!!! I am so ticked off at them, this has cost me so much time and money. I cannot believe this experience , I just wish i would have went somewhere else, its so disappointing. I talked with the management and they acted super shocked, like this stuff never happens. I even showed up to an office and no one was in the building for an appointment, no one, i waited for half hour and then called the office phone number on the front door and it rang and rang and someone at the Chandler office finally picked up. The Chandler office was like no one is in the building? They called and called while i was on hold, they told me to just leave. I was like should I lock up for you guys? Enticare is not a reliable medical facility. All 3 appts made had issues. I made sure appts were confirmed, but telemed appt was not acknowledged and had to reschedule, and today they said there was no appt made for me (even after confirming today's appt couple days ago that I in fact was scheduled for today). Not sure what their issues are, but as medical professionals they are not properly taking care of people in need and are negligent with follow up appts. Will not refer anybody to this place. There is no continuity of care which is harmful to patients. Off to find a more RELIABLE ENT doctor. What a waste of time, energy, prolonged stress, & negligent patient care. read more

Pharmacy could not fill prescription because they had questions for Enticare....and Enticare did not return the pharmacy's call for 3 + days. Too many options in Valley....to except poor care. Arrived at 8:50am for my 9:15 appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. Was finished at 9:10. Didn't get called back until 9:45? Longest I have had to wait at any doctor's office. NP was very short with me and seemed in a hurry to be done with me. Spent all of 3 minutes with the doctor after waiting nearly an hour and left with an RX for things I had already been prescribed by my general doctor months ago and given no new information on my sinus problems. Doctor is ok for the 10 minute visit and it is hard to judge competency with a limited visit especially when they use acronyms with no explanations. The scheduling, appointment process is horrid and absolutely the worst I've experienced in my entire adult life. I filled out all the new patient forms online and when I see the nurse, she asks me the same questions. Apparently the online intake process is disconnected from the practice so there is duplication of the process. I wasted 30 minutes of my time filling out forms that never get processed, terrible!! Prescriptions are not logged correctly into their system so it is a frustrating process with multiple calls and wait time to get information corrected and correct refills. I still don't any confidence my prescription is correct with the doctors office. Getting a follow up visit is a the worst in the industry. They call you when you are busy and go to voice mail. They leave their name, no extension. You call their general number and the person who answers the phone does not have a company directory so they cannot route you to the person who called. The person answering the general number is the face of the company. If this person can't even properly answer questions and route calls, then heaven help the frustrated patients. They will take a message and it takes weeks to get someone to call you back. To be truthful. No doctor is that good to deal with BAD business processes and untrained people interfacing with patients. read more

Horrible service, I did a sleep study with Tracy: she hooked me up to the cpap machine at 10:45pm my app was at 830, that's not the problem. the problem was that at 1am she was talking on her cell phone (personal call) wasnt an emergency she was talking about her Saturday night. Of course she woke me, how else would I have known about her phone call. I paged for her she finally came into my room. She said that I hadnt slept enough to record my sleep habits etc. That I didnt have enough recorded for insurance reasons, That I would have to come back and do another study. She said that I had to have at least 2 hours of sleep for my insurance before 2am. Well that of course wasnt gonna happen. I was so upset, i called the office and told them a few different times, nothing came of it, besides a bill $375 for me to pay and I still have to do another study and pay. just ridiculous. needless to say, I will not be using Enticare. read more

I arrived 5 minutes late (according to my Apple watch) to my appointment and learned that since I was more than 10 minutes late according to their clock, they would have to "check with the doctor" to see if she would agree to see me. After much back and forth, it was decided that I could be seen. After an hour of waiting in my car to be called in, I spent another half hour in the exam room. My husband and I came in here for hearing aids. After spending an hour doing pre appointment paper work and driving for an hour and a half, we were told they couldn't find any for my husband. He had to stand and redo them. They finally called us back 45 minutes later than my scheduled time. We were then told they couldn't do anything more than check our ears for wax!! They couldn't give us hearing tests because by now it was too late today, besides they had never checked our insurance. With that being the case, why did I have to give that info when I made the appointments a month previous. I understand everything is difficult with Covid but it is very difficult to understand Li Li with masks on. We will go elsewhere to spend our money for hearing aids. We won't be back here. After waiting in the lobby for well over an hour past our appointment time, and even significantly longer considering our requested early arrival time. Despite clearly communicating in advance a documented medical condition that made wearing a mask difficult and risky I asked for them to asses my father for oxygen and was told they do not have oxygen on site- mind you this place is also treats allergies- BEWARE anaphylactic patients, your risking your life going here. Additionally first and last names and DOB are openly discussed at the front desk hello? HIPPA VIOLATION? No where is there a a copy of your HIPPA rights posted or visible. Upon entering the exam room it was clear no cleaning between visits had been done there was a clearly used mask left behind hanging on the chair in addition to condensation from two cups on the waiting chairs in the exam room- and debris on the patient chair hello this is a pandemic. Who is cleaning between rooming patients; because it's clearly NOT happening. While the physician was very pleasant and knowledgeable (Dr Vishwanath) it was clear there was not enough time to address multiple questions or concerns, with staff like this we will not be using this facility for any long term care. read more

Scheduled a scoping per my ortho surgeon over the phone with the "appointment setter" who assured me the owner himself would be doing it and that they weren't taking too many patients due to covid19. 14 people were there at the exact same time I was. I am very disappointed in Enticare, Chandler. I called them on Monday because apparently Preferred Homecare did not receive the doctors orders. I called before 3:30, expecting a call back, at least that's what the recorded message said, and I never received a call back. I waited for them to call me on Tuesday and nothing. I called again on Wednesday letting them know in a message that this was my second attempt to contact them, and I still did not receive a call back. I called again on Thursday, left a message and nothing. It wasn't until Friday that Samantha called me and when I told her what was happening and how many times I left messages all she did was giggle, no apology, nothing. I wanted to let you know about my visit with Enticare in Chandler this morning. New patient, so I knew I would have a lot of paperwork. I got there before the doors even opened at 8am. I had an 8:15 appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, a nurse finally took me to an exam room. She then proceeded to ask me all the same questions I just wrote in the 4 pages I had just filled out in the waiting room earlier. I asked why, and she said she was helping the girl at reception put it in the system. I thought that was ok, but frustrating. After another 25 minutes in the exam room alone, waiting to see the doctor, the nurse came back in and said I was in the wrong exam room, (that she put me in!), we moved to a new room. At 9:15, over a full hour after I walked in, never saw a doctor, I was fed up and walked out. I did stop to tell the front desk that after getting here before they opened, and an hour after my appointment time, I was leaving. She told me they were double booked! I was taking my 2 yr old here for fluid in his ears, first visit we were seen by Christina Miller, who was very rude and condescending. For the follow-up, we were 15 min late, called ahead to let them know, and were turned away upon arrival. I had my 2 yr old with me, who was in pain due to fluid in his ears. We were told she didn't have time to see us as we were late, and that she was too backed up with "other patients who had arrived on time". I had the staff ask her THREE times to please see my son. Mind you there was no one else in the waiting area, or even parked outside the office, and before we could even leave the parking lot, out walks Christina Miller who hops into her convertible to head home. Apparently a 2 yr old in pain isn't enough to hold her over on a Friday afternoon. read more

We have had a VERY poor experience with the Gilbert Enticare, from start to finish. First, in making the appointment, the woman was very rushed and rude and seemed as though she had no time or care at all for our call. The appointment was made for 8:15 and she instructed us to arrive 15 minutes early for new patient paperwork... even though we are not new patients. No problem, arrived at 8:00am to a locked door and two other patients waiting outside. We waited only a few minutes, but the woman in front of me was told to arrive at 7:45... One of the staff was apologetic, I will say, but the others were the very opposite. It almost seemed as though we were a bother for just being there. No apology, no trying to hurry, just holding her breakfast and wouldn't make eye contact. When I finally did see the nurse practitioner, they didn't take the time to look into my past sleep study or any of my past medical history. In short, I was given Ambien instead of looking into the real problem. I am so shocked at the lack of care at this facility and the overall bad attitudes from start to finish. This is NOT how you treat patients. I will never go back to any enticare based on the care of this office. Please don't waste your time and find a facility that care for their patients. read more

While they got me in initially quick, the NP was so quick and short with me I literally left confused and offended. I know people in the medical industry luckily, so I had to ask them all my questions. She also wasn't nice at all and I felt she was frustrated with me when doing the tests on me. I called back after the treatment didn't work and I was regressing since my follow up was still weeks away. Three days later my prescription still wasn't filled after repeated calls saying they'd get it in and no one had called me for the follow up tests when they said they would. I finally had to go down there in person to hand pick up my prescription to take to the pharmacy. The admin is really nice. The nurse who took me back was also nice. The NP like I said was short and had no bone to care in her body it seems. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I expect better. Don't go here. I sadly am no closer to a cure and have to start with someone else now. Wasted two weeks of feeling like crap and my wallet. Update: Even though I canceled my follow up appointment, I still received a call the day after it was supposed to be asking why I was a no show and if I wanted to reschedule. After I told the girl that I was not happy with the care I received there and I wouldn't be needing them anymore she hung up on me. Yup, nothing else said, she just straight hung up on me. read more

I had to have a sleep study done as my Primary Care Physician gave me a preliminary diagnosis of sleep apnea and needed this symptom confirmed. I went and saw the ENT Dr. here and was given a sleep study appointment. The sleep study was scheduled 1 week from this initial visit and I was not real excited about it at all. I decided to go with their latest appointment, as I feared I would not be able to sleep, envisioning several doctors standing around in lab coats watching through a window as I lie there. When I arrived, I was very happy to see the type of room I would be sleeping in during the study! It was not the sterile hospital type foom I envisioned, rather more of a High End Hotel room with Satellite TV and Internet. The bed was Very comfortable as well. They did put electrodes all over my head and chest, but once the technician left, I just watched TV until I was sleepy and dozed off. The tech came in a few times during the night to make adjustments to the machines, but he was very pleasant and tried to be as quiet as possible. Let me tell you, I wish I would have done this 20 years ago as I have never felt better. Oh, also, the machine they gave me is 100% quiet and only has a small tube that goes to my nose. No more loud "Darth Vader" mask type machines for sleep apnea sufferers, these new quiet machines are portable and almost undetectable unless you told someone you were wearing it. Do yourself a Huge Favor; if you suffer from sleep apnea, go see ENTICARE, or ask your Primary Care Physician to refer you to them. read more

Had an appointment for some severe - but simple - sinus issues. Instead my ear was scraped at possibly damaging it as it's not hearing as well compared to when it was totally fine and I came in, my medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy causing a clusterfuck to even get them, and while I was there the woman seeing me never spoke directly to me, was rude, and not thorough at all. I say "the woman" because she never introduced herself so I have no clue what her qualifications are (I later saw them on some paperwork they gave me after - a nurse practitioner, maybe this explains some things; she's not even a real doctor or PA and boy can I see why). From the very start she was just in the room doing stuff and then basically stood behind me stabbing my ear and asking things I had already answered on the paperwork like 5 minutes prior which she clearly had read given she kept bringing up the things I had written on it. She didn't even bother checking in my actual nose at all where the problem was, which at other ENTs they'd pretty much treat it as the first thing to do - numbing your nose and shoving a camera up it. Here they did the bare minimum, claimed there's no way to check in your nose for anything without CT scans (completely untrue aside specifically the sinuses), and did this in the fastest way possible before throwing a bunch of meds at me without explaining what any are actually for or what any of them do (they also ended up not helping at all). I've been to other ENTs before for pretty much the same thing and I can tell you this is bottom of the barrel. That isn't the end though, it only gets worse. She prescribed a few medications for me to start immediately and...oops! The front staff is so inept that they managed to mispell my last name four times and also send all the prescriptions to the wrong location...which to make it worse was ALSO wrong as NO locations of this entire company had it in their systems and they even checked every other place in the entire Phoenix area. These people managed to send my prescriptions to nobody with the wrong name. Trying to call them about it nets you 5-in-a-row "our lines are busy" (which is bullshit, the place is empty all the time) and if you keep hammering them one finally answers and "forwards you" to the right people...who then don't answer and you're immediately forwarded to a shitty voice mail system. Having been there in person I can tell you those "right people" are literally sitting immediately behind the front desk - too hard to just turn around and tell them to take the call though. So I was stuck going back in person (almost half an hour from my home) which ended up with them trying to argue with me as if I give a shit that "this hasn't happened before" and "we don't know what happened". They even tried blaming Safeway for it. Sorry, but Safeway aren't the ones who completely botched my last name (even though they had my drivers license in person and scanned, my insurance card in person and scanned, and me spelling it out multiple times as well as writing it down for them) and sent my prescription to fucking nowhere. You don't know what happened? You fucked up, own up to it and fix it - don't argue with me and give me excuses, just fucking fix it. These people are absolutely incapable of doing their incredibly simple jobs and it makes it all more clear why computers are starting to replace menial labor like working at a front desk of a nurse's office. And no, Homan, I don't want to call another number to sit on hold for you people to fuck up again when you answer anyway - don't bother giving me your copy paste reply. Maybe if you were in your own office doing your own job the ratings would be less terrible but instead you put a nurse in there while your name just sits on the door. read more

First I have to say that I love Dr Mostafavi, he is one of the best. The female Dr is mediocre and really has no personality at all. As far as the office staff they are the worst. They cancel appointments by accident then refuse to see you , run over an hour and a half late, leave you on hold and forget about you, forget to send referrals. They need to hire better people. This is the first ENT office I've ever been to that has told my family that has refused to complete medical documentation for an insurance company, even after the office has been given a secific written HIPAA release. They are also the first ENT office that doesn't appear to understand that a person employed by a call center may not be allowed to report to work if that employee has lost their voice. This is with the staff admitting that they see a lot of call center employees for similar issues. The 2 star rating was given because the initial visit and treatment received would have warranted a 4 star rating, but what I've described above definitely brought the rating down. read more

We used Enticare's services in 2017 for an operation at Mercy Hospital in 2017. We were billed for their services along with other medical services that were used. They either have the worst, poorly-run billing department in the country or just are inept about keeping accurate records. We were billed and made payments on the amount due. We kept getting statements for the whole amount. When we called about a payment being applied, we were told that someone would call us back. Of course, that never happened. Finally, the account was turned over to a collection agency. We were able to validate all payments were already made and they closed the case. Fast forward to September 2021. We have now been threatened by ANOTHER collection company for payment in full for the 2017 services. When we drove to the Enticare office, (They don't answer their phone), we were told they could not talk to us because the file was in collections! We have politely told the collection company that we will not provide records AGAIN. They were actually very understanding and will pass the information back to Enticare. ENTICARE, WAKE UP. Either get employees with a clue what to do or actually care about doing a good job or have another company do your medical records! read more

BEWARE of Enticare ENT (they have several offices around the valley and Casa Grande). It is the worst doctor's office (Glendale location) I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Trust me! Worst billing department and front desk service. No Accountability!! Their front office called my insurance company and advised me that a sleep study would only cost me my $45 co-pay (they offered to call the insurance company for me, I did not ask them to) and they called me back and quoted me only the co-pay amount because the sleep study is performed in the office. On that same call, I double confirmed with Nikki (the Enticare employee) that no other charges would come into play and was assured it was only the $45 co-pay. I even spoke with Nikki after I received the $1,2000 invoice and she confirmed she never told me and was not aware that I had a pay a deductible, just the co-pay. Brianna (so rude and unprofessional) in the billing department IS NOW saying the deductible info was in Nikki notes from when she called my insurance company, which conflicts 100% with my follow up conversation with Nikki. LIARS! Then Enticare recommended I have a second sleep study. Due to the fact I was originally TOLD that it was only a $45 co-pay, I agreed. Now they say I owe them a deductible amount of $1,200 (total for both studies). I was not billed for the 1st sleep study I had in June until September, 2 months after the procedure. IF I had been billed in a reasonable timeframe, I would have seen the charges AND would NEVER have scheduled the 2nd study. My bill/invoice states that the Provider for the sleep study was my ENT in the office, who is not certified to provide sleep studies. When they billed my insurance company, they listed the sleep study doctor as my provider for payment. I never met with the Certified Sleep Study doctor in this office. I didn't even know Dr. Homan Mostafavi existed, and that is who I should have been meeting with after my sleep studies to discuss the results and what to do from here. I was sent here because my son needs tubes in his ears. We were asked to come in at 11 to fill out papers (appointment was at 11:30). We showed up on time filled everything out and waited... waited.. waited..people came in after us and were called in first. Finally at 12:30 we were called in. The lady nurse whatever she was looked at us and asked "do you speak english? I need someone that speaks english" like really? Because Im latina she assumed we did not speak english? I sad yes i do. By now my face could tell you by this point how mad i was! We were sent to a room the nurse came jn within minutes. She tried to check my sons ears and he started crying (he is 1 and has had at least 8 ear infections by now. Every time someone wants to check his ears he gets scared and cries) she just checked the ears and said well left no infection and right I cant tell because he is crying. I sill set you up with a surgeon ok bye. Less than 5 min we were in there! We waited more than an hr to have a nurse not even a dr check him. Horrible place horrible experience. I will NOT BE COMING BACK. If you have little kids think twice before coming here. I wish there was a zero stars they don't deserve any stars. Update: Later the same day i took my son to the urgent care because of a cough. The dr checked him (he was crying too) and said "omg he has a bad ear infection" the nurse that checked him in the morning did not get that. The place is suppose to be an ear specialist! Wth!! Again horrible place!! Answering to the comment below: No one has called me to apologize. I don't even think they realized they did anything wrong or that they made me feel less (for a second). Terrible care. I came in after 3 regular doc visits trying to treat a suspected salivary gland infection or stone. In a lot of pain. The doc spent a few minutes going over my symptoms, looked in my ears and throat, and said they needed a CT. Fine, theyll call me NEXT WEEK. Once I get it done results take a week. Follow up in THREE WEEKS. Told me to do what I already said I'd been doing. I asked to expedite the CT as I'm in a lot of pain, they wouldnt do anything. Later I called another imaging place that said they could get me in 2-3 days and results are same day. I just needed the actual orders. I left a message for the med assistant at the clinic, no response of course and now it's the weekend. Total waste of time and money. read more

Pediatrician told us we needed to have tubes put in our baby's ears so off we went! First we were scheduled with a physician assistant in chandler who confirmed we needed the tubes and told us the front office would schedule the surgery. It was scheduled a month out. We received a call to reschedule because doc was on vacation...ok...went in for the "surgery" appointment and it was another consult...that makes 3 times I'm told my baby needs tubes..thanks guys I can hear just fine. The staff at the Gilbert office was incredibly rude! Seriously I was in such shock the way they treated patients. The front office lady had me fill out paperwork again just to figure out our stuff was in the system and had the audacity to scoff at me for it. Then the medical assistant gave us complete attitude for our confusion for being there for another consult. When I asked just to speak to the doctor it took 20min of waiting before I just lost my shit. Meanwhile I had time to call the chandler office to figure out their protocol and where the ball was dropped in communication. After we were pissed enough to walk out we had the ENTIRE STAFF AND DOCTOR HUDDLED BY OUR DOOR?!?!? we proceeded to walk out and looked back to tell dr. Tracey Knott that we were done here. Appointment was for hearing and possible cleaning for ears I went to my appointment to check for blockage/cleaning of the ears, as I have tinnitus in one ear and both ears felt full. They did a full hearing test, checked my ears and saw nothing, did not need ears cleaned out (have had it done before, and it usually takes the fullness feeling out and a bunch of build up out.) Was told I needed hearing aids, had a consultation two weeks later with the audiologist (not sure if that was the term). She said, no hearing aids needed for hearing, the hearing is normal except for the right ear with the tinnitus can't hear high pitches, can give you a sound hearing aid (not right terminology but don't remember or get a sound machine to help sleep at night), chose the sound machine, as I can not afford $2000-4500 hearing aids. Back to the initial appointment, I have a self pay insurance plan, before making the appointment I make sure they accept it and asked for the discounted self pay amount, was told $165 and then made appointment. I paid $165 for the office visit as that is what I was told the total cost would be, they take the payment before you see anyone too. I got a bill for another $245.08 due immediately. Left a message for their billing department, still waiting. ... they returned my phone call, said that the bill was sent out before the adjustment was made. Speaking from my experience, my first visit to Enticare, Chandler was an emergency situation. I called as a new patient that needed a same day appointment. They accepted me and Li Li helped me wrap my head around what was going on with me. The staff is professional and respectful. Christina Miller is better than good at what she does. She's knowledgeable and has a pleasant energy that is welcomed. She's thorough and makes sure you understand what needs to be done and how.
