Entha is the reason I have decided to stop lash extensions for a while and focus on growing my natural lashes cause their extensions ruined my natural lashes. The glue is super strong and burned during and days after my refills. I will admit that the lashes stayed on for more than 3 weeks cause like I said the lash glue is strong(which can't be good for natural lashes I'm assuming) also they do look full but that's cause they attach clumps of extensions to one natural lash(again, really bad for your natural lashes) if you don't care about the health of your lashes, then by all means come to entha, otherwise stay far far away!! I asked the lady to take some off because they packed my eyes on with so many lashes that my eyes felt so heavy. she took some off and I asked to go to the restroom to look at them and she started working on someone else ??? Like this has to be a joke lol. I went up to the manager and said this is the worst lashes I have ever had in the 3 years that I have been going here and he told me I could reschedule like wtf. Hannah no longer works there. I've tried a different tech and I hated it, lashes were very little and sparse. The tech was nice but I specify exactly what I want, long and thick. I've been doing my lashes for two years so I know how I like them, and this location started doing a new policy that you need to come back every 3 weeks or else they will charge you fullset price. This kind of threw me off bc I like to go every 5 weeks to let my lashes grow, but I came before the dead line nonetheless. I count how many lashes I get refilled at a time. (Yes it's tedious but I like knowing how many lashes I get per refill) Hannah used to refill an average of 120 individual lashes for me, and the new girl I tried (bc hannah was "out of town") put less than 60 lashes. I was not happy because I like my lashes thick. I expressed my unhappiness and I was told I could get it fixed, but constant lying (Hannah wasn't "out of town" she actually didn't work there anymore) and rescheduling, I only wanted them to be fixed by her, I was then told I'd be charged again and that he would let me try a new girl, I was like heck no. So I just said forget it and stopped coming here. The only reason I used to drive this far was to stay with my old eyelash tech. I think she moved to a completely new salon. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a time that worked with my work schedule (6:00). I had been to this lash studio twice before in the year of 2020. I was satisfied with those visits and was familiar with how long it would take (1 hr to 1.5). And I received a call one hour before my appointment if I could come early to my appointment. I did want to do this so I hurried and closed up so I could make it. I was not asked how I wanted my lashes (size or style). Instead, I was TOLD by the "lash tech" what I would be getting. She said, "Not too long not too short" I said ummm well I would like the sexy style. She didn't show me any sizes of the lashes. Guess how long it took her to do my lashes? Twenty ridiculously time wasting minutes. She literally did it so quick and so half-*ss. And I am the type of person to handsomely tip people that provide a service. But I did not feel comfortable leaving her a tip when my lashes came out short and wispy. She was talking about " Look I designed myself." OK well then you should have paid for my service because this is not what I wanted and most definitely not anything like the lash service I had gotten before. Very displeased with Grace. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO!!! My first experience was great. The second time I went my REAL lashes were glued together with 3-4 lashes on each lash. I normally like a natural look and this was not what I got! My REAL lashes fell out after that and are still struggling to grow back. Not to mention the glue they used made my eyes hurt for at least 4 days after the set. I have had my lashes done several times at many different places and only went here because of the price. Their quality has really gone down. I came several times before and was satisfied for the price. Now the technician that I used (Lina) finished an entire set in less than an hour... And when I commented on how the lashes are uneven and not thick enough on one eye...she and the guy in the front ganged up on me and made me feel like that's the best they can do and the fault is with my own natural lashes! I got my lashes done here on a Monday and two days later an entire chunk had fallen out. They were gracious enough to refill them for free but a week later all of them had fallen out. I have had my lashes done here twice and they do not last long. I had my lashes done on Feb 9th Its been 4 days and almost every single lash has fallen off. This has happened twice but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them one more time. Again every lash has fallen off. I called and let them know and he offered nothing he just said the lashes only last a week and that I can come in and pay for a refill. This is not my first time having my lashes done they usually last 3 to 4 weeks not 4 DAYS! This place had definitely lost my business. Do not even bother wasting your time and money here. Love and hate this place. Love the price and location. It is clean and friendly place. I have been doing my mink lashes here for almost a year. I used to love this place until I had a very horrible experience here last month. The tech I really like left this place and sometimes I just do ad hoc appointments with random tech but no! Please stick with the tech you really like. Some can be quite horrible. The last tech, Vicky who worked on my mink refill used a needle to poke on my eyelid and it hurts! I still felt the eyelid was hurt the next day. I did ask her "what are you doing" because I never experience that pain before while doing refill and she said "its almost done! "Don't even bother to explain or sorry. At times I almost wanted to yell STOP but I didn't. She didn't use a tape to pull my eyelid up while she was doing the procedure. And sometimes it glues on my eyelid! It really makes me hesitate to come here again. It took me a while to make my next appointment and I have to reassure it's NOT the same lady who will work on my refill. I did my refill again today with Kim (another random tech). She is more gentle and she apologize when she thought she hurts me. Ok! I'm a happy customer again today. The only suggestion I have is please close the curtain! I don't understand why some tech didn't close the curtain and at times someone just walked in and look closely right on my face (I can feel it)! No privacy. read more

I had such a fantastic experience here! I was able to get a same day appointment, which was a plus. My technician was Serrena, and she was amazing. I got a 30 minute facial which was so relaxing. Her facial massage skills are no joke! Then I got a full set of classic lash extensions. She did an outstanding job on my lashes. They are perfection, no exaggeration! It's been a week and they still look as amazing as the day I got them done. No irritation, no itching, no extra glue stuck to my lash line, just full, natural looking lashes. I went here a week ago and this lady glued lashes that hurt my eye lids because they were glued onto my skin. MULTIPLE LASHES were glued on my skin. Therefore, I return a week later and tell the manager and he tells me to come in and get them fixed, but I had to go back to the same lady. I thought that it would be common sense to give me another lady if I had a bad experience with this lady, but he stated that it is the only way for me to get this fixed. First I let the lady take off the bad ones, but I still noticed that there were still lashes that were glued onto my skin. Then I got up and told the manager that I did not want to waste my time and I wanted to go to a new lady. I think that is very reasonable considering that I gave this lady an opportunity to remove the bad ones, and yet she still did not fix it. I could still feel the lashes that were hurting my eyes from being stuck on my skin. Then the manager told me if i wanted a new lady, I would need to PAY AGAIN. I am sorry but why should I have to pay even more for their mistakes? Also this place obviously looks like a preschool play room and they do not even turn on the AC. I have felt really dizzy before from smelling the scent of the adhesive and I would expect for a place in houston to not be cheap about AC when that is a must since its 100+ degrees outside. I believe it is absolutely dangerous to go there! I've had lash extensions every week or 2 for at least 5 years. I've never had such a horrible experience. They got adhesive in my eyes the entire time. Your eyes should never sting from glue when you are having extensions applied! And my lashes are stuck together and hard. They should be soft and not at all stuck together and you should be able to put a lash brush through your lashes! I hope they get training so they don't blind someone. Very scary. read more

This is my second time getting my eyelashes done and both times the experience was mediocre. The eyelash technician that worked on my lashes both times was not really friendly and pulled my eyelashes each time which I know is not supposed to happen and hurt. Also each time I felt It was rushed because both times the eyelashes lasted barely 2 weeks before clumps of them started falling off. They would also feel itchy and painful which is another sign of not being put on properly! Now one eye has noticeably more eyelashes then the other eye. I called them asking if they could have them fixed, but apparently they were booked that day so I asked for them to remove them. Fortunately after talking to their receptionist she was able to get them removed without charging me (was going to charge me $20 at first!) after telling her my situation. Would have rated this place 1 star, but gave them an extra star for not charging me for the removal. My eyelashes are now stunted and very short due to being improperly placed on my eyelashes. i was going to this place and quit going because the lashes weren't staying on. i decided to come here again after not going for months because i didn't have time to drive across town. i ended meeting catherine who did a great job and my lashes lasted. i usually go a full 4 weeks because i like new lashes. long story short after a good 3 months of catherine she quit. i took my chances with another technician and my eyes were burning the whole time. the lashes looked wonderful and lasted the full 4 weeks but when i scheduled for my full i requested another technician because i didn't want to be in pain the whole time getting a fill. well today is monday i got my lashes done ok friday and more than 50% have fallen out. i look like i need a fill! i called this morning to tell them and he asks if i did xyz and maybe thats why they have fallen out! i've been getting oashes long enough to know what not to do to prolong their especially in the first 48hrs!! he offers me to come in today to fix i say i cant today i am super busy tmrw wld be better he says no because policy only will fix within 48 hrs!! well people have lives and work and dont usually plan to have to return to get and eyelash fill on moday when they just had them done on friday! so now i will go back to wonderlash drive 30 min out of my way and pay 10 extra$ because i know i wont have that problem there!!!!! read more

I had read some good Yelp reviews so I called Entha Lash Studio and was able to get a same day appointment. The studio is clean and welcoming. Janet was very sweet. She showed me my lash options, told me the differences between them, and made a recommendation on length based on my eyes and the way I answered a few question about what I was looking for. The whole thing was very relaxing (removing the sticky lower lash protector was a little uncomfortable but over quickly enough.) I am THRILLED with my lashes! They are exactly what I was looking for - noticeably thicker and longer without being over the top. I wear very little makeup and wanted natural, but beautiful looking lashes and I must say they are perfect! I've already booked my refill and I have a feeling I will be client for a very long time. read more

I would give this place 3 stars but it wasn't a-ok. First I'll be honest and say that I was taken on short notice and I couldn't stay the full hour. That being said, I only needed a refill after 2 weeks. Right eye still looked great, left eye needed some touch up. So Helen really didn't have much to do. She was very nice and had a very gentle touch. However, I really worried if she could make the application in addition to the lashes that I already had. Something I wasn't sure about during application was that I thought I heard her cut the old lashes off. She assured me she didn't but I trusted that the sound I heard was just her removing them. (ok) However, the few that she had to apply within a few days the same eye was becoming bare again. I called and the line stayed busy. I paid $50 for a refill. I came in exactly 1 week later asking if she could fix them and she told me there would be a $10 labor fee. I'm not a car, since when do spa and salon type services charge for labor? This is a first for me. But it wasn't done right in the first place. Helen, reached out to me via text to have this discussion instead of calling me. I was a first time customer and she basically told me take it or leave it. So, that being said. I refuse to continue to pay when I never got what I asked for. Good luck!
