Went to Grace. She was very nice but I definitely don't recommend. My volume full set service only took 45 minutes. My eyes were crying for almost an hour after my service - mind you I've gotten my lashes done for the last 6 years elsewhere and have never experienced this. The glue is extremely strong. I did however like how they came out until I realized they were almost cluster like. After washing my lashes (as you're supposed to do) my eyes started getting irritated. Then I began noticing the lashes falling out were 2-3 lash clusters stuck together! Don't come here!! read more

Just an update: I went to Lumin Lash, and they removed them. The lashes were HEAVILY glued to my eyelid. It took over an hour for removal. If you look at the picture, you can see how clumped together they are from the glue. My eyelids were in SO MUCH pain from the placement. I had them on about 5 hours before having them removed. Entha Lash Studio isn't answering my phone calls, probably because I left a review. In my opinion, I deserve a full refund of 105.00$. What are your thoughts? read more

If I could give this establishment an absolute 0 I would. I've been coming here for years and the customer service that I receive has dwindled significantly. I actually enjoy the technician who does my lashes, but I've unfortunately made several complaints about the longevity of the lashes. They will immediately fall out at a drastic rate after 2-3 days (literally looks like 2 -1/2 week old lashes). This has happen more than twice and I've complained without any resolution or empathy to at least refill at a discounted rate considering I'm calling 4-5 days later with terrible looking lashes. I went to get my lashes done this past Saturday with Tam (Tammy) instead of my usual lady. However, I'm upset since my eye is now inflamed. Tammy didn't turn on the fan when my eyes burned from the glue, nor did she give me a tissue to wipe the tears away. My left eye was red, and crying the whole day after the lash apportionment, which was quite irritating. Fast forward to when I called them, and the guy who always answers the phone immediately tells me I can use eye drops to lessen the redness or remove the lashes. Decided to try this place from recommendations from family and friends. With the price and how much my family and friends like them, I had to try this place out! I got them done Tuesday night (Dec. 11) and so far I like them! I like that they have later appointment times available; which is great for people working the 9-5 jobs but don't have time on the weekends to get them done. My appointment was originally at 7:30pm but I was called at 6:35pm stating that there was a cancellation did I want to come at 6:45pm instead. They text you to let you know when your appointment is and with who. However when I arrived a little after 6:50, my appointment didn't actually start until 7:15pm. It took almost 2 hours for my lashes to be done. My lashes were done by Vivian. She seemed very nice, however there was some miscommunication due to her English skills. They have 4 different style options and they show the different lengths of lashes for you to choose from. I originally wanted the cute style but with the gorgeous volume. However she didn't really understand what look I was going for, so in the end I went with the gorgeous style. I go for the longer lengths due to my eye shape and I'm used to the false strip lashes look. I went with 12 for the inner corners, 14 for the middle section, and 15 for the out corner of my eyes. Lashes came out really nice. I have had some fallout already although it's only been six days since my appointment. A couple lashes that I noticed fell out due to my own lash growth; however the majority of the lashes that have fallen out don't have my natural lash attached. But the lashes still look really nice. Planning to go back in 2 weeks for a refill before my trip. We shall see how they look in the next two weeks to see if I'll continue to go here for my lashes. read more

I've been going to Entha Lash since the early summer of 2020. I was referred to them by a lady who had amazing lashes! Yes they do use a mix of singles & clusters! Yes they do apply a lot of lashes, but isn't that the point of getting lashes? I allow my girl to do her thing and make them full and Ive come to realize with her doing them FULL, I only have to go once a month! Ladies be specific with the type of lash you want! Unfortunately lashes aren't for everyone, and you definitely have to clean your eyes constantly! This is the worst managed studio I've ever been to. After getting my lashes done here, I needed to have them removed due to my eyes becoming super red and swollen. They apply the lashes so close to the lid that it results in extreme irritation. I was referred here by a friend and after going I will never go back. I cleaned my lashes every 3 days with a wet lash wand and a mild eye cleanser after experiencing red swollen irritation to prevent buildup so as not to get an infection. The wand was given to me by entha lash studio. The lash quality is super bad! They ask you to pick the length and the lash, however they use clusters of lashes that they then glue to several lashes at one. That wouldn't be a problem if they weren't all glued together directly at the lid which results in eye irritation as well as multiple lashes are falling out if even one just comes out. Either their glue quality is bad or they don't stick at all. The lashes shed more than what's normal. Their service is very unprofessional, I booked my first appointment and had to wait on the lady over 20 minutes. After I booked my second appointment to get them removed, I called due to running 10 minutes late. They never answered, but I still drove over an hour to make it here. After arriving I informed the lady at the desk who I was and she asked that I speak with her manager. After speaking with her manager he told me that because I was late I couldn't be seen by my original person but someone named lee. I declined but decided to look at some of his work and then the manager said lee is no longer available. All around bad experience, I don't recommend it. Ladies we deserve better. Yes they look good for the first day but after that it's terrible. Find you a place that cares about our eyelash health, and our service. read more

I came for the first time today as was so pleased! Front desk was very polite. Tammy did my lashes and she was so sweet, gentle and did an amazing job! She was done in just a little over an hour! My lashes are so full! I chose the style "Gorgeous" 15 length Classic set. They do offer mink & Volume sets as well. I hadn't had eyelash extensions in months but I loved the overall experience here. Great customer service. My biggest thing about booking appointments is starting on time, and Entha did just that. My appointment was at 11 am and I got there early. I love the cleanliness of the building. The experience is super comfortable and relaxing. So comfortable that I almost fell asleep I've only had my extensions for less than a week, but so far there's been very little shedding and they were done exactly how I wanted them: NATURAL. Will not recommend, RUN away from there if you don't want to catch an eye infection. Terrible customer service, I had a really bad experience with my last refill because they placed they eyelashes wrong at the point that I had a reaction and red eyes for the first time. They couldn't give me any appointment for the same day to fix them. Because of the snowstorm my appointment was cancelled and they blocked my number so I had to call from a different phone number which they picked up immediately. "Manager" Steven hung up on me while I was trying to give them options about my service because they were saying "it's been too many days" while they were the ones who closed and cancel my appointment. I arrived on time. After some paperwork and waiting, I was taken back to the "room". I use the term loosely because it's more of a stall. My facial was to be first. Janet was the technician and seemed nice enough. But then once starting my facial, she answered her cell phone TWICE. This is so unprofessional! Then it was like she had nothing prepared and kept leaving for long periods to collect stuff. Not only that but she was clanking around everything she was gathering and it really killed the relax vibe I was trying to find. She used some small steamer but couldn't manage to get it at a right spot or temperature. She was either burning me or I couldn't feel it at all. I was pretty put off and the facial was nothing grand. She also did no extractions. I would not return or recommend her for a facial. After the facial I was supposed to have a full set of eyelash extensions. Janet showed me different ones and let me feel them to choose what I wanted. I went in originally off an advertisement they had in a local magazine. I wasn't expecting to pay the lowest price of 79.99 but I was shocked when she showed me the recommended lashes at $250!!! Well, coming into the salon, the appearance was great. My lash tech was lovely, but within 48 hours, I was losing lashes. I am a lash tech myself and wanted to get my lashes done so I know what good retention is, and this was not it; within a week, I have already lost almost half of my lashes on one side. I came here because of the special and honestly I realized after leaving why they have this special in the first place. My lash tech was very sweet and took her time doing my extensions but the overall quality was just not good. I've had my lashes done in several other spots and I've never had them look this cheap before. I asked for very full lashes and I did not get that result at all. It's going to be two weeks Thursday since I've had them done and Im contemplating trying out the refill and maybe showing the tech a picture of what i want to see if she can make it happen but I'm scared it won't be worth it.
