All she did was ask me to put my legs up and if I can open them more. I am from a place where service providers often do run late and the payer is expected to still have a pleasant attitude which I did not experience. Definitely would not recommend the vibe is definitely not there, and I will not be back for sure. Also, may I add anybody may be 10 minutes late because most people are probably looking for a storefront but it's not it's in a salon suite. Might I add, also at the quality of these products are nothing special their basic things you can buy inside of a Walmart or a beauty supply store with no aesthetician license. and the after post wax things that she use are not pH balance for the bikini area. Holly is amazing! Super nice, friendly and takes her time making sure every lash is on perfectly. It has been years since I've gotten my lashes done because I had such a bad experience the first time-my eyes were so irritated that I pretty much rubbed the lashes all off in a few days. I waited to leave a review so I could really tell how the lashes came out. And after two weeks that included lots of pool days and a crazy 4 day trip at the lake, my lashes are still looking pretty good! I've put up with getting my lashes snagged/pulled on at other lash appointments and having my lashes glued together causing pain & discomfort when I blink. With Stephanie, my appointments are always pain-free and pleasant. And when the false lashes fall out, it doesn't take my lashes along with it. Stephanie takes her work seriously and has great pride in her creations. Even 6 weeks after my appointment, I was getting compliments on my lashes still. I returned to my regular place in Houston for my refill (since Stephanie is in San Diego) and my lash girl was surprised at how good my lashes look at 6 weeks. She told me I could wait longer for a refill if I wanted since they still look so good. I went to Stephanie for a full set a couple days ago, and I once again I am impressed and pleased with my results. I have no doubt these will last a good 4 weeks, easily. I usually try not to go past 4 weeks unless I am busy with work. I'll be going to Stephanie for my lashes from now on. You should too. Or maybe don't so I don't have to fight you for an appointment.

Lyla asked to look at my lashes and she said "they're not long enough"and so I replied "they aren't long enough?" and then she goes on to say "oh no, they are" but she didn't seem confident in that response. It seems as if she just said that so that I would still do the service. As I was getting my lashes done, she continuously was getting calls/talking in the phone and watching TikTok's or Instagram reels on her phone, which I felt was kind of unprofessional, especially since this is a service we are trying to treat yourself and be in a more Zen environment . I understand there's a wait time getting a lash lift, but to be more respectful and professional towards your customer, the least you could do is put some headphones on or step out the room. That was something that really bothered me. Once my appointment was finally over, I showed Lyly a screenshot from her website saying 20% off new client and I asked her if I can use this towards my total. She goes on to say "oh no, that's only for lash extensions." but on her website It says nothing about the 20% being ONLY for last extensions, if that's the case then she needs to put that in the terms and conditions... overall, I don't recommend going here. I was very disappointed in the service.

What wanted me to try them wasn't just the deal but the use of UV glue that it would provide longer lasting lashes. I was having issues with retaining my lashes as they've probably been weakened over time and tried all ways to strengthen and retain. Even took a break from refilling. I also wore goggles in the shower since I love hot showers, thinking the glue was melting. It felt like I was really wasting money but then i saw the ad for Lotus. With the glue Lotus uses with UV technology, I didn't have to do all that or worry. So I gave them a try. The lashes really did retain for 3-4 weeks by 80%. I spent a week in Cancun in the sun, pool, beach and they retained 100% the whole week. I've had services from both Linda and Jennie. They are so nice and receptive to feedback. Any issues I had, they were able to accommodate. The studio is in a building with other businesses. When I first booked, they sent me photos of the building and where to enter to locate the studio. Very nice of them to ensure I got there! They would also offer if I wanted to use a blanket during the session but so far, the temp has been comfortable for me. The session can be 1 to 1.5 hrs. I actually bring my headphones and listen to an audiobook while they apply the lashes. I love the fact I don't need to wait 24hrs to shower. They lashes do last. Making an appointment and checking availability on their website is so easy. Deposit is required. I highly recommend Lotus lashes. The retention is so worth it and i feel like I get the value out of my money and time. I was losing my hope of getting lash extensions but Lotus brought it back.
