Let me start off by saying that results were fantastic, I was just not crazy about the staff. While Traveling through Houston, I desperately needed to get my lashes done. Ets was one of the first salons to pop up on a Google search, so I crossed my fingers and booked an appointment. I came in, politely greeted the receptionist who gave me a look, then went back to typing on her computer. The only word I heard from her was a blunt "name." My stylist was not very friendly either. She had me sit down on the bed and anything barely came out of her mouth either. As she was looking at my lashes, she kept telling me how horrible of a job my previous stylist did, and how she was going to have to fix it. She even huffed about it and really made me feel like a huge burden on her. She also told me that I should have known when my eyelashes felt heavy, or because the length was incorrect. I told her I had only gotten them done twice... Aside from feeling completely unwelcomed, she did do a very nice job and made my lashes look so much better. I think she charged me extra for her "inconvenience," but whatever. This place is alright, but if courtesy matters to you, there's tons of other lash studios in Houston. read more

This review is so long overdue! I am a longtime client of ETS and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!!!! I went in today for a full set and I must say I am blown away by the skill that these ladies have!! My wedding is this weekend so I wanted to feel like a beautiful bride and Diana and Ebony exceeded all of my expectations (per usual!) I honestly was really nervous with COVID and having someone so close in proximity to me. My worries were quickly diminished upon entering the salon. They send you a message the day before to let you know about the procedures and protocols that they are following, they have the paper on the beds like you see a doctor's offices so everything is germ-free!! You also have to wear a mask overall I have had nothing but positive experiences here and today just reaffirm that Thank you so much to Ebony and your team for always going above and beyond in the customer service and lashes that you provide. I had my eyelashes done by Faraz in late May. Unfortunately he attached the extensions to multiple natural eyelashes- up to 7 of my natural lashes for one extension. As a result many of my eyelashes were pulled out by the extension as they grew. I just had the last six removed and my eyelashes are so thin and damaged that we could not reapply new eyelashes. I have to strengthen and condition them every day for a month. It took the new place 40 min to remove 6 extensions because they were attached to so many eye lashes and the glue was "cemented on". I just called the location and they apologized but did not offer a refund. I am attaching a picture here of the extensions and many of my natural (long) eyelashes that were pulled out. read more

Allision did my lashes last saturday....she was really sweet but I work a busy schduel and noticed when she finished they were really thin also my real lashes were cut going into my eye....because I had another appt booked for this sat when texted my reminder I called to explain this and I was told after pay 80 for a refill there was nothing they could do for me because I did not come in 3days. This is poor customer service not to Allison but the front desk lady did not try to reach out to any manger or no one just a flat out lost.....Happy that I could cut my loss their....if you cone here speak up the first time dont be nice or you will take the loss....it clear they dont care about keeping customers and the parking is horrible!!!!! read more

I believe this place is buying reviews bc it doesn't add up. I tried 2 different technicians at ETS and I can honestly say this is the worst lash salon in Houston. The first technician named Tammy accidentally glued my lashes together, then proceeded to pull them apart and pulled my lashes out by the root hurting me every time. I felt very scared and unsafe in her chair. The second lash technician, Dianne had shaky hands and only could finish one eye in the amount of time allocated. I was very frightened working with both terrible technicians. This salon charges by time not finished results. So even if they don't finish and your lashes are not completed you still have to leave and pay for your unfinished set. This place is a nightmare. Lady lash pro is up the street and so much better. read more

This is one of the few salons located in Houston that offered the top of the line eyelash extensions. There are other franchised such as Amazing Lash that do not come close the quality of work. Eb Sparks is a true Master Lash artist. She is an expert from knowing her eye shapes, designs, different styles from Classic to Volume and she knows what the best look for each face shape is. I have read the other reviews, and I will say no one is perfect, everyone (even a trained and licensed professional) can have an off day. Also, I find only people who have had a bad experience ever write reviews, because happy people tend to forget about it or they only tell their friends over coffee. I personally have had nothing to the best experience with Ets Lash studio from my first day I walked through the door. I am not saying I have not had a lash issue here and there (due to work related issues not allowing the glue to cure correctly) but the staff at ets has gone above and beyond to make sure my lashes look and stay full. If my lashes did fall out faster then they should, they would have me come in and they would fix it free of charge. Heck, my lash tech would not even accept a tip for the free touch up she did. So their customer service is wonderful, at least for me. But then I do not walk into there with my head up my ass. I always tip, and I use please and thank you and try to be polite. If you are over 21 they provide a glass of wine to mellow you out, and if you want they have ipods with head phones to drowned out noise. The layout of the salon is equal to the price. I personally find them on the very affordable side of lashes. ( the waiting area is beautiful btw) And as such I do not expect private rooms with sound proof walls, a gentle sound system dripping sweet melodies onto my brain pan. If you want to get ambiance like that go over to the heights and pay 95.00 or more for a 60 minute fill. Yes, if you do not want to use the ipods provided or bring your own music you will hear everything going on. I personally like that, I enjoy hearing all the gossip and dirt, and the amazingly odd things people say when under the influence of wine and lashes. So keep that in mind if you do not want everyone to know what you and your husband did last night talk softly. But over all, for the price and service it is wonderful and I plan to continue to use their services. read more

What I like about their service is that when you pay for a 30 min or 1 hour appointment they will use the full time to add as many lashes they are able to during that timeframe. For about the same price as Lash Lounge in DFW, I got an additional 10 lashes/eye (30) for $55 + tip (3% charge if you use your credit card), so bring your debit card or cash! Once you start it'll be hard to stop...you should schedule your appointments out for every 2 weeks or weekly, depending on how full you want your lashes! read more

Also, when I was checking out I paid cash and instead of the front desk giving me the change that I told her I was going to give as tip she gave it to the technician. I thought that was rude. The music they play is relaxing/entertaining while you get your lashes applied on a comfortable bed. The lashes look great and they have plenty of advice to take care of them. I went to Ets...Lash Studio in need of a fix after receiving a terrible lash application at another local lash studio. My eye lashes were a hot mess when I walked into Ets, and thanks to Jaimie I came out of there with fabulous lashes. She was able to correct all the bad lashes, and also refill missing spots. I was looking for a place that was doing natural lash lifts and my sister recommended me Ets... Lash Studio! They needed models for the natural lash lifts so I decided to go in and give it a try. They were very understanding of my schedule considering I'm a student so they picked a time and day that worked best for me. I have to say I'm SO happy with my results. They were so incredibly nice to me and they always asked me if I was comfortable. Like they literally tucked me into the chair with a blanket so i wouldn't get cold. Like!!! How sweet!!!! They were also training another employee as they did my lashes but it was nice because the employee was giving suggestions as to what direction to lay down each individual lash. I'm really picky about those kind of things so it was so nice that they treated each lash individually and evenly laid them down rather than treating them all the same. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. Love this lash studio!!!!!
