Kevin first greeted me with a "hey man, have a seat," then he tells me my car was given to someone else and tells me my only option is to wait. I ask about other cars on the lot and he says "oh, yeah, we have a truck and a smaller can, if you want." Why'd I have to ask? Then outside delivering the car, he picked his nose and tried to hand me the keys in the same hand. I asked if he just picked his nose and attempted to give me the keys with the same booger hand, and he said "yeah, I thought I had a bloody nose, man." He continued to pick his nose, and pick his behind, deep, without a care or regard for anyone watching. I thought I was being pranked. I have used this Enterprise several times and never had issues until yesterday. The employee was very rude. He had no customer service whatsoever. He almost put us in a BMW SUv with balding tires and a half inch hole in the thread. When my husband brought it to his attention he said we could take it anyway. We were going to drive it to Vegas. I would put Zero if I could. I reserved a Van 3 weeks in advance. Two weeks before our pickup date, I went to Enterprise to see the Van size for luggage room. I was told the Vans had been recalled and I would get a call to let me know which 7 passenger vehicle they could offer me at the same price. Several days passed with no phone call. I called and was told again that they did not know the vehicle I would get and to call back or wait for a call. I called the Friday before our pickup date. Again, they had no answers for me. I was told to wait till Sunday or Monday the latest to see which vehicle I was getting. I walked in on Monday and was told they still did not know if they had a vehicle for me and that I may be offered a larger vehicle at a higher price. I explained that I was told by 2 staff members that the original price would be honored regardless of the vehicle we rented. I was next told they would need to call for approval for the price. I said I would wait as I'm leaving on vacation in 2 days and I need an answer. The staff member told me it would take too long to call and I should just probably cancel. I did cancel. This car rental experience has probably been the absolute worst. I picked up a car in Arizona. To use for the weekend drive to California. Reaching California to check engine light and the oil light turns on. No real power to where I can't get the car to go over 50 MI. I called Enterprise about switching out the vehicle. First individual I talked to a complete jerk second individual I spoke to stupid third individual I spoke to Clueless. Next I drive around to 4 different Enterprise locations to try to switch out the car and be told they don't have cars. OMG the frustration. I have to get back on the road to come home. Call to request a full refund. Because now it's going to cost me even more money to go with a different company to get a rental. And to have to pay extra for dropping it off out of state. read more

I was in a minor car accident (evening) and my insurance company made a reservation with Enterprise. The next morning, before my insurance company had even called me, Enterprise called me (right when they opened) to see when I could come in. I decided to wait until after my insurance company called and they said that that wouldn't be a problem. Once my insurance company called, I called Enterprise back to let them know which car repair shop I would be going to. Fortunately it was close to their location and they sent someone to pick me up. Upon arriving, I was promptly assisted and notified of my car options. Once my car was repaired, I returned their car and they provided me a ride back to the repair shop. The whole process was very quick and easy and they answered any questions I had. read more

This is the manager at Enterprise. He was so rude and unprofessional I couldn't believe the awful customer service at this location. I could understand why he's so miserable working at a place like this but for him to be so mad and unprofessional is uncalled for. I do not recommend renting with Enterprise. I spoke with three employees all of which had given me different information. Due to a stolen license, I only had a photo copy, another form of identification and a birth certificate. Instead of being transparent with me over the phone with their policy, they assured me I can rent a vehicle with the forms of ID I had. However, 40.00 later in uber fees, and an additional 40.00 to rectify the situation at the DMV with a retrieve a "interm paper", which they apparently required, I was sent on an expensive loop. Geoffrey, the store manager, knew my situation upon arrival and immediately declined my reservation despite being told differently over the phone. His behavior, ultimately representation of Enterprise, was foretelling, tacky and dishonest; definitely not a way to treat any customer! They lost Enterprise nine days of a vehicle rental with me and a honest yelp review as I will not return. I did call enterprise to report the bad service but I will further my complaint with Enterprise, of course, after I complete my rental with a different business. read more

Great Customer Service! After a car accident, I was connected to enterprise through my insurance. Everything from start to finish was easy and convenient. I was picked up at the collision center by a really friendly staff member and upon arrival to enterprise was greeted by the manager who was friendly and efficient. Don't go to this location for rentals, they do not honor discounts to the consumers, if your vehicle is in the shop for accident repairs. they do not offer rewards for you, if your rental is related to accidents, and paid by the insurance carrier, they only give discount to the insurance carrier. and say they can not give the consumer a discount if they already gave a discount to the carrier. The vehicle I rented was also very dirty, has sticky residue all over the front windshield and air vents. read more

I was rear ended a couple of days ago and the other person insurance was going to pay for a rental car (because it was 100% the other persons fault) for me and told me to go to enterprise, I had a reservation and everything I go to enterprise and they tell me that they cannot give me a car because I only have liability for my personal car, They tell my that I can call the insurance company (geico) and see if they will pay for full coverage. Before I got the rental I kept asking geico if it was okay for me to get a rental because I am 18 and they reassured me that it was okay. After talking to geico and getting papers from my personal insurance I called them and told them I got papers saying geico will be paying full coverage and they say it is okay, I go and they are very rude and tell me no, one girl said "I am the general manager here and we do not do that". I walked out and said fine I will go to Hertz and they said in a snarky tone "okay good luck bye". I then called geico again to ask to switch the reservation to Hertz and I said enterprise was giving me a hard time and the geico person was shocked and said that that was weird because they shouldn't do that. I understand they are hesitant to rent a car to an 18 year old, but they knew I was 18 and still accepted the reservation. I am almost 100% sure geico wouldn't send me to this place if it wasn't okay for me to get a rental. Everyone was rude here and Hertz (which is literally 2 stores down) is so much better they told me enterprise was wrong and they shouldn't be doing that and that they would help me get a rental. Overall I would never go back to enterprise very bad experience ESPECIALLY with the week I have been having already the last thing I want to deal with is all these snarky people from enterprise. read more

My car was involved in a fender bender and I worked with my insurance to get it repaired, and they referred me to this place to get the rental car while my car was in the shop. After five days of driving the rental car this place provided me, I noticed oil stains all over my drive way. Went to return the car back to them and told them about the oil leak from their rental car and they promised that they will let their management know to see what they could do to help me clean up the oil stains. I had to follow up with them numerous times through text and phone calls and all they could tell me was that they brought the issue up to management but no response whatsoever about taking responsibility for the mess that one of their vehicles caused. If I had known that they were full of empty promises, I would not have wasted my time and energy even bothering asking them and just clean the damn mess myself instead of waiting and hoping that they take some form of action. Manager Goef was professional friendly and turned us over to Brianna. Brianna was exceptional, patiently giving us all our options, she was engaging without trying to sell us something we don't need. Horrible service, I called them to change my rental for a small vehicle because I had an issue with my current rental. Unfortunately i keep getting the runaround. For 5 days now I've been told they'll call me once a vehicle is available yet I haven't received any calls. I had to Walk there waist my time and I was told I had to wait yet I've been waiting for days for a call back. Wow! My girl rented a car from this place and she gets home and tells me that the visor is broken and she can't safely drive but the woman at Enterprise said for her to " tape it". Say What??? She let my girl drive home unsafe? Really? So after I tape it so my girl can drive safely we were driving around town and a had to stop quickly due to another bad driver. We were shocked to hear METAL ON METAL. The brakes were non existent on this car! Bad. Bad Bad Watch yourself here as I have found that cars seem to be turned around immediately and not inspected for our safety! When I rented a car last month they didn't even schedule my shuttle, which I called to confirm. My appointment was at 8:30 I didn't get there until after 9 which resulted in me not getting on the road until 10. I had to drive all the way to San Diego for my brothers graduation which I was extremely late to. Fast forward to today I went to pick up my rental car; my shuttle was scheduled but it wasn't going to my address I currently reside at. I asked the guy over the phone do they take Apple Pay because that's how I was going to pay; he said yes AND even pointed out on their website it takes contactless pay (Apple Pay). I go to pay and they don't accept Apple Pay so I couldn't pick up my car today. It's so frustrating because I see if this was my first time but they have me in their system already. read more

I was told insurance would cover the cost of the rental upon pick up by 'Jane'. I purposely selected a car that would be covered by the insurance with no additional out of pocket on my end. When my car was ready at the auto shop, I went to return the rental and was told there was a $1.07 difference per day - plus fees and taxes - totaling about $5 per day. My balance due was $200 for 30 days. I was misled as I was told that I would have no out of pocket cost. The manager (Geoffrey) would not write off the balance and insisted that I signed what I signed and that his employee confirmed that she told me I would have a cost. I'm sure she doesn't even remember me from the 30+ people she helps each day. I will not be back to this location. read more

Here after seeing someone's TikTok video and finally someone had the same experience as my family Did. They tried to keep the car as a deposit by saying the car was "damaged" but we took before and after photos and they still tried to make excuses why we couldn't get it back. First off this place tries to fool their customers, one second you think their great at customer service until u see they take advantage of u. I think the manager is claresa not sure had a bad attitude and seems to hate her job. The staff here is great. I drive a dodge charger and my insurance was trying to stick me in a Kia instead. The staff saw that I wasn't comfortable driving a smaller car so they worked their magic to get me into a car that was similar to mine but still charging the same price. They helped a lot with my insurance because my insurance was trying to cut corners with certain things so it meant a lot to see that the staff at Enterprise were going above and beyond for the small things. They were communicating with me throughout the entire process and did a great job with customer service. They offered a shuttle to drive me back to the auto shop to pick up my car. This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I set up a reservation via phone and was told to pick up rental car at 12pm. I received a confirmation via email which also stated 12pm. I showed up at 12.05 pm and was turned away stating " we closed at 12". I tried to explain and show the reservation I had and the guy there in the parking lot assisting another customer did not care to help. He kept repeating " we closed at 12".
