    I am highly upset about my treatment with this company. First off, the guy that works here is completely rude, racist, and disrespectful. He wanted to double charge us for a vehicle we've had rented for 3 months after our car was flooded by the hurricane. A car with no floor mats, there's a hole in the floor and there's a horrible smell in that car. The car started jumping on us and we almost got into an accident and there's "no car" to swap us out too. I'm appalled by this treatment and by the horrendous words that came out of this man's mouth towards us. He went into the car and took out the keys from the ignition and left me in the location without being able to go to work. I'm a social worker in NY and I couldn't go to work, now I'm stranded in NJ and I don't know what else to do.

    Worst customer service. Dirty cars. They overcharge. They don't call back when you call them multiple times. Never again!

Then he gave my a car and it was a Camry. I have always gotten an upgrade due to my presidential status, but he said we are short cars and it won't be ready for an hour and that is when you RSVP was. I said, no...my rsvp was for 10:00 ams its past10:00. Then he goes, oh look at that. Well we are short. I've gotten upgrades for the past 4 years and I've gotten upgrades here...which Avis knows because of my disability...now I know why this place has poor reviews. listen if he was not such a smart ass then I wouldn't care. Then I drop off the car..asked to use the bathroom and she goes...oh it's clogged....at this time I don't give a crap about this place and the people who work here. Remember this...karma always comes around

From the moment I walked in, something felt off. There were a few guys hanging around the lot who didn't seem to be customers or employees--just kind of watching everything. It made the whole place feel uncomfortable right away, like you had to keep an eye on your stuff at all times. Then came the owner. He was overly pushy from the start, talking fast, dodging questions, and trying to rush me into signing paperwork before I even had a chance to properly look at the car. Every time I asked something simple--about pricing, fees, or the car's condition--he'd give a vague answer or change the subject. Big red flag. At one point, he tried to convince me that visible damage on the car was "normal wear" and wouldn't be an issue, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. It honestly felt like they were hoping I wouldn't notice things or would just give in under pressure. Between the sketchy atmosphere and the aggressive, evasive sales tactics, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Definitely not a place I'd trust with my money or personal information.
