Yes, I got downgraded at first (cue the tiny violin ), but they swapped me into the right ride as promised. Respect. Enterprise is still five stars in my book. Even compared to Turo, they just get it right. Now, about the branch manager--absolute legend. Sweet, spunky, and with the vibe of someone who could charm a grizzly bear into doing yoga. ‍ I swear Enterprise turned 100 pounds of gold into a human and put her in charge. Saw her flip frowns faster than a pancake on Sunday morning. The rest of the staff? Same energy: professional, respectful, but with enough personality that you actually enjoy the process. (Yes, I said "enjoy" and "car rental" in the same sentence. Shocking, I know.) Bottom line: Enterprise is my go-to. Less stress, more smiles, and hey--sometimes a free comedy show at the counter.

From the moment I walked in, something felt off. There were a few guys hanging around the lot who didn't seem to be customers or employees--just kind of watching everything. It made the whole place feel uncomfortable right away, like you had to keep an eye on your stuff at all times. Then came the owner. He was overly pushy from the start, talking fast, dodging questions, and trying to rush me into signing paperwork before I even had a chance to properly look at the car. Every time I asked something simple--about pricing, fees, or the car's condition--he'd give a vague answer or change the subject. Big red flag. At one point, he tried to convince me that visible damage on the car was "normal wear" and wouldn't be an issue, which didn't exactly inspire confidence. It honestly felt like they were hoping I wouldn't notice things or would just give in under pressure. Between the sketchy atmosphere and the aggressive, evasive sales tactics, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Definitely not a place I'd trust with my money or personal information.

I always sent them and Malcolm would never respond. He would wait until after 60 days to respond about any tolls and then say that since 60 days is up the tolls fall on me. His company left me with $10,000+ in tolls, parking tickets and speeding tickets that all fell back on me. Secondly, the car was severely damaged under possession of company. I had to pay $3,800 to fix body damage and tires that when I got the car back because it was absolutely beat. He originally agreed to pay the repairs and has since told me he will not pay - proof he said he will pay below. He will take your car run it into the ground and refuse responsibility. Also added photo below of the $10,000+ in tolls and tickets I received while car was with Malcolm. Will be patiently waiting your response where you assume no responsibility, as you have done in every review.

They do have the best and lowest prices on the rental trucks for moves but beware that you might not get your truck the day of your move. Make sure you have a backup plan. Then they charged me $150 and for a "NO SHOW". I did have to call a million times before getting my refund. So, I would say sometimes you are better off just paying the higher price for the better provider.
