DO NOT GO HERE!!! (Unless you want to waste 1+ hours here) Take your business elsewhere. This place does not value customers and our time. Not even worth a single star. Customer service is worse than the people working at the DMV. I want to say that I understand that times are different during this pandemic so of course wait times are longer, BUT waiting an hour and a half to get someone to help you is absolutely unacceptable. I had a reservation at 1pm and arrived ON TIME. I didn't get to speak with anyone until a whole hour later and I didn't get into my vehicle until half an hour after that. The staff there was not organized at all. They even helped someone who came AFTER me. I let that slide seeing that they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Now the real issue is that during the whole check in process, the employee DID NOT explain to me what they were charging me for and what the documents were for. They just took my ID and credit card and had me sign my name on their device. I had to ask for them to explain to me what I was signing for. Seemed like they were just rushing me out the door. The vehicle they gave me barely had any gas in there. It was practically empty. The most I can drive is 35 miles before completely empty. The employee said he marked it as empty, but that was it. I love it when a company's advertising is truthful! The lovely wife and I have been using this chain for years but never this location until now. Our car was in a major accident and this was the location closest to the body shop we were using. These folks are famous for their "We pick you up" tag line at that is exactly what they have done for us at other locations and now here. They picked me up promptly at the body shop as requested. They had a relationship with my insurance company and hooked me up with a clean, smoke-free, new rental car. The paper work was straightforward. Many days later I turned the car in and they drove me back to the body shop. Throughout the process there were no surprises. Enterprise employees Jon and Lilly both "touched" me and they were friendly and competent. The chain is a solid choice and this location is a solid choice. Enough said! read more

DO NOT RENT HERE! The customer service is absolutely horrible and they make people of color look bad. When I first checked in for my rental, they didn't have the car I needed for my insurance claim available. I agreed to it because it was expected to have the rental for about 2 weeks. I contacted throughout my contract to ask for a cheaper car. It wasn't until the associate told me to come in Friday to get a sedan. As soon as I arrived, the associate changed the rate from mid size SUV to Full size, which could've been done over the phone. When I expressed I wanted a cheaper rate because I have to pay my deductible, the associate said to me that based on my bag, I'm getting money and can afford it. Now closer to week 3, they contacted me stating my rental needed to be returned and I explained that I didn't have my vehicle back from the body shop. My adjuster advised me that they will be updating the rental and to not worry. The following Monday the location contacted me and said they were going to report the vehicle stolen if I had not returned it. They lied to me and said that my insurance wasn't extending the rental and after speaking with my adjuster, they never contacted them. I contacted the location back with my adjuster and she explained that they are extending the rental so no need for the confusion. The associate on the phone lied to my adjuster and told her I wasn't being responsive which is wild because how would I have know they were going to report the vehicle stolen?!!! This process has been extremely stressful and I reached out to corporate to file a formal complaint. The entire office is rude, tasteless, and needs a complete reset with employees. I wish I stuck with my initial location for my reservation because I'm certain a suburban location wouldn't have been this poor with customer service. Sincerely, A very upset customer! read more

I have rented from Enterprise 5 or 6 times in the last 7 months. Always have a good experience and even became a plus member. Apparently it does NOT pay to be a loyal customer!. Great customer service! For some reason it's $10-$30 more on weekly rental than their Philadelphia location but it's worth it to come here for their customer service... Dan waited one & he was great. There is not an option for 0 star. Be aware of this location. When you renting their car, they treated you like god. However, if there is something wrong with the car and they'll make you to take the blame for it. Try other locations. read more

I used Enterprise I the past and never had a problem with them until a person hit my car!!! My insurance setup with a rental from Enterprise while my car was in the shop!!! When I called them the rental agent told me I had to put a security deposit down of a $150.00. I'm 61and my husband was 64 years old!!! My husband is totally disable and only needed the car for around 2 days!!! I'm not rich by any means and my husband and I don't drink or smoke!!! The only thing I needed it for was just to go to doctor appointments for my husband and run to the store. We don't ask for hand outs but being a previous customer with them and always returned the cars clean, I was totally insulted that I had to put a huge deposit down!!! Will never use them again and if your a senior, watch out for them!!! read more

The staff when I picked up was very helpful and pleasant. The car, however, was dirty inside and out, and had two evergreen-tree air cleaners hanging on the rear view mirror to mask the cigarette smell (even though there was a prominent "no smoking" sticker on the car). Upon returning the car on a Saturday morning, because they were not open on Friday evening, I asked to be driven back to my house. I was told both that "we don't take home, we only pick up" and then "we don't do that on Saturday." As a result, I had to get my own ride home. This undermines the whole point of the pick up/drop off part of Enterprises reason for being, doesn't it? read more

This place is the pits in service. I made a reservation since my car was in need of repair and I needed a rental into next week. I don't have a credit card so I asked what was the policy for using debit. So I was told two utility bills. I knew about this already because I had done this at another location but I was just checking. So I pulled up the same bill I used at a prior location. Rejected--you can't be on any assistance program. Hunh? Ok. Pulled another bill up that want due until September. Rejected--sorry it can't have a previous balance on the bill, it has to say zero. Hunh? Ok. I have a landline that doesn't produce paper bills. So I asked the rep, what are the requirements for the bill? "I just have to see it.", she says. So I show her the service is paid until 2018. Rejected--"Sorry I have to see a break down." So I had one more bill that I could possibly show, but I wanted to know if it was acceptable. So another male rep asked was I next; I was. So as I started to ask my question. Stops me in mid-sentence and tells me to hold on a minute while he takes a drop off that was after me! It made me feel like I was nothing but a nuisance so I simply walked away instead of getting irate. Simply put, stay away from this location! It has terrible service and the staff can care less about your issue. It's what I call "professional ignorance." They have professional exterior (tone of voice, etc), but are very reluctant and unwilling to accommodate or go out their way to help you (hide behind a policy, etc). read more
