I never write reviews but I wanted to after my experience at Autodelphia…read more I stopped there one day after work and was greeted by Billy the manager there. He was extremely friendly and took his time to show me about 4 cars that i was interested in. We drove all 4, he explained each car very well. He did not push me to buy a car. I went to a few other car dealerships before stopping here and everyone was pushy and just made me feel like they saw me as a dollar sign. Billy took a lot of time, he got me the carfax, just an overall good experience. I left that night and told him I would do some research. That night I received an email thanking me for coming in and even said " Regardless if you buy a vehicle from us or someone else we hope it all works out and you are happy with the new car you decide on". That has never happened to me from a car dealership before so I did decided to get my new SUV from Autodelphia. The process was quick and easy. Within an 40 I was in and out. Overall I rate this place at an A+. I love my new truck!! I called about a noise I heard on my way to work one day. Billy came to my work and picked the truck up himself and within 4 hours he dropped the keys back off. He had the issue fixed and I have had no problems with my car. A used car lot I would highly recommend!! 5 stars

Or better yet buy here, pay here's all together!! I originally brought an 04 Ford Explorer XLT from here. Things were fine for about a day or two? Then the car starting steaming and overheating and stalling which then made me late to work. Almost costing me my promotion. After 2 weeks of over the phone battles they finally took the car back and gave me an 07 Suzuki XL7 the same day I got the car the airbag service light came on along with the check engine light and the oil light pressure low all came. They told me to give it some time. It was just serviced it might need a moment whatever. So bout a week later I was delivering a $500.00 catering order for my store and then the car starts to ding uncontrollably and shuts off. I had to get my manager to come get me and the catering order and afterwards had to walk back to my car where I towed it to their mechanic shop where I was told the car was unsafe to drive. After about a week of not having any car and being a caterer you kinda need one of those... I received a call and I get it back and things were smooth for another 3 weeks. Where it happened again. I said this is enough. I decided to take the car back they refuse to take it back. Even when I said it was a voluntary repo. They said I was responsible for two balances and threatened to take me to court. The two balances being the original Ford Explorer which they tacked onto the new loan without telling me. Then they also proceeded to throw in my face that they sold the Explorer to someone else and I was still responsible for both cars when someone else brought that car?! These guys are scam artists and I beg you guys to please not make the same mistakes I did.. that's all I have to say.

I tried to renew this "warranty" with company i was told it was through and i was informed they had NOOOO idea what i was talking about and such policy did not exist. Then my transmission went 6 months after i spent 7000 cash, and mechanic says no fluids were ever changed and transmission fluid was black, burnt, and most likely the original fluid. So all in all, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. SHAM. LEMONS. SMOKE AND MIRRORS.

I purchased my vehicle in 2023 - a used 2019 Nissan Sentra. I dealt with Chris, who was extremely…read moreprofessional and seemed like a trustworthy business partner. The transaction itself seemed good. I'd rather not focus on Chris, but on Nissan Reedman Toll as a whole. After purchasing the vehicle, my car failed inspection twice - once in 2024 and most recently in 2025. All four tires and now the brake pads need to be replaced. In addition, the passenger-side lock needs to be manually locked and has been broken since the moment I purchased the vehicle. There was no initial offer to include new tires with the purchase or to fix the broken lock. There was also no disclosure that the brake pads would need to be replaced in less than two years. When we were sold the warranty, the interaction with the finance manager was unpleasant. Rather than taking a consultative approach, he challenged us on every question we asked. This was my first car-purchasing experience, and while I am certainly not an expert, I am in sales and can recognize a "hard sell." To clarify, this was not the salesperson Chris - it was the finance manager. My last interaction was with the service team this December, explaining that the car failed inspection and that two tires and a brake pad needed to be replaced. Instead of taking a consultative approach to identify the most affordable option, I was initially quoted $1,050. When I started asking follow-up questions, there was a sudden and unexplained discount to around $800. I will be taking my car for a second inspection with a local mechanic to see if the results align with Nissan's assessment. My experience seems to be in line with many others. Disappointing, to say the least.

On August 1, 2024, I went to the Drexel Hill dealership for a scheduled oil change. During the…read moreappointment, the service representative, Yailiz, informed me that my car needed new rear brake pads, rotors, and a battery replacement. I was quoted $711.00 for these repairs and scheduled the service for two days later. I was assured that everything was set. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, the bill showed $1,050.00 instead of the original $711.00 quote. Steve, the representative, pulled up the original quote, admitted it was a case of "fat fingers," and said this would be brought to the attention of the General Manager (also named Steve), who wasn't present that day. I reached out myself to the General Manager afterward but received no response or resolution. Since I didn't hear back from the dealership, I reached out to the corporate level. Despite multiple attempts, corporate was no help either. They promised follow-up emails, callbacks within 2-3 days, and even immediate responses, but none of these promises were kept. Finally, they said they couldn't address the overcharge since this branch is independently operated, offering only a coupon for future services instead. In response to a survey text from Yailiz, I shared this experience and asked to speak to someone. The service manager, Kim, called me but downplayed the issue. She offered a free oil change or a free app download instead of resolving the $340.00 overcharge. During the call, she told me I "don't understand human error" and repeated that it was "fat fingers." She even offered to "meet me halfway" and refund only half of the overcharge to "make me a happy customer." Despite this, I've yet to receive any resolution or refund. This unresolved $340.00 overcharge has caused significant frustration, and the lack of follow-up from both the dealership and corporate is concerning. I have been a customer at this dealership since 2008 but will not be returning. I advise anyone considering this location to double-check the math and ensure the work quoted matches the final charges--because if an error happens, they don't seem willing to follow up or make it right. This level of inaccuracy and the absence of accountability for a $340.00 discrepancy is disappointing. They clearly need a better system if miscalculations of this scale can happen without proper resolution.
