It appears this place is closed. No longer any signs or indication it is there. Part of Car dealership now.

Definitely do not recommend! --- Not a great experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car office. The checkout process felt rushed, and the customer service agent was brisk with me. He alluded to my "free upgrade" as if I had asked for it (I guess the car was more roomy then the compact car I wanted?), and seemed a little annoyed when explaining the different insurances to me. I'm not often renting cars, so I had a few questions and didn't have a strong preference between the cars available - I just said to please give me a clean and reliable one. Well, the car I was given failed on both accounts. The silver Nissan Altima I was given smelled like an ashtray and was dirty inside. I'm not exaggerating when I say I had to drive with the windows down for the day of the rental to get the smell to a manageable level. I'm a non-smoker and do not appreciate sitting in somebody else's old smoke that was completely soaked into the seats, so my hair and clothes smelled of cigarettes when I got out. For some reason, there was a warning light that I didn't notice at first, but a warning about the front collision detection came up every few miles during my trip. Not only was it annoying, but I wasn't sure if I can feel safe in the vehicle. I didn't interact with the staff when I returned the car because I had to leave early for the airport and used their convenient key drop. Wish I had a better experience and probably wouldn't return to this location for a rental.

They were also unresponsive when making calls, and finally overcharged us for the tolls even though we used their transponder as directed. This is a bad location. Stay away at all costs. UPDATE: Hey there, Chad - too little, too late. I already called your customer service line and they ignored all of my comments, stating that they had no control over this location's practices. Good luck with your job at this shoddy franchise.

August 1, 2015 Unbelievable! Instead of being driven…read moredirectly to the auto body shop where my repaired car was waiting for me, as the Hertz office manager had promised, I was forced to spend 1 hour and 10 minutes yesterday morning in a Hertz van while the driver of said van led a second Hertz employee to a drop-off site where she could leave the rental car she was driving. One hour and ten minutes!! When we turned right from the Hertz parking lot instead of left, which would have been in the direction of the auto body shop, I asked the van driver why he did that. He answered that the car behind him needed to be dropped off. Thinking that surely the drop-off would be just a few blocks away and not wanting to complain, I didn't say anything. But after 5 minutes or so, I asked where we were going. Driver said not to worry, he'd have me at the auto body shop in 20 minutes. Another 10 minutes elapsed and we still hadn't arrived at the car driver's destination. Again I queried the driver, who assured me we were very close. Obviously, these were lies. The van driver actually drove 35 minutes from the Clifton Heights office location to SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA! As you can imagine, I was not happy and made my dismay known (in a very polite, nice way) and the driver apologized, agreeing that the manager should have told him to drop me first at the body shop, which was in Morton, PA, and then drive to the drop-off site. When I got to the body shop and told the owner what had happened, he said that Hertz does that all the time and that because of the way Hertz treats customers, he never recommends Hertz to his customers. When I got home, I called the office to tell the manager, Iesha Alexander, how unhappy I was with the morning's proceedings. Her assistant answered the phone and said Iesha wasn't in the office. I asked when she would return and the assistant said she didn't know. When I replied that of course she knew when Iesha would return, the assistant said Iesha might not return for the duration of the workday, again insisting that she really didn't know Iesha's schedule for that day. What a way to run a business! Not! Hertz's website advertises that if one has a car in the shop, Hertz "can help by making finding a replacement car as easy and as hassle-free as possible." I guess no one told the Clifton Heights, PA personnel that. In addition to holding me captive for 1 hour and 10 minutes, my difficulties with Hertz started even before that. Trying to call the Clifton Heights office is a nightmare. My calls, made to the local office number, 610.623.7590, took forever to connect. I either got a busy signal, in which case the call ultimately was directed to a call center overseas or no answer (from 7:50 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., hours during which the office is ostensibly open). And one of the overseas representative I talked with insisted she was located in the local office, obviously a lie. So, no, contrary to Hertz's website's promoting, Hertz does NOT "make finding a replacement car as easy and hassle-free as possible." "Need a ride from the office, home or repair shop? No problem, we'll come and get you," proclaims Hertz's website. What the website doesn't say is that even though the office promised to send a replacement car to the auto body shop on July 20, it sent instead a van and driver who then drove me to the Hertz office, which is in the complete opposite direction from my house! I had to wait there for the car to be processed, which made me late for an appointment I had elsewhere that morning.
