Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.

Let me break down the pricing for this cab company: $4.00 to enter the cab alone. $3.00 for the first mile. $2.75 for every mile after that. Here is the cab pricing I have seen in their competitors: No charge to enter the cab. $2.30 for the first mile. $.30-.45 for every 1/3 of a mile after that. My total came to $16.00 for five miles. That was my first time riding with the cab company, and I had never, EVER paid that much for another cab for five miles--cloesr to $7.00-9.00, depending on traffic. The guy said, "No, you're lying. $16.00 is a reasonable price for five miles." He wouldn't let me out of the cab until I paid the full price, even though I knew it was double what I should have paid in the first place. I have encountered several businesses that have said, "If you can find a price that's lower than ours, we will reimburse you the difference." After showing Maza that at least three of their competitors charged, literally, half their prices, they refused to reimburse the difference in their overpriced fees. Do yourself a favor, and save your money. Never get a taxi from Maza. With their prices, I predict they will find themselves out of business. For the Delaware country cab area, there are companies with far fairer prices, and far more respectful drivers.
