He gave me detailed instruction on proper care, because this was my first car, and getting the car in my possession was cake. I had just gotten the keys and as soon as I go 3/4 a mile, the check gas light came on. They didn't put any gas in the tank and when I notified them they were embarrassed. Luckily they gave me a month free maintenance, although I wish it were like 3 months. A year later that cars engine died. And the car cost exactly how much a new engine would cost. Yes it is good service, yes it is easy to get a car. But I recommend you get the more expensive cars on the lot or go to a higher price dealer. I got exactly what I paid for. That car gave me problems and I was scared half the time I was driving it. But lesson learned, don't go for the cheapest and cutest car on the lot!!

They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!
