I met with James who is extremely personable and down to earth. He was very patient and professional as he helped me as we compared the features between the different trim levels. After discussing my main concerns and comparing things like pricing, warranty, and the available safety features between the crosstrek and the other model that was on the top of my list at the time, I discovered that the Subaru is an excellent value and suddenly made it to the top of my list. Today I was there for state inspection and literally it's the most inexpensive inspection I've had since I moved here five years ago. They didn't try to sell me any stuff. They didn't try to do anything unnecessary. They did the recall on their own. They mentioned i might need new tires in another 5K miles. They just HONESTLY did the state inspection as every place should have done! So in short, having work done at the dealership doesn't always mean a ripoff!

We went by to pick it up around 12:15 PM. I went in for her to the customer service area, there were about 5 representatives who ignored me for about 7-8 minutes as I walked back and forth to be very visible. After a period of time another customer walked in, one of the representatives who had been ignoring me said to him, "can I help you?". Finally the representative on the far right side (facing the counter) helped me after I initiated with him. It was like they were all trying to avoid helping me. It was a horrible experience. My wife previously went to JL Freed Honda in Montgomeryville to service her former car, the customer service was excellent there. Conicelli Toyota's Service Department staff was some of the rudest, most ignorant customer service people I've ever dealt with. Next time I'll drive farther away for a better service experience. We went to Battaglia yesterday and I let my mom do all the talking, she told them what she was looking for, what her price range was and when I tell you every single person in there was walking in and out of the room asking questions to make sure they fully understood what it was she wanted/didn't want... made sure they didn't go over her price range... pulling 4/5/6 cars out of the lot for her to test drive... she finally found the car she LOVED... They gave her an amazing price for it and gave her a lot more for her trade then other places we went to. We left there and she couldn't stop smiling because not only did she feel like she did it "herself" but she felt like she was treated like a human, she left knowing she wasn't ripped off and even more so, she left with the car she LOVED. I can't thank EVERYONE at Battaglia enough for the most amazing car buying experience ever-- they are not sales man/women who force feed you cars and push you to do this or that... they LISTEN, they care.
