I have been traveling for work and Kemer has kept up with my crazy schedule. The cars are nice and his customer service is always on point.

I have been trying to get someone on the phone from this location for 2 days. I have spent over an hour of hold time, no one ever answers.

The car was fine but when I went to drop it off as I showed up the person was leaving in a car. I waited and waited for someone to help me but after 20 minutes I had to leave to go back to work so had to leave the key on the counter and I have now go back again to pick up the receipt and my card. Very annoying. Had to wait 20 minutes to pickup but he was helping someone so I get it but even when I try to tell them I left the car no one is still there to help. Won't go back because while the employees are nice, I just don't have to time to sit while no one is there to help. Very disappointed because its convenient but the service isn't there. read more

I recently rented from this location and they offered me two car options when I arrived. When I returned the car there was some miscommunication and in the end Katie, the manager, resolved the issue and left me a follow up voicemail. As a customer, it was nice to have my concerns taken serious along with a prompt resolution. I also noticed that the savings were greater here than other locations so that was a bonus. read more

I have used this location many times each year as I travel for work often. The service here has almost always been wonderful. With the said, the last three times I reserved a vehicle at this location, I was disappointed. The first reservation I had was cancelled by me. This was due to my work schedule. With that said, I spoke with the operator of this location the day I was scheduled to get a truck and was told there was no truck available and no other car at that time. I agreed to move my rental reservation to the next day. Part of my decision to move my work trip was due to no vehicle being ready at the time I reserved it (this was in March 2021). My second noted problem reservation was not work related. On the day I was to return the car, I received a phone call from a panicked operator telling me I needed to get the vehicle back as he had no others to rent out. I told him I wasn't due back for 30 more minutes, but would come at that time (this was in March 2021). The third noted problem was just this week (April 2021). I rented a truck to be picked up on 4/5/21 and was told, upon arrival, there was no truck for me (again). I was not offered any other options and had to ask if there was something else to rent. I was told yes, but would have to wait for it to be cleaned. I waited and got into my car. The car had an awful smell of cigarette smoke. It was very overwhelming and had I not already been last for my work obligation, I would have turned around. Also, there way NO apology offered for not having a truck to rent and no offer of a discount due to this. Not getting a phone call ahead of time was very discouraging. I did call the Sandy operator, while on the road, regarding the cigarette smell and the operator stated he did smell it when he was getting me in the car, but didn't think it was bad. I am highly discouraged by my last three visits and, annually, spend a good amount on car rentals. There is no real local contact to reach out to and discuss these concerns. I will be finding a new rental location for all my future needs. read more

I was absolutely appalled by the way I was treated when I arrived to pick up my insurance provided rental car. The blonde woman who was "helping" me was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid, that was not what I needed after just surviving a traumatic crash, and missing a doctors appointment due to not having a vehicle... Being a company that deals with insurance cases and crash victims, I would expect a little more empathy and understanding from their staff. I would not reccomend them to anyone! I have now rented 2 times from Enterprise in Sandy. I have received excellent service from Sam. He had several people to handle all at once and did so with patience and calm. He is organized under pressure. His helper was fast and efficient as well. I will always use this buisness. read more

Absolutely wonderful customer service from this enterprise location! Jenni and Mandy both know what it takes to provide superior customer service, last month I researched every other car rental agency to find the best price on a vehicle that would take my family to Southern California (Disneyland to be specific) and found that enterprise was the cheapest "without haggling" based on everyone else the price was more than fair considering I put over 2,000 miles on the the dodge caravan rented, 5 stars for these two ladies! We recieved a rental car after my husband's truck was hit while he was stopped, no fault of his own. Since we were due a rental car similar to what we lost, we got a Tahoe. Sara, the manager of the Gresham office (503 665 3300) ex 4, has called us several times threatening with a lawsuit because the body shop took too long. We had a great experience with this location and working with Jenny in particular. She went above and beyond for us when our car broke down. They came and picked us up and we were able to go about our vacation to Bend. OR as planned, but with the rental car instead. Ours was car in the shop near by for a while, and we had no problem driving the rental car back home and returning it in Washington state. Jenny's customer service was like no one I had ever experienced in a long. long time. Thank you so much for all you did for us, we didn't miss a beat and enjoyed our vacation to Bend!!! read more

First they put me in a Hyundai Elantra while my loaded gmc suv was at the auto body shop. Then the car they gave me smelled of stale cigarettes and perfume. I called after an hour to get switched into a different car. No answer so I left a message. I just had a major sinus surgery and have severe allergies which require weekly shots. Driving this car for 2hrs a day is a health issue. Then I emailed them. NO RESPONSE when I got a review from the insurance I wrote all about my bad experience. The farmers agent called and apologized. He said he would have enterprise call me to make it right. Once again NO call. Worst customer service ever and I am a manger of a best western hotel. I know about how important customers are. read more
