Dan responded to my request for a quote via Yelp within minutes and the cost was super reasonable. He was on time and personable, even with our 4:30am pick up time. I think it was his son who picked us up for our return trip home a week later. Our flight landed 15 minutes early and he was already at PDX, parked and waiting for us. He also was very friendly with just the right amount of conversation, and he didn't even bat an eye at my 49.5 pound suitcase! When I first called I started off just going to use them to and from the airport, but I also needed to get around the city throughout my stay and the more I spoke to owner, he just helped more. He set up an entire winery tour day and drove us around. He took us to all of our engagements and told us about the cit and area. We have found a diamond in the car service world. We have used Mark four times now and each time it was a five-star experience. Using 'Julie F.' as a template, we had to be picked up at 2:30 AM (!) for a flight out of PDX. When I went to the window to see if he was out there, there he was - FIVE MINUTES EARLY. We got into a SPOTLESS Cadillac CTS for the ride. My wife made the point to say he smelled good, even at 2 AM! Needed a ride for my son who was returning to Portland during the recent snow storm. Could not make a reservation with any of the cab companies who recommended calling when he arrived and expecting at least a 1 hour wait. Uber was charging 4 times normal rate because of snow and limited number of drivers. I made a reservation with MCS who charged their standard rate. Driver was on time at the airport, but the plane was delayed by 30 minutes. Driver was available by phone and via text., He waited until my son arrived and drove him safely back to the University of Portland in snowy, icy conditions. I was so relieved to know that my son was safe and taken care of during this unusual Portland snow storm. MCS provided exceptional service and communication during this unusual Portland snow storm. I will use them again and from the service we received would recommend MCS without reservation? I don't understand why this review was moved to the not recommended reviews section. It has been posted for less than 24 hours. I wrote the review above which was extremely positive and I see it has now been moved to the reviews that are not recommended section. I find this extremely odd, because you will note that the positive reviews for this company have been moved to that section. This really makes me wonder what YELP is doing here. I would like to see my review put back at the top where it belongs, because it is the most recent review. I am a real customer with no affiliation to the business listed. It seems to me that YELP is treating this business unfairly. Come on YELP, what is up here? If I were this business, I would be upset with the treatment they are receiving from YELP!
