Rented a party sprinter van for a friend's bachelor trip! They showed up on time and the van was super clean and spacious. The pricing was pretty good given there's not a lot of options out there and you have to drive everywhere in Oregon! Would 100% recommend JMI and use them again! read more

We reached out multiple times requesting a quote but never received a response--no return phone call and no reply to our online request. Based on this lack of communication, I can't recommend this company. Responding to inquiries is a basic professional courtesy. read more

Everything went well. Easy company to work with. The driver was amazing and actually called the next winery on our tour to let them know we running late! They are located right here in Beaverton and the party bus was well equipped with water for everyone. It was a good day! read more

New Had an AMAZING experience working with JMI Limousine!! From the moment I called till we were dropped off after four magical hours in their stunning luxurious Mercedes Sprinter that I rented to celebrate my son's 17th birthday. They allowed us to visit and sample all limos prior to booking, they were gracious, patient, helpful and accommodating. Mason the person who greeted us and showed us the vehicles was wonderful! We requested that he'd be the person to drive us on the event date, and he did not disappoint. The sprinter we rented was immaculate with ice and champagne glasses (served sparkling cider to my teen and his friends), water on ice, a killer sound system & a very cool light show. I have called a few other limos services, JMI stood out not only for their best pricing, but also their superb communication and customer service. I have never seen my son happier! We are not rich, but making lifetime memories is important to us. Worth every penny! Rent a limo from JMI you won't regret it. Life is short. Thank you JMI Limousine! Can't wait for our next ride with you (Senior Prom!). read more

Our driver did an exceptional job! He handled a car full of 13 year olds (our granddaughters birthday) fabulously. The car was in pretty good shape ( had one noticeable dent on a rear door). If and when we are to hire another limo, it will be with this group and the driver! read more

I have used JMI a number of times and they are amazing! Whether you have a big group and need a party bus, going with a smaller group on a wine tour, or just need transportation to the airport, JMI can do it all. They have a great selection of vehicles, are always early to pick you up and friendly drivers. I highly recommend JMI Limousine! read more

Jmi is the best. Clean, service oriented and perfect for any business or personal special event.

I am so impressed with the way this company is run! They have a good fleet and had availability for last minute accommodations, I think I had tried 2 or 3 other companies off of Google before giving JMI a call and the others were all booked up, while JMI still had one limo available that could fit our party. Stevie Jo was helpful, made the process easy, and is super personable. She even called me back after business hours just to be sure I was able to book a limo that evening instead of waiting for them to open the following day. The experience itself was incredible, our driver Ron has clearly been doing this for a long time and knows the ins and outs of driving out in wine country. We weren't quite sure how he would accomplish getting us up to a vineyard on a narrow dirt road but sure enough he reversed all the way up and made it look easy! He even called our destinations in advance to let them know our ETA which took all the pressure off and gave us the opportunity to just enjoy the experience. The event we had planned was for my father in law's 75th birthday, and it was extremely memorable and special thanks to JMI. Thank you so much! read more

We used this company for our daughters wedding. Was a great day!! Would use again, they were very professional

We've used JMI limo services for 3 years in a row now for a special occasion and we will never go anywhere else. Their service is exceptional and everyone is always so kind. Our drivers have always gone above and beyond to make our occasion extra special and it's very appreciated! We've rented a different vehicle every time and they've always been great. Highly recommend :) read more

Absolutely fantastic service! It was a busy day for them and we were actually driven by the owner, he was extremely friendly, professional and interacted well with everybody. They have been doing this for sometime so they literally have anticipated your needs even if you're not aware or you are going to need it. Even though we had the evening planned he was extremely flexible if something needed to change and had excellent suggestions if we needed.very fun environment, we had the stretch hummer. read more

We called another limo company to ask for a donation of limo services for a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser auction. The other company verbally committed to helping, but then several weeks went by and they never responded and would not sign the donation form. We were scrambling at the last minute to find another limo service to make a donation and Stevie at JMI came through with flying colors! In less than 24 hours, she produced a gift certificate for us to use and signed our donation form. I finally did more research on limo companies and should have called JMI to begin with as they have great reviews and long-term staff. I will definitely be using them for future limo rentals. I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help us out. read more

JMI took great care of the wedding party for my sister's nuptials. Easy booking and great communication from our driver, Dana. She was a true rockstar. She even made bar recommendations for our after party following the reception! read more

We had a booking with another company in town... 7 days before our overnight trip that company cancelled. Thank goodness JMI stepped in add kept the dream alive. That was the first good news. The limo bus was sooooo much nicer and the driver (Randy) was amazing. Other companies had nickel and dimed us, JMI treated us like kings and didn't over charge, over sell or go cheap with us. The driver even stopped during our conference to refill our "beverages" in our cooler. 5 STAR all day. Thanks JMI -John L Scott NE read more

I booked a party bus at another limousine company (called Five Star, ironically enough) last Saturday night and they were so uncommunicative that I panicked and called JMI at 11 the night before to book a backup. Stevie answered and they magically had a bus for a great price. Our driver Jeff was prompt, helpful, easy-going, and never complained about us drunkenly screaming 80s hits at the top of our lungs all night. Highly recommended. Thanks for saving my ass! read more

I was on a trip to Portland with some friends over the summer. We wanted to see some wineries. JMI recommended some wonderful wineries that would be accommodating to our large group of 20 people. The limo arrived on time and had some ice to accommodate our beverages.. We went to three wineries and had amazing day, and a had a nice comfortable ride in style. I definitely would recommend JMI to anyone.. read more

I had to knock a star off simply because the driver we had was not too friendly. It's OK to interact when needed. He barely spoke to us, didn't check in or let us know what's where or whatever, which was kind of annoying. Other than that, I do recommend this company. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and the inside of the bus looked great! No torn furniture or anything like that. At least, I didn't see. The pole was great to have. That was one of the requirements I looked for when I booked this for a bachelorette party. I liked that there was unlimited stops. It was a surprise, so we winged it according to where the bride wanted to go, with places already in the plans, of course. The response time could be quicker, but nontheless, they responded by the week. read more

We are about to wrap up our 5th corporate VIP trip to Portland this week, and I couldn't be happier with the service from JMI. Our trips were each (4) days long, with clients coming in from across the country. We used private cars to pick up our guests at the airport on day one and drop them back on the last day. All of the drivers were kind, professional and prompt. They tracked the flights themselves, which took a TON of pressure off of myself and my event team. On the 2nd and 3rd day of each trip, we used the corporate bus to take us up to Newberg and back- with stops in Lake Oswego and Tualatin. This vehicle is clean, incredibly comfortable, and rides smooth. If you have any choice in drivers, Randahl is someone I would recommend again and again. He was our guide for every trip, and we truly consider him a part of our team now! I also want to commend Stevi Malinowski for all of her help and hard work in making each one of our trips a success. I was able to fully focus on every aspect of our clients needs because she handled every detail of the transportation clearly, and patiently (I was a bit disorganized at times- and she was amazingly patient) . In conclusion, we will be booking all future transportation for events and trainings through JMI!!! read more

Great service. Great vehicles. Fair prices. The best place to get a limo. I have hired many of these in the past. None as good as JMI.

Very upset that I used the company's "book now" feature to reserve a specific vehicle for a specific date for a vehicle that I knew was available ( I called in beforehand) and it was disregarded by the company. They waited to write me back (days later) until the vehicle was booked by someone else. My reservation request was completely ignored. I don't understand why they have "book now" feature if they're going to ignore customer requests. Avoid this company!!! read more

Johnny at JMI was rude and condescending. I called him several times trying to set up a limo for our wedding and each time he quoted me a different amount for the same day/time/destination and then said he couldn't take down the reservation because he was out of town. When he finally did take the reservation down, he then called me back a few days later and forgot he had the reservation. He asked me what price he had given me, and when I told him he said "No, no one here would give you that price it's too low!" and denied ever talking to me about it. When I called to confirm a week before the date he said the same thing! Not to mention that the white limo I paid for ended up being a black limo. Boo, JMI, you were the worst decision we made for our wedding. EDIT: 8/28/12 - Johnny at JMI called to apologize for our experience and also mailed us gift certificates to make it up to us. We are happy to give them another shot, and will update again regarding our second experience once we re-book. read more

Best limousine company in the Portland area! We rented a party bus for my daughter's 19th birthday party. It was a birthday party on wheels! Our driver was Dave, he was an exceptional part of the night. JMI made her birthday a very special experience. Thanks guys! read more

I used JMI Limousine for my bachelor party and got a limo bus for a really good price. The driver was nice and professional. The party bus was top notch, unlike some other party buses I have been in. Where do I even start? CHAD made our limo experience the highlight of our day. We got a limo to go from Portland to Eugene for the game. Chad was punctual and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. He was literally in the right place every time we wanted to meet back up with him. Guess what? He even brought back my sunglasses the next day that I had left in the limo. Great company and great limousine. However, if you want the best - ask for Chad. read more

There are a couple of key elements to selecting a good limo service. Besides the price/value element and availability, it is very important to have a good driver. Not just good at driving but good at understanding the clients and the venues we were visiting. We used JMI Limousine to take a tour of the Oregon wine country. Our driver, Steve had all the skills! We started our wonderful tour in Carlton and ended up back in Portland. We highly recommend using JMI Limousine for your next outing. Cheers! read more

I'd like to give 4.5 stars, but for some reason I can't quite hit 5. The limo (white Chrysler 300) was great, ambience very cool, but there was a learning curve with the electronics, and though it was supposed to be for 6-8 passengers, 8 would have felt cramped. The set up on the phone was a breeze and Taylor was super professional, she made it extremely easy to plan for whatever. If you're the kind of person who needs email confirmations and .ics calendar invites, though, be aware that this isn't coming. If you want to reconfirm your reservation you need to do it the old fashioned way and pick up the phone. Glassware was provided and clean, ice was there, and the driver Tony was professional and nice. We had no issues getting to any of our destinations and we really had a great time. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the Portland area looking for a full service limo company, and won't hesitate to use JMI in the future. read more

We used them for a wine tour, which we do at least 2x a year here and in CA and this was by far the best experience. Our driver Tan, was so knowledgeable (and I am in the industry) and extremely professional. The limo was clean, comfortable, on time and took us every where we wanted to go. Great job JMI, you are for sure going to be getting repeat business from me and references. read more

Ordered Limo for wine tour to use as a team building for my company. Had a great experience booking, with Johnny listening to our needs and proposing the good solutions that were very price competitive. On the day of the event, limo showed up on time with a very friendly driver and a great server. We all enjoyed the top quality limo and very comfortable accommodations. Despite hitting typical traffic for a summer Saturday, the driver was very capable and no one even noticed the slow down. Server was also very helpful and professional, keeping everyone's needs in mind and making sure we had a great time. Only bad part was when it was over - would definitely recommend using them in the future. read more

JMI Limousine is the BEST!! They saved the night for our dance team this past weekend. We had booked two party buses with another limo company, and at the last minute the other company could not provide insurance information... Which meant we were not able to proceed with the scheduled services. I began my search again with less than 48 hours before the date for a party of 38. Johnny made a few exceptions to make the night happen, and they were able to provide everything needed the same day! The night of, Doug (the driver) was there early and the Fleet Party Bus was spectacular! Doug made the trip so much fun for the dance team, but really went above service when one of the girls left a pair of shoes on board. Once he saw them he came to our drop off location to make sure she got them back. Bottom line, this is the only limo company I will ever want to do business with again! You guys rock!! read more

I booked with JMI for a 40th birthday, wine tasting day (this was actually in Oct the year before last). Johnny provides 5 star customer service, and the quality of the party bus was excellent as well. The reasons I give it 4 stars is because the driver wasn't familiar enough with where he was going. I didn't notice it at first, but later noticed he had a paper map and this is probably why, I am sure GPS would have sent him the way I had planned around. I did not book any visits to wineries off of Hwy 99 and was opting for the Carlton-Yamhill side. I arranged a meeting spot off Hwy 210 in the south Beaverton / NW side of Tigard to take a shorter route out to the area. The driver ended up going out the opposite way to Hwy 217 down to Hwy 99 and down Hwy 99 south a ways (I think Newberg). He didn't even take 210 to Roy Rogers to get down to Hwy 99 in Sherwood (cutting out a lot of miles, traffic and time). This meant nearly an extra hour of driving. We missed our last reservation. The driver called the vineyard to make sure we weren't charged (for the group our size we had to leave a cc to reserve / guarantee the tasting). Fortunately, they didn't charge me, but we were all disappointed that we didn't get the last vineyard in. Note to self: another hour booked, regardless of making the vineyard or not, would have been fun to just drive around and continue the fun in the party bus. It wasn't until the end that we were all happily intoxicated and having a great time taking advantage of all the bells and whistles of the bus. read more

I took my wife to Tim and Faith last night for our anniversary. We were picked up, our kids got to ride in the limo around the block. Then we headed to dinner, then the concert.
