I give this company 5 stars easily…read more My daughter was traveling for the first time to Portland International. She missed a shuttle that a college was providing due to her flight being delayed. She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. He was a guardian angel who made sure my daughter got to her location safely. I recommend this company to everybody. If you are landing in Portland give Billie a call!

I called many times but no one answered, I left a voice message and emailed. Didn't receive a response for a few days. They finally called and we got all the details worked out. They did arrange a nice wine tour to three wineries. The limo was in excellent condition and very nice. However, our lady chauffeur wasn't experienced at all! Also, at the first winery I asked the driver if she can keep us on time because with eights women we tend to lose track of time. She laughed and said she will keep us on time. Not the case!!! We ended up going over by an hour, and a week later I received an email from them that they charged my card for an additional 1.5 hours $180. If you had no intention of keeping us on time, then why not just say so, and we would have watched the time ourselves but since the driver said she will keep us on time we relied on her... $180 worth apparently! Great limo and concierge service, the rest not so much.

My friends and decided to visit Portland for the weekend. For some, it was their first time there,…read moreso I wanted to take them around to see the city, eat donuts, and drink beer. Since we had multiple stops and there were 15 of us including 3 toddlers, it would have been a huge hassle to call so many Ubers/Lyfts. Not to mention all the heavy car seats that we would have had to carry with us to each location. My solution: renting a private bus! I reached out to multiple shuttle companies, but Shanghai really stood out to me. Dusty responded almost immediately and was very helpful in providing details about their pricing and buses. While my main goal was really just to safely and efficiently get my group to the various spots, it was a plus that Shanghai's bus also included a karaoke machine. Once we decided on the terms and details, Dusty sent over a contract within the next few days. The morning of our ride, Dusty texted to let me know our bus was on the way. Our driver, Ron, arrived a few minutes early, so by our reservation start time, we were all set to go. He was professional, kind and drove cautiously. As it was raining, I appreciated that he dropped us off as close as he safely could at each location, and then picked us back up when we were ready to continue to the next spot. The cooler was also stocked with ice, as promised. We ended up riding the Solid Gold bus, which is literally a converted school bus. I must admit this was very different from our typical sprinter party bus experience. For one, I had never ridden a party bus with kids before, and blasting "Wheels On The Bus" instead of dance music was such a different vibe. Lol! The bus was unique and had a vintage feel -- very Portland. Given our situation, I actually preferred this over the dark, tinted windows of the sprinters we are used to. The Solid Gold allowed us to see the city during our rides. We got a lot of stares every time we pulled up to a donut shop or brewery, but it was a fun experience. Everyone had a great time, especially the kids who now point out every bus that passes by on the street and say they want to go back to the party bus!

Used the service to get to the Portland airport even though the driver was 45 minutes late for pick-up. When I talked with their dispatch person she said it was traffic. When we talked the driver he said he got lost. We were standing in front of our house trying to flag the oblivious driver down when he finally made it to our neighborhood. Not good. The service is not cheap. On our return flight into Portland they were a complete no show and blamed us, the customer. Due to the first mishap I had double checked that they had our return flight information correct and repeated to her because we live in Washington. She said it was confirmed as it was going to be a very late arrival it was important to make sure a driver was available. When we called the company because no car was waiting for us they were less than helpful and suddenly our reservation was never made. Blame a repeat customer is not a good way to do business. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst reserved car service used ever. Brad from Lucky limo reached out and took full responsibility for the communication errors that resulted in the less than good service. His actions and corrections made to our account shows he does care about his customers and the car services provided. It is so rare today that people and businesses do listen to their customers. Thank you to Brad. We look forward to using lucky limo in the future.
