Dear Enterprise, This has happened to me more than once, and I live in Central Oregon! My issue is I have recently referred Enterprise Rentals at Roberts Field Redmond to at least four (three flew in and one lives locally) drivers (renters, customers, nice people). The issue is this: Reserve a Mid-sized car (on line in advance), arrive to pick up car and be told "sorry" no mid sized available, Darn it! But wait Compact is available . Problem is the compact is too small. Grandma is not going for the roof rack. There are cars (lots of them) the next size up from mid-sized but price increases anywhere from $20.00 extra per day or more. So we get a choice because you're standing at the counter, in the airport......trying not to look like an idiot... Take the compact (yes it's less money, but not the point), or pay a considerable amount more for a larger car! What happened to the days when you made a reservation, confirmed the item in question, many times prepaid to save time, there was never a thought for Enterprise to comp the upgrade, something? Spare yourself from no cars and long waits. I reserved my car months in advance. Our flight was delayed hours so technically my car should've been there. Instead, the attendant (who was super nice, btw) informed us they had no cars clean and it would be a long wait. Next door is Avis who takes walk ups and competitor pricing. read more

Enterprise RDM tried to give me a safety compromised car and took advantage of me. I had a reservation #1346317206 for a car at RDM airport starting 2/17/23 for 4 days for a total of $181.42, or $45.36 per day. I made standby on a flight, so at the last minute I modified this reservation to add one day upfront for 5 days starting 2/16/23, and boarded the plane. I was quite surprised on arrival that night to see a bill for $337.29, or $67.46 per day. The counter could give me no explanation as to why my rate jumped 50%. It was now late and there was no other options. Then I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be washed. Driving away from the airport, the car's TPMS light came on. Returning to the airport, the manager tried to sell that the pressure was fine. TPMS systems fail when cold. This is not true. I was not about to accept a car with compromised tires, at night, during a snowstorm, where many roads in Oregon have no cell service. The only option I was offered was to upgrade to an SUV. The final charge was $448.40 or $89.68 per day, or double the original rate. I have yet to receive an email receipt itemizing these charges. My expectations are: 1) when I extended the reservation by one day, my daily rate would not increase. 2) Enterprise would not try to sell me that a safety compromised car was ok to drive. 3) With the reserved car malfunctioning and having to return to the airport, Enterprise would have offered an alternative car at no extra charge. This has been my experience at other rental firms. 4) Enterprise would have had the car ready on my arrival. Enterprise did not live up to it's commitment to have a car that was deserved, and took advantage of the situation. My view is the charges should be consistent with the original reservation. Original daily rate of $45.36 applied to 5days, or $226,80. I was billed $448.40. I am due a refund of $221.60 Contacting Care@Enterprise.com is a dead letter office, two emails, no response. Calling their customer line resulted in a 3hr hold and then cutoff. Chat never responded over 12hr period. Consider a different firm. read more

Had everything set up for a rental I go in and say I need two forms like a utility bill or a check stub, if I'm supposed to have that stuff why don't they say it in the email they send out?! As a once employee for the company I thought they were good but not when this crap happens. So what I did is go to Avis next to them and definitely got a better deal and vehicle. Enterprise y'all going down hill and I'm loacal I shouldn't have to have two things of proof for income or whatever that dumb shit it for. read more

This was my second time using Enterprise and again I was surprised of the level of quality of service they provide. Outstanding! Renting a car from Enterprise was a breeze and their staffs Michelle, Alex ( Redmond) and Andrew (Bend) was absolutely amazing. They put me in a brand new car. Was very clean and had plenty of leg room. If I could give the staff 10 stars I would. Excellent job, Enterprise! Would definitely recommend and use Enterprise again. read more

Arrived in Redmond and had to wait for a car as did everybody else. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait. It ended up being about a 10 minute wait and they gave us a free upgrade to an SUV! Very happy with this company! read more

I had a perfect rental experience using Roberts field Enterprise during our recent trip to Bend. The check-out service was quick, friendly and efficient and we were upgraded to a brand spanking new car. Same thing with turning in the car- they shaved off some time from our lease period and discounted the price. Will rent from them for sure next time. read more

This place is completely ridiculous. They overbook their cars and then when you ask for a resolution or why they did not inform you the front desk clerks provide attitude. If you didn't want to work customer service maybe find a new career path. This is at an airport where people are traveling. I will never work with this company again read more

I love, love, love Enterprise Rent-A-Car, (especially the office located at the Redmond, OR Airport), There is not one single Enterprise staff member I have met at this location who is not awesome. Amazing staff. I have rented autos from Avis, Budget and Hertz, and none can compare to Enterprise Rent-A- Car. They have the best selection of autos, their standard and mid size cars are comfortable and in perfect condition. Excellent prices which can't be matched. Apparently due to covid, people use it as a excuse for horrible service. I wish I didn't have plans after picking up a rental car because I have been waiting to see a worker for over a half hour. If I didn't have a reservation already I would have chose Budget or Avis because they are actually out behind the counter waiting for customers. There is no sense of urgency with this rental company. read more

Poor customer service I will not rent again at this location. The branch rental manager Luke Loberg is rude, disrespectful, sarcastic and cocky for someone who does not know how to rent vehicles. I had the occasion to use Enterprise when my car was damaged, so my insurance company used them. Have to say that Kelli (at the counter in the airport) was very helpful. I told her that I would like a car that was ideally AWD and thrifty, as we were dealing with snow at the time. She said that she just got something in I might be interested in, a hybrid Lexus (CT200h) and would I like to try it as it fell into the daily allotment that my insurance company provided. What a treat! My wife fell in love with that car. So it is now on the short list to replace her car when that day comes. Thank you Kelli! read more

I was traveling to Oregon in June and chose Enterprise to rent my car. I was really surprised at the behavior of the guy who checked me out. He tried to sell me their insurance even after I declined. He went to the point of saying that my Mastercard wouldn't have the right insurance coverage and I should use Visa. My sister was there and challenged him about that saying she knows for a fact that it does because she had to use it recently. He must have taken offense because he made me show him my insurance card, wrote it on the contract, and even asked me for my coverage!! Of course I don't know my exact coverage. What a jerk. When we finished up he just gave me the key and didn't even tell me where the car was in the lot. My sister and I walked around pressing the button on the key trying to find the car in the Enterprise area. The car ended up being right in the first row!! I hope a manager sees this and they have a talk with him (contact me for the contract numbers). I won't rent from Enterprise in Redmond again due to the negative experience I had. I have rented cars from Enterprise at several airports recently, and have enjoyed their professional efficient service, good cars, and competitive rates. Enterprise at the Redmond Oregon airport is equally good. The only suggestion I can think of would be for them to clarify their car return rules: The general location is clearly marked, but it took me a few minutes to figure out there was no specific return lane, so I just parked the car in an open stall. I had a great experience with Enterprise, and they're my go-to car renter. I first rented with Enterprise when I first went to college and occasionally needed a car to get around, I was in that 21-25 age bracket and no other rental companies would rent me a car because i was under 25, but Enterprise did and they have always been very pleasant to deal with and because of that early good experience in college when i was younger, i'm going to stick with renting from Enterprise whenever I can! My trip to Redmond/Bend was great and the car was fine, but the only thing I would suggest is that they could put an ice-scraper in the car for you to use as i had to use card from my wallet to do that when it snowed. read more

Enterprise did a great job. They watched a children's car seat while I retrieved luggage and a ski bag. The truck we rented was clean.

Lame. Made a reservation and when I got to the desk they had no cars a expected me to wait. Took a cab. $33 bucks to Bend.

Really bad service I would never used enterprise again. I had to get a rental cause I got in an accident my insurance take care of everything and I got stock with $240 of fees what the hell, I didn't Know anything after 2 days later that got a phone call telling me that I own $240 I toll them I'm at work I will take care of that when I'm off work. Show up at the bend office (the stuff is really slow and look like they don't know what they doing) wait like 20min and the guy toll me that they couldn't find anything on my name.. 3 days later i got another phone call about the money and I got charge to my credit card after toll the guy don't charged my card I will pay with my debit card they didn't care what I say not good service at all.. And went I got the rental it was dirty inside and no fuel had to drive from the office right to the gas station, can't trust this guys read more

My experience was matter-of-fact - they gave me what I asked for and charged what was predicted. It was up to me to report any problems with the car, such as scratches, and everything was direct and straightforward. The agents were helpful and cordial. As a business user of Hertz and an occasional customer of Enterprise, I can appreciate the more competitive pricing of Enterprise. read more

I have had such great experiences working with the Redmond Airport Enterprise! The staff is always friendly, courteous and help me get a great car. They know who I am and always make it quick so I can get on my way. I also appreciate how they typically have so many options, whereas the Bend Enterprise has a much smaller selection. My car was in the shop, getting fixed & Enterprise picked me up from the shop & took me to get the rental picked up. They even extended my rental as the shop kept changing the pick up date. The people were very nice & friendly and the car was very nice. Although with the weather being bad with very nasty roads, I had to drive extra careful as the car wasn't prepped for the snow and unfortunately, the only thing that Enterprise could do was upgrade me to an SUV (Which was a 2 week waiting list) I did like everything else!!! though i had a rez in Bend the next day, I landed at the airport that had a scarcity of taxis. They were flexible enough to provide me a car, same rate with no drop off fee downtown. Yes, not all that extraordinary but it's nice to see flexibility without a lot of gnashing of teeth. read more
