I live in Powell Butte so I absolutely have to call ahead, usually a day in advance. I've never had them tell me nobody was available and I've never had a driver just not show up.... but they're always early. Like annoyingly early sometimes. They'll either come up and knock or I will have to run out there to let them know I still have some things to pack or finish up because I wasn't expecting them for another hour or however long, and that I'll go as quick as I can (they've always been understanding but it makes me feel bad/awkward lol). Better than being late or not showing up but it's still pretty inconvenient. The positives are that I've never had a driver who made me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I have such few options where I live (no uber, no lyft, only a couple cab companies to call) so I am grateful they're available at all and willing to make the drive. I really wish they'd get a little better with the timing though...

I have been using Coiled from the beginning, through it all they have been a great partner. Have there been hiccups? Maybe one in 30 shuttles, but when there is an issue they fix it ASAP. These accounts appear to be trolls, I know Uber is notorious for trying to discredit local businesses, each account was just opened this month with only one review each. My two cents is if you need a ride, call Coiled. Thanks!

(Ultimately my dad still has not found his home, but lives somewhere near the coast which is over 200 miles away from sisters!) The owner/driver drove my dad all over the area, and marked off areas on the map so my father would know where he had already tried. (Knowing there was no money) After hours of trying to find his home, the owner took my dad to a safe area, and gave my dad a suitcase with wheels so my dad could carry all of his stuff around easier. I had the sheriff meet with my dad to get him some medical help, and the cab driver helped the whole time. My dad ended up in Bend, then back to Baker City. My dad is a alcoholic, so bad that he has dementia. A few weeks later my dad showed up in Sisters again, and found this cab. The driver called me to notify me that my dad somehow had a few THOUSAND dollars and was flaunting it. The driver was warning me, and my dad, that he was making himself a target, and helped me talk sense into my dad to put his money away! This man has a genuine heart, and cares about people.
