Not until an hour later (11:30pm), a tow truck came ( after figuring my location for 20 mins), however, the driver told me they could not tow my car due to some technical problems (???) and advised me to call other towing services . I kept calling AAA to send me another tow truck, but they said NO. Not until 1:30 am that a nice police lady stopped by and helped me call a tow truck. I did not get home till 4am. Do not exchange US dollars for foreign currency with AAA!! We paid them $300 US dollars to exchange…read more& actually received half of what the present exchange rate is. So we essentially gave them $310 for $150 worth of foreign currency. The bank they use PNC, made $150 on us. We wanted to return the money & cancel the transaction an hour later when we realized we got ripped off! but we told they don't buy back currency. We could have done far better just at an airport atm! We are very disappointed with AAA and will definitely not be using their currency exchange service ever again! Just shop around between your local banks for this service.
