My husband had many trips into Bend for radiation. The drivers were always on time, well experienced, and kind. They would deliver him to the cancer center on time, be available to pick him up at the center and bring him home without any complication. Not Reliable! Still waiting for refund. During the Sister Folk Fest I requested a ride back to Black Butte and they took prepayment for the ride to the ranch and prepayment for pick up for the next day to bring me back to my car. They never picked me up, I stood in the cold for over and hour. I was apparently forgotten. They said they would refund me and never did. I have called and emailed several times trying to get my refund. read more

I called for a ride as my vehicle was in the shop. The ride from the grocery store to my home is 5 miles, and took 5 minutes. I was charged 45 dollars. I wouldn't call outlaw cab again for a ride. read more

Fired because I'm smart enough to pick up a phone. Not even joking, I was seriously fired because I could answer phone calls and texts and respond to people in a short period rather than wait 8 days to tell their employee their work schedule or call and let someone know if they are going to be over an hour late to pick them up or let them start their shift. I had many folks staying with us at the resort, and they had booked a ride and the gentleman said he would be waiting or showing up. Tried for about an hour waiting calling and no answer after already scheduling a ride. Very very poor service and communication since I am a local and i could have walked from my business and knocked on your door you are less than 1mile away and you chose to not answer calls or do your job... I could see your white Chevy and orange Camaro from the distance. Get your business in order AND show up for high tippers you lame-o P.S VPN= not in sisters at this time.... though I live like across the street from this business. read more

when coming to pick up clients at a residence it would be appreciated if the driver could call or knock on the door and not honk your horn, as some of my older clients find that offensive when you park next to the bedroom window and and honk when they are attempting to rest. thank you read more

Violating traffic laws, rude on the road, no license plate. Absolutely would not recommend this service.

I applied for a driving job and was greeted by a very nice lady. I sent her all of my medical transportation certifications as well as my driving record, license information. Basically all of my personal information including references. One day she told me "Welcome aboard ". Two days later I was told I wouldn't get the job because she couldn't contact my references. I called my references and none had been contacted. She said she tried to contact them. She didn't. Be careful. Something isn't right. read more

The owner helped my dad. My dad has dementia and couldn't find his home. My dad had NO money. And NO idea where he lived... (Ultimately my dad still has not found his home, but lives somewhere near the coast which is over 200 miles away from sisters!) The owner/driver drove my dad all over the area, and marked off areas on the map so my father would know where he had already tried. (Knowing there was no money) After hours of trying to find his home, the owner took my dad to a safe area, and gave my dad a suitcase with wheels so my dad could carry all of his stuff around easier. I had the sheriff meet with my dad to get him some medical help, and the cab driver helped the whole time. My dad ended up in Bend, then back to Baker City. My dad is a alcoholic, so bad that he has dementia. A few weeks later my dad showed up in Sisters again, and found this cab. The driver called me to notify me that my dad somehow had a few THOUSAND dollars and was flaunting it. The driver was warning me, and my dad, that he was making himself a target, and helped me talk sense into my dad to put his money away! This man has a genuine heart, and cares about people. Its not all about money obviously. So he gets 5 stars! read more

Our daughter was hiking the PCT and got stranded near Sisters. She was down and out, off trail due to several forest fires in the area, and it was nightfall. Although Richard was hours away on another call helping the fire crew, he called another driver to fetch our daughter and take her into town to a hotel. The following morning, Richard was there to help our daughter get back on the trail, navigating around road closures/blocks until he could leave her in a safe place out of range of the many fires... a 3 hour journey from Sisters. Had Richard not come to the rescue, I don't know what we would have done. He is a lifesaver and a godsend. We are deeply grateful for his kindness. read more

I pre-booked my cab to pick me up at the Redmond Airport and bring me home to the Sisters area about two weeks in advance. I pre-paid. I knew I would be too tired at 12:40am to deal with driving or uber after a 40 hour trip home from Europe with a broken leg. You know what, they didn't pick me up! Christy (I think that was her name) called me at 7:30pm to confirm my pick up (I was on layover in San Francisco when I got the call), but was confused. She thought she was picking me up in Sisters and TAKING me to the airport. I corrected her, gave my flight arrival info again (12:40am at Redmond) and she seemed to get it. When I got to the airport in the middle of the night, my phone rang. It was Christy. She was at my house. Not the airport. Its a 25 minute drive people. She turned around and eventually showed up. She apologized. She said she would give me a cash refund the next day. She said she would bring it to my house. She didn't. She didn't answer my texts or call me. It was really a nightmare after such a long and difficult trip. This company is totally unreliable. read more
