A while back, I had a frustrating experience with their mailroom my package sat untouched for a week, and communication felt nonexistent. Thankfully, things have changed. Recently, the staff has been far more responsive and helpful. Packages are processed quickly, and it's clear that the team is paying attention and taking their responsibilities seriously. Whatever changes they've made behind the scenes are working, and I appreciate the effort. I'm happy to say COCC has come a long way, and my experience now reflects a much more reliable and well‑run operation.

Emily from Central Oregon First Aid led one of the most valuable training sessions I've ever taken…read more She came to my workplace and spent over three hours teaching CPR and other life-saving techniques to a class of ignorant white and blue collar workers. Her teaching style was straightforward and effective. She conveyed important information in a way that was easy to take in and easy to understand. She gave us tips on remembering and resources to help us. You could tell that she really knew what she was talking about. Our class asked just about every question imaginable, and Emily answered each one quickly, honestly, and without hesitation. She did not pull punches when addressing the difficult questions either, which I really respected. Her level of knowledge and composure immediately earned everyone's trust. She brought CPR dummies and practice AEDs so we could get hands-on experience, which made the training feel real and important. She even went out of her way to teach us how to use some of our safety equipment in the workplace. By the end of the session, I felt both educated and more capable of acting in a real emergency. I truly believe that society would be better if everyone took this course. I would absolutely trust Emily in a medical situation and now, thanks to her, I feel more confident that I could help too. This place is phenomenal. Full of do-gooders. Go-getters. Absolute champions of competency at their craft, and their craft is in high demand in the technological age. I've come into this business twice now, and both times I left feeling like I made the right decision going to these guys for help. A few months ago, I broke my 6 year old iPhone that I was too stubborn to replace. After they did a phenomenal job fixing it for me, I dropped it in the lake (my own fault) and it was clear it was time to just replace the device. I tried going to my phone carrier first (my phone carrier has 2 stores in bend. I have NEVER had a good experience at either of my own phone carrier's stores.) After wasting 2 hours in one of these said stores, I knew it was time to call in the big guns and just go to Mactek. Let me tell you I could have easily saved more than 2 hours of my life if i had just went to Mactek first. Colm greeted me the moment I walked in, I told him I need a new phone, gotta transfer some data from my old one that barely works, and he was more than helpful to all of my problems. He went so far above and beyond to make sure I was set up with my new phone, he even transferred my number/cellular data onto my new phone without me having to go back to my phone carrier store. I'm beyond impressed with this place and I'm about to tell everyone not just in central Oregon, but in the entire state of Oregon and beyond that this is the best Tec repair store in this time zone. The teachers and administration make an incredible effort to get to know the kids and the families at an individual level. I know my child is seen and valued. The individualized attention the kids get based on their needs is remarkable.
