This is the first regional airport I've been in so I don't really have a measure of how this one…read morestocks up against others of its tiny hilarious size, but I just wish there was a little bit more options in here. For what it is, though it wasn't bad, the one restaurant I could eat in had surprisingly good food and you get a pretty cool view of everything. I gotta say the moment I walked off the plane and realized I was unloading downstairs onto the tarmac, and into a shipping container hallway........ that was a feeling for sure... But my car rental went super smooth, and it's a breeze to get in and out of this airport. Weirdly even in this small town, the TSA people appear to be just as mean. It's like they send them to some kind of meanness college..

A small regional airport with the convenience of not having to fly into Portland and drive a long…read moredistance for a weekend getaway in the mountains. The short/long term parking is just outside the airport doors. The luggage is picked up just inside close to the car rental area. There are some educational areas with displays showing some Redmond history and local artifacts. When flying in out of this airport, you walk out onto the tarmac area to where the planes are located. There are porters to help those with special needs. There are only a few gates, so there is no need to worry about crowds, whether coming or going.
