(Open lot parking at the airport is $8 per, I assume also plus tax, but not sure.) In any case, it doesn't matter. I might be willing to pay MORE than the Airport price for the simple fact that after flying into SYR at 11 pm after a 10-day trip and a 17-hour journey, I DIDN'T have to brush off my car, de-ice my car, and cross my fingers that my car would start. Working with Americar was simple and straight forward. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle on either departure day or arrival day. Staff were all friendly, and one gave me a heads-up that my reverse lights were out when I picked up the car. Recommended, particularly in the winter.

I am elderly and have a small fold up transport wheel chair that I use to go on Dr. visits. I can pick it up, fold it and place it in my trunk or back seat. Leonards has never had any problem with putting it in the back of a vehicle. Until today. FYI - the driver, a woman sent to pick me up, absolutely refused to take my little wheel chair. I offered to put it in the vehicle myself and she wouldn't let me. So I was left, stuck, and unable to go to the Dr. until the man who takes the calls fixed me up with a ride. I was late, but luckily the Dr. still took me. So if you have a transport chair make sure the driver will take it so you don't get stuck too.

If you try changing your travel day, even in case of an emergency, they will take half of your money, no apologies, they don't care for the customers, only about money. This is a perfectly good limousine company which I've seen all over the place, but usually in Syracuse or up-and-down New York State's byways and highways, but not the bi-ways, those are mainly just for me. I see them parked at the rest stop sometimes, which is where I grabbed this pic, so they must do a lot of out-of-town traveling. The only time we used them was for a party at Syracuse University and I didn't pay (thankfully) but they were really good. They offer pretty good service although it's kind of expensive, but in Syracuse there's not a lot of options, so it's probably as good as any any. DO NOT trust this guy! He is a scam artist. I was in a rollover crash. He was the local tow truck…read moreso 911 called him. I requested to have my car towed to house which was a few miles from my accident and he has to go past my house to go to his tow yard. I was told he had to take it to his tow yard and to contact him after we talked to the insurance. After we talked to the insurance we realized that they would only pay for a portion of our repair since it has tons of after market additions. (Yup we will be litigating) and we had the wrong insurance for that. It is a lifted Jeep with lots of add ons. So we opted to buy a new car and slowly have the car repaired. I ended up in the ER the next day. So we figured this out 2 days after my accident we called to have the car towed back to our house. It is literally 5 miles away. The owner never answered. We called again the day after. We also called and emailed during the weekend. No answer. The next day was a Monday. My husband called and he told him it was $950. He also told him that I refused to have the vehicle towed to my house. PS I never talked to this guy on the scene of my accident. It was a rollover and I was able to walk away but I was stunned that I lived. So my husband called him on an 3 way call. I explained that it was asked if he could take it to our house since he has to take it by our house and again he stated that I talked to him. He stated that I stated that I didn't have cash on site. I never talked to him. He then stated that I also didn't have insurance. Umm yes dumbass or I did or I would have been gotten a citation at the scene. He then stated that I pay up or give him the title. Nice scam! He doesn't accept any other payment but cash. Wtactualf? So I showed up with cash and again he was a raging asshole and then it was $200 more dollars to take it 5 miles back to my house. He then said again stated that I didn't have insurance. I offered to show him. asked for an itemized receipt and he wrote the delivery fee in? Scam again. He also couldn't deliver my vehicle until the next day.cause he was too busy cleaning his camper worth his Mother?
