Gina initially helped me to determine the issue and the crew took care of my car in an hour allowing me to be prepared to drive in the winter weather coming soon. Nissan service is polite, hardworking and effective at helping me travel safely to visit both of my students out of town. The staff is always hospitable and willing to modify their schedule to help my family out when my family needed to travel to Rochester, Michigan or for our jobs where kids depend on us. From our purchase of the car from Zack Morris and our subsequent service and treatment, the staff has exceeded expectations and we truly appreciate their efforts and their part in helping us to enjoy Nissan products. My first vehicle was a Nissan pick-up and now 30 years later we love the efficiency and comfort of our Altima and Sentra.

    NO, NO, NO! I have…read morenever been treated so aggressively hostile. The service floor manager for Jeep (RB) and his superior (M) were less than honest. My letter to Mr. Burdick was never acknowled. When I had to go to pick up my vehicle, I brought a bodyguard. Never go there alone, it's your word against there's. They refused to check the security footage as proof of my very poor treatment.

Great car selection from their Emeral Isle, but this location doesn't use the Emerald Isle, rather there's a booth in the garage where you need to wait in line for someone to give a car. I find this very inconvenient, but it is what it is. Car selection here was adequate, not the best. Service was nice and friendly, both on pickup and checking back in. Overall, I'd most definitely return to rent from National, but this isn't my favorite location.

Great car selection (including Audi, BMW, MBZ, Volvo, Land Rover, Cadillac, and rarely even Maserati for upgrades), service and staff. During one of my first experiences, I saw a Tesla Model X available on the site and booked it, extremely excited that they finally adopted the electric SUV. Arrived with a huge disappointment since the car is actually not available and the staff at SYR has never even seen the car. Spoke to the manager Bri; she was extremely understanding and was able to switch me to a equivalent sized SUV albeit not electric (the EUV available was a volvo that was a lot smaller than the Model X) and treated me with respect. Even recognized that I was a military member and thanked me for my service! The next experience in Dec 2023 was also superb. Initially came in with a reservation of an Audi A4 but had a previous upgrade. Though staff Marc said that I just missed an upgrade (previous client just rented an A5) the attendant Anthony overheard and said they may have just received one. After only a few minutes of waiting, they got me into a brand new upgraded A5. What a great team striving to make their customers happy! A visit in Feb 2024 when I rented a full sized vehicle, though clean and new, did not love the specific brans. Went back to Marc and asked if it is possible to get a nicer vehicle on the lot. He told me he will try his best and immediately called his supervisor. After striving to help me, viola! Upgraded into a luxury SUV for being a long-time repeat Emerald Club customer. Furthermore, Marc even found the backpack that I accidentally left on the first rental before the switch and returned it to me! Great customer service. Another 2 great recent experiences in Nov & Dec 2024 where Sarah L, the CE manager not only found the vehicle I requested for, she responded to my concerns with efficiency, grace and understanding. Unparalleled, sensational customer service. All staff and managers should strive to be like Sarah. Experiences just keep getting better! The managers Sarah L, Bri, attendant Anthony and staff Marc G made the experiences even better. Keep up the good work Sarah, Bri, Anthony, Marc, and National SYR!
