I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. From the moment we walked in, we were met with unwelcoming energy, especially from one associate--a bald man with a goatee (unfortunately I didn't get his name). He began racially profiling us right away, giving us snobby and dismissive looks, seemingly because my father has a heavier accent and I was helping him with the transaction. While we were in the middle of being assisted, the associate abruptly told us to wait and proceeded to help four other customers before returning to us. I tried to ask another associate for assistance, just to find out which car we were getting, since my dad is only comfortable driving a sedan. Instead of helping, the same man kept telling me to "sit down" and that we would "see the car when it gets here." Once the vehicle was ready, he finally came over. I asked a simple question--"Is it a sedan?"--and he rolled his eyes and snapped, "It's a car." I tried to clarify by saying I just wanted to know if it was a sedan or SUV, and he rudely repeated, louder this time, "I SAID it's a CAR." Even other customers noticed how rude he was being and kindly told me it was a midsize car. This whole interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly, felt discriminatory. I can't imagine how my father would've been treated had I not been there to advocate for him. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. I do not recommend this location. read more

I've been to this location about five times in the last six months alone. The staff are friendly, attentive, and thorough. All of the transactions have been speedy and without issues. All rental vehicles have performed as needed with no issues - I have not had to return any early for any reason whatsoever. A few other times, I've had to get rentals from other locations and they allow me to return the vehicles to this location since it's more convenient for me. If you need a rental, I highly recommend this location. read more

I picked a vehicle for a insurance claim and they gave me a truck which had bad alignment and pulled steering on one direction more.I asked them to call me to change the vehicle and they never did.I even stopped but twice so that they could actually switch my vehicle but no the front blonde lady was rude and not nice at all.The male representative was at least courteous enough .Not going there again. read more

"Sarah Harris" (if that is her real name), has grotesque customer service. My husband was inquiring about why a temporary license could not be used and she cut him off using a shush gesture. Not sure why she thinks that would be acceptable in any capacity, especially to a customer. We will be addressing this with corporate. read more

I had a reservation to pick up today at 1:00. I was paying for Saturday, Sunday and Monday because business is not open on Sunday. Office called me at 12:00 to see if I was still coming. I explained that I was in the car and coming early. I was told not to come early because they did not have the car yet. I showed up at 1:00. Four people, 2 couples, were ahead of me and they were being told that the office was closed. To my dismay, I was told the same thing. This has caused a major inconvenience. This is the first time I've had a problem at this office. I don't know if it is current personnel or Enterprise itself. I will not rent here again. one star because I had to put something but does not deserve the one star at all. read more

I've never actually had to pick up a car here, but have dropped off payments to them and I'm always charmed by the gentleman behind the counter. I've dropped off a money order several times now, and today was totally impressed that they remembered my last name. That's the kind of personal service that makes a difference in such a saturated market as rental cars. This is a great location and I love dealing with them. read more

I have used this location several times and each time I am impressed with their level of customer service. I have been unfortunate in the sense that I have needed to rent a rental car twice in the last 2 months and I would gladly use them again. The first time was near the end of February due to being in a car accident in which I was rear-ended. I had to use Enterprise for a total 2 weeks while I tried to purchase a car. The staff at Enterprise were very helpful on the phone and at the store even when I had to transfer payment to another credit card for the 2nd week. They were very flexible and easy to work with. I felt at ease that I wouldn't be overcharged or without a car if I couldn't find a substitute in time. They made sure I knew of the exact charges and I didn't have any "surprises" from them. The second time was the week of April 15th. I had to take my car to Hazelwood Body and Fender for a few days due to someone sideswiping my car while it was parked overnight. An employee from Enterprise promptly picked me up from Hazelwood and drove us to their office to set me up with a rental car. The service was impeccable. They were helpful, cheerful and fast considering he brought over a van full of people he picked up from Hazelwood. This was especially great because I was taking the time to go before I had work so time was of the essence. I even received a phone call the next day asking how my rental was turning out and if I had any problems. Lastly, when the body work was done on my car, I was able to just leave the rental car at Hazelwood so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip to drop it off. Promptly, I received a call the next day from Enterprise informing me that there were no problems, they received the car and thanking me for my business. This Enterprise location is on top of things and work at a high level of service that I trust and am continuously impressed. read more

I have used the Nottingham location several times over the years and each time I was impressed with their level of customer service. But unfortunately last week you had a new crew that I have never seen before and I was disappointed. If you kept them longer perhaps they will get to know your customers better instead of a number appearing on their screen. I have always had terrific service, but the gentleman that took care of me last week lost that sense of commitment to your company's value. It was true that he was busy, but I will never accept being talked down too. I requested something and he said, "I will do this for you this one time". I want to say the Customer Service was one of the BEST. I had to rent a vehicle because of an accident and they really looked out for me. When renting the car the gentleman took the time to go over the vehicle with me and the young lady calling to see how the customer service was and was the car ok. The customer service and professionalism was Outstanding. The guys wore white dress shirts and ties.. They all looked handsome....I know crazy right? but .....
