After dealing with Enterprise and their crazy (refundable) $300 deposit, we spent $136.81 for the rental of an SUV including their insurance (with a military discount) for 2 or 3 days and we spent $140.57 at Budget Rent A Car including their insurance with a military discount for 2 or 3 days. At Rent A Wreck, we rented an economy car for 5 days and spent $95.78 after a military discount with no insurance through them because they don't offer it. -The only negative. Such an awesome, affordable deal!!! The cars from Rent A Wreck are no more then 5 years old, so you're most likely not renting a piece of junk! The car was clean and ran smooth!

Also, the website did not give me an electric car option for my trip, but when I called the helpful staff at the rental site, it turned-out that many such vehicles were available. Eventually got one, and took it all the way to DC, a one-way hire. It was however 3 years old and no charge cables were supplied; that was not a problem for using public charge points as they all had cables but a cable for charging at a home would have been useful.

I told her that not only was she making me late for my arranged pick up but it was absurd that I'm not allowed to use my work card. She laughed and shot me a nasty look and said that it's absurd that I would expect her to allow me to because for all she knows I stole the credit card. Are you $@#&[!# serious?!?! Not only is that the rudest most unprofessional thing this older lady could say to me, but it was in front of a packed place! When we went out to go over the rental car before giving it to me behind schedule (which made me late for work) I asked if she had all of the scuffs and marks on the car documented beforehand. She shrugged it off and acted offended when I took pictures of them before leaving the lot. This lot is cram packed and tiny with narrow parking spaces and tow trucks just sitting around so its very hard to maneuver around. I was leaving my cadi there and she told me it was too close to the yellow line of the parking space so I had to move it... Once again, are you serious?!?! I backed my cadi up and pulled it back in an inch over because there was no more room or else I'd be too close to the other line. The car I got had hair in it, crumbs on the seat, and bleach stains on the seat. The stearing was loose and and hit bumps like I was riding in the back of a pick up truck going down a dirt road. She was .00009% more pleasant when I returned it.
