Hence, we took a chance with Southampton Limousine based on their positive Yelp reviews, which were quite few and not the most recent, but we decided to give them a try because every other company had mixed reviews. Glad we went with them, as they certainly did not disappoint! Great communication -- quick response time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Willing to accommodate last minute pick-ups if able. They were able to provide same day booking/reservation confirmation when I emailed them the morning of for an afternoon transport, which I was *very much* grateful for (thank you, Kristina!!). Fair pricing for the level of service you get. Of course, a private car service of this calibur is going to cost a little more, but it's well worth it, because the car's very clean and well-cared for; the driver we had (shout-out to Mike!) was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about th Niagara area/Canada and life in general lol; we got provided with door-to-door service -- we felt like VIPs when we got picked up and dropped off in their black Lincoln Town car. When I asked to confirm the price that was was given to me twice before traveling to Canada, I was told that it was going to be over $300 more now. I explained that this was unacceptable but they didn't seem to care so we quickly cancelled and luckily we were able to book with another company. If we weren't able to find another company quickly this would have created a huge problem for us and our guests coming into town.
