Over the next month, they periodically did not have a driver available at the required pickup time and showed up late. In the last two weeks they completely stranded her. I get a call 10 minutes before the pickup time that they "have no drivers", which is not helpful as I live in Toronto and cannot find anyone to take her on such short notice. This company advertised 24x7 service in Grimsby, but it appears they can't actually provide that level of service. it also seems that the drivers get to choose whether to take a fare or not, so some are choosing not to accept the fare even though it was prebooked several months ago. I have called in several times and requested that a manager or supervisor contact me, and no one ever calls back. I strongly recommend staying away from this company as they seem to feel that actually being able to provide the service is out of their control.

Hence, we took a chance with Southampton Limousine based on their positive Yelp reviews, which were quite few and not the most recent, but we decided to give them a try because every other company had mixed reviews. Glad we went with them, as they certainly did not disappoint! Great communication -- quick response time and addressed all my questions and concerns. Willing to accommodate last minute pick-ups if able. They were able to provide same day booking/reservation confirmation when I emailed them the morning of for an afternoon transport, which I was *very much* grateful for (thank you, Kristina!!). Fair pricing for the level of service you get. Of course, a private car service of this calibur is going to cost a little more, but it's well worth it, because the car's very clean and well-cared for; the driver we had (shout-out to Mike!) was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about th Niagara area/Canada and life in general lol; we got provided with door-to-door service -- we felt like VIPs when we got picked up and dropped off in their black Lincoln Town car. My experience with the customer service is similar to some of the reviews below about the office…read morebeing rude and claiming to be "super transparent" about prices. I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Book with someone else. Also shoutout to our driver Dave. 5 Stars to him.
