This company had 5 star reviews on another website so I checked them out online and in emailing the company with my questions, Cory answered my questions and as a bonus I booked 3 months in advance and was able to use their winter discount special! The drivers I had for my round trip, Bill and Paul were prompt, professional, and friendly and you don't share the ride with anyone. I would recommend this company without hesitation! Don't forget to tip your driver at least 10 to 15%!

It's an hour before we need to leave and nobody has set up a time or confirmed our pick up. I finally received a text from Cory to say he would be on time and then had the nerve to chastise me for checking up on him and told me to be patient. Funny, I get ghosted from Cory with no direction on a pickup and then he has gall to blame the customer. He then proceeded on sending multiple harassing texts to show his immaturity. If you have a flight, I wouldn't expect to make it if Cory is in charge however expect to get talked down to the whole ride. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Great ride and same price as the miserable ride our friends had in a regular taxi (same time, same day): they paid the same as we did, but the taxi was smaller and they felt crowded, the taxi stank of cigarettes and our friends had to keep a window open, which of course let in the fumes and hot air of a Tonto summer's evening commute. Going back to Pearson, our town car driver was at the hotel at 5:15 am as requested. The car was even cleaner than the first - polished beautifully outside and in, the driver even more polite and very proud of his car - with good reason! My husband gave him a $20 tip. Unheard of! Alas, our friends didn't think ahead to call and were stuck once more with a smelly, dirty taxi. It appears the Yelp listing is the same company as the one next to it, not sure why they aren't combined. Anyway, if you'd like a better experience than a ride in a stinky, dirty taxi, try Toronto Airport Limo. Call ahead to arrange pick up, it's not as simple as flagging down a cab, but worth the call and every penny.

I usually get a bus service 4-5 times a season and have never had an issue like this. I booked a Sprinter from 716 Limousine for the 1/12 Bills game and was quoted with a base rate of $695 plus a 20% gratuity and 4% fuel surcharge (~$867 total), but after changing my time to pick up time and discussing with them, my new charge came out to $933.72. The extra $66 was what I had assumed was the charge with the added time, as I was told it would be "not that much". Also, this was on my invoice before the game and up to the afternoon of 1/13 as seen below. Without being informed, they had processed an extra $190 charge labeled "Additional Charges 1" bringing the grand total to $1130.72. I did not receive any documentation of this beforehand and when I called to discuss this, I was told it was for the additional time. I was also told that "their staff was well trained", so there is no way they could have been wrong about the pricing ahead of time, and that, "they were very transparent" despite not sending me updated price documentation. Out of the dozens and dozens of buses I've taken to Bills games, this was by far the least transparent, and the most expensive. Not once have I had the price change like this without advance notice and then have the company imply that I should've known. You don't have to look far to find better, cheaper options. Over the next month, they periodically did not have a driver available at the required pickup time and showed up late. In the last two weeks they completely stranded her. I get a call 10 minutes before the pickup time that they "have no drivers", which is not helpful as I live in Toronto and cannot find anyone to take her on such short notice. This company advertised 24x7 service in Grimsby, but it appears they can't actually provide that level of service. it also seems that the drivers get to choose whether to take a fare or not, so some are choosing not to accept the fare even though it was prebooked several months ago. I have called in several times and requested that a manager or supervisor contact me, and no one ever calls back. I strongly recommend staying away from this company as they seem to feel that actually being able to provide the service is out of their control.
