When I arrived (two hours early) the agent was apologetic in her news that they did not have a Full Size SUV on the lot. However, she was speaking to her manager as I was walking in as an effort to make the reservation correct before I arrived. Instead of lying to me that a Nissan Pathfinder or Ford Escape was a Full Size SUV this Hertz Location offered to pay for a Lyft to send me to the nearest location with a Full Size SUV. They went above and beyond my expectations for fulfilling my reservation request and even with my early arrival they still were able to make a resolve for the issue. I have rented lots of cars. When this has happened to me before, the agent would lie and say that's the class you reserved or that they're completely sold out. Even if they had another car in the class I rented at a nearby location they never offered for transportation between the offices. This Hertz location went above and beyond. Best of all; they were honest.

When I got it loaded in the van, we found out that the sofa had mice ;( so I dumped the sofa at the curb and returned the van expecting to pay for one day per the rental agreement. No worries. It was clean and worked well except for the parking break dashboard light -- which would sometimes go on and beep at low speeds. I returned my car Tuesday at 8:10am and was once again out of the office in five minutes. I'll return here if I need another car.

They helped me work through a tricky rental situation-- two moves in one week to and from New York during the busiest moving week of the year-- in a way that saved me money and made the whole experience much more pleasant. I have used other Uhaul locations and other truck rental facilities (Home Depot and Lowes) in the past but will never go anywhere but No Hurts for future truck rentals. The truck itself was brand new (only 700 miles on it), and the rental process was super convenient. We picked up before hours (at 6am) and dropped off after hours (around 10pm) and were able to navigate both processes smoothly using the Uhaul app. Candace walked me through the process and checked in with me during the rental to make sure things were going smoothly. Both Candace and Judy were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with! This place has my highest recommendation and made a grueling moving process much more pleasant!

The reason why they failed to pick up was because they were busy. Busy with what? Customers are sitting at your location with no cars available. You're accepting reservations and wasting people's time, while ignoring correspondence to avoid accountability. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Zack was a very friendly representative that met me at the Buick dealership down the road in the rental and brought me to his office. When I was at the office I filled out some paperwork and in no time I was driving off in a Toyota Prius to work. It was the first time I have ever driven a key-less car so Zack gave me an informative tutorial about how to just press a few buttons to get it started. It looked as if the car had never been driven because it was so clean! Thankfully there was a sticker on the inside of the car that said it was a smoke-free vehicle. I was glad to see that because I am a non-smoker and would have been disappointed if it stunk of cigarettes. I recomend using this Hertz if you need a rental car in the area. I hope that my car continues to run smoothly but if I run into anymore issues I will be back!

I just wish people in line would have spread out and socially distanced better. The rep we got was very friendly and efficient. After quick paperwork, she led us outside to the aisle from which we chose. Our car was great, well-maintained and clean. Tip: Enterprise, Avis, and National share a lot and shuttle. There was a notice on the shuttle's door to call a certain phone number on our return trip to ask for a shuttle. I just took a picture on my phone so I'd have the number.
