We need more people like them in this world! We have a septic system. Noticed our downstairs toilet was backing up and over flowing when using the shower or doing laundry. Called plumbing company #1, they snaked and didn't fix the issue. Said the outside trap was broken and it would cost $4150.00 to fix and repair. Got a 2nd opinion, same assessment and $5200 to fix and repair. Now company #2 said to get the septic tank emptied cause that could help. So I did appreciate that tip. Called DVS on 4.26.2021 and talked to TJ. Explained what I had going on and he worked with me right from the start. On 4.27.2021 early morning Korey arrived. From start to finish Korey was professional and educational. While pumping the septic tank, Korey showed me how the water was now flowing from the trap pipe into the tank. My tank was very full and was the root of our backup issue. Korey made sure before he left that we were good and even had us test the system. All was good and now we have peace of mind when using our water. Can't thank DVS enough and they just gained another customer! Highly recommend to anyone.

Without even scoping the drain or looking for a cleanout to potentially mitigate, the plumber quoted me just shy of $11,000 to replace the entire line. I'm not a plumber, but I'm not an idiot either. I don't panic, and I don't believe people who prey on your panic. TJ from Drainvisions came out, partially cleaned my line and made plans to come back out after I could secure a better access point (old house with weird plumbing). Came back out, gave it hell, but still couldn't get cleared. He was unhappier than me about it. Came back out again same day after we were able to locate a curbside cleanout for proper access to the line. I was his first appointment that day, so I knew exactly how long his day was, and totally would've been amenable to the next day instead, but he was determined. Together with his coworker, after a 12+ hour day, they came back at almost 9 pm and got it done, pulling out a clog that I've never seen the likes of: 3.5 feet of root and hair ( property was previously a small salon). He saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, honesty and dedication. They installed/replaced an outside flood light which was professionally done and required a bucky truck to reach the light. I was delighted with their work, and it was a reasonable price for their service. I requested their assistance again in November 2022 to install/replace an outside flood light in the back of our home. The job only required a ladder and was reasonably priced. However, I wanted more professional service and shared my concerns. They replaced the light fixture I provided with a box that allowed exposed wiring. I was unhappy with the job and consulted other professionals who felt the job primarily would not meet local code. A wire was exposed going into the box. I asked if they could put all wires in the box, which I thought would have been done the first time. The cost of doing it correctly would be $565.00, which I felt was unreasonable, but I signed the contract, not knowing they had the attention to charge me the $335.00 for the first visit. The total cost would be $565.00. However, shortly after paying $565.00, I received another payment notice afterward of $335.00. The total costs to replace an outside flood light I provided and existing wiring that took less than an hour cost $900.00. I share this with you all, so this does not happen to you. The first service was at least a month and a half before the second service to correct the problem. There is no way I would have requested their service if I had received the first service bill. The service was going to be $565.00 in total. I have attached some pictures of the two jobs. Needs to say, I am looking for excellent and honest electric company services.
