We need more people like them in this world! We have a septic system. Noticed our downstairs toilet was backing up and over flowing when using the shower or doing laundry. Called plumbing company #1, they snaked and didn't fix the issue. Said the outside trap was broken and it would cost $4150.00 to fix and repair. Got a 2nd opinion, same assessment and $5200 to fix and repair. Now company #2 said to get the septic tank emptied cause that could help. So I did appreciate that tip. Called DVS on 4.26.2021 and talked to TJ. Explained what I had going on and he worked with me right from the start. On 4.27.2021 early morning Korey arrived. From start to finish Korey was professional and educational. While pumping the septic tank, Korey showed me how the water was now flowing from the trap pipe into the tank. My tank was very full and was the root of our backup issue. Korey made sure before he left that we were good and even had us test the system.
