We called Franc right away to report it and were told someone would contact us first thing the next morning (Monday). No one called us so we called them again. They said we were first on the list, yet no one ever got back to us after several calls and waiting for 3 days. Called another company in Bucks County who came out within 24 hours. We called Franc to advise them we were forced to use someone else and typical of a terrible business, they never called to apologize or even explain why they ignored us. Oh well, Franc lost out on a $3800 job, paid in full. Good riddance to you.

Silly me, I had my whole bathtub and kitchen sink back-up ‍ Joe from Jacobs Septic came within an hour of my call, not only drained my septic but also took apart the plumbing in my crawl space to find there was a blockage, cleared it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I only scheduled for them to pump my septic and they ended up doing 4 hours of work for me. Phenomenal. No other company was able to come on such short notice so they definitely get an A+ in my book. I'll be using them every year!
