First experience with Manny since our previous guy has gone MIA. Returned our call right away and came out the very next day and called us prior to arrival, so we were sure to be home. Dressed very professional and super nice. They got right to work and made sure to come knock when they had a couple things to point out to us regarding our system. Pricing was less expensive than some other quotes received even though we have 2 separate tanks. Highly recommend them and look forward to having them return as needed. Manny's amazing! We had a septic emergency on a Saturday night with water backing up into our basement and he came by within an hour to pump out our tank. He immediately identified the problem with the pump and was extremely professional throughout -- even encouraged us to contact the original installer in the hopes that they would repair it under warranty instead of pushing us to use his services. We had no luck with that, so we called Manny back and he did the repair on Monday for a very reasonable rate. He gave us a realistic assessment of our system and didn't try to get us to do unnecessary work. I called Manny late in the day on Wednesday. His employee Frank was set to come on Thursday morning. However Manny was willing to work with my schedule due to doctor appts on both Thursday & Friday. I had requested a pumping in addition to locating my clean out &ainstalling a riser in my septic system. But soon after Frank arrived he saw that the culprit was a major clog in the pipe between the house & septic port. I thought it was rain water overflow until that morning when a shower was run & ended up all over the floor in garage. Manny called me with the diagnosis & offered to go to my house himself to asses the situation & take care of the problem. I lucked into finding Manny tonight. My septic system decided to overflow into my house at 8:30pm in the middle of the nor'easter. Manny was AWESOME..he was the only person who offered to come. Everyone else, including the company that I have been using for years said it was too snowy. Not only did Manny come out in the storm, he got here rather quickly. Contacted Manny for a standard tank pumping when Manny discovered that the septic installation was not completed properly. We researched prices for a septic cleanout for our home in southern Chester County and Manny had the best price quote. He came out to our home the day that we called even though it was not an emergency call and despite it being a very hot day. He did a very thorough job and went out of his way to explain to us everything that he was doing. the first time I used Manny, his guy did a good job unclogged my sewer and he charged me a reasonable price. My sewer got clogged second time after few months and he sent his guy out unclogged it again and he charged me the same as the first one. The third time called him up on Sunday because my rental sewer got back up. He told if he come out on Sunday I would have to pay him $1,300 but weekday would be $900 or less. So I decided to have him come over on next day Monday. After he unclogged my sewer, pumped it and said I might have a broken sewer line.. But he still charged me $1,300. I was thinking might be $1,000 would be reasonable since he was there about 5 hours trying to uclogged it. Still he didn't do the camera to see the line and asked me to have a plumber cut open the pipe then he would come back to do the camera. Why I have to pay for the plumber and have you come back do the camera and have a plumber come back out to close it up. It doesn't make any sense. If you promised to do the camera go into the line to see but you didn't do it but still charging me for it and pricing like weekends rate. I would not recommend him and I won't use it again. read more
