I selected Drainman because of the strong ratings on Yelp, and I was very happy with the outcome of the repair. Mike Ammouri, the very friendly and knowledgeable owner, came to our home to diagnose the problem on a Sunday... which was amazing in itself. Mike went through a series of troubleshooting tests to determine that the pressure in the old part of our house was fine. He also looked at the plumbing lines going into the new part of the house where the upstairs shower and sink are located, and he reported that everything looked fine. That left the water tank itself. He went upstairs with me and we conducted a few tests and he then concluded that our water holding tank was too small, thereby causing the pump to cycle on and off. It was during those cyclings that we were experiencing the severe drop down in water flow. He came out on a Sunday, provided what seemed to be an accurate diagnosis, he charged me nothing, and he's going to provide a quote for the work. On top of that, I got a new showerhead thrown in for free.

We are all the way in California, so I'd like to thank Dave and fellow Yelpers for all the detailed reviews. Our tenant is happy with the work, and even said Dave did extra touches that weren't even on the work order. We appreciate that. Thank you, too, to Brittany, who runs the office. She made it super easy to pay over the phone. And one last thing, the price of the work is fair and honest. You will not get hustled for sure. Thank you Advanced Plumbing and we certainly have your number saved now in our contacts. Maria and Rex Hutchinson

I found Advanced Plumbing through Yelp and have used their services twice so far. They provided a…read morequick response to my inquiries both times. I value that they were honest, fair and prices are reasonable. They called to let me know when they were on there way and they were on time. The first time i used them i had a really bad clog in my kitchen drain, the clog was so bad it had to be removed from the pipe in the basement. They were able to remove the clog and backed their work with a 30 day guarantee. That gave me great peace of mind. The second time i used them was for a problem i was having with my stack pipe. I was fortunate to not need the entire stack replaced. The cap to the stack was decayed and so they were able to replace it. Just a note that they don't cover their shoes/boots so if you don't wear shoes/boots in your home or your concerned that they might track debris and etc. you might want to provide them with shoe covers. They get the job done right but they don't really clean up the work area. So be aware that the job will get done right, but you might need to go behind them and clean up the area they were working in. Overall a solid experience.

I knew immediately that a new water heater was going to be needed as the one that we had was about 15 years old. Naturally it decided to stop working just as the weekend was beginning. Fortunately, Jim from Fosh plumbing does the exact opposite and returned my call within the hour. Within 12 hours Jim and Colby arrived with a new water heater, on a Saturday morning, yes. These gentlemen were kind, courteous and professional from the door.(literally) The guys took precautions to not only protect our home by covering their shoes, but to protect us as well by coming prepared with face masks to wear to protect us from Covid-19, weeks prior to the mandating of wearing one. It's those subtleties that really show just how much they care for their customer beyond the sale. The installation went seamlessly and was completed in the time frame Jim had given to me prior to starting the job. Everything about the heater was thoroughly explained and a few hours later I was once again enjoying a hot bath, ON A SATURDAY!! Thank you Jim and crew from Fosh Plumbing!!
