I've never seen anybody worked so beautifully and so nice. I hope I don't have to use them again for the water heater, but I do know where to go to an experienced plumber. We had a clogged kitchen sink, and could not resolve this issue on our own (using a manual snake,…read moreetc.); so we took a chance and called this plumber for the first time. Carlos and his team were professional, knowledgeable and relentless when dealing with this stubborn clog; which turned out to be 25 years of garbage build up. When the clog did not break-up with their electric snake; Carlos had no other option than to cut our PVC pipe, in order to remove all of this build-up. The clog was getting hung up in one of the elbow turns; so he replaced it with a T, so that if this ever happens again (hope not), the removal of anything should be a lot easier than what he originally experienced. And lastly, Carlos went out of his way in order to keep the price down for us; which we truly appreciated.
