Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. This Goodyear location always provides fast, reasonably priced, quality service. The manager at this location, Julio, is friendly, and helpful! The staff makes sure you understand what needs to be done, what they will do, and what they have done afterwards. We are in the area visiting family and are leaving Monday and we were stressing about not being able to leave, figuring the van wouldn't be repaired in time; but Julio and the team discovered we needed a new alternator and installed a new one the same day! "The best that he could do"....This is what the owner stated to my husband and I separately when we…read moretried to point out that the detailing work he did was not acceptable or at least not worth $200.00. We found the following upon inspection...Next to my emergency break there was a pile of dirt that could have easily been vacuumed. In between the seats and the console, there was dirt that was easily wiped up, which he wiped up when I pointed it out to him. There was still dog hair and dirt on the seats that he said that he shampooed. The interior in the back was not wiped out. The cup holders still had spilled soda in them. There is much more more but I think this gives a pretty good picture of the things that at the least should have been taken care of after paying $200. We are extremely disappointed that a local business could not provide better service. When trying to talk to the owner about the car not being detailed but at best, from our impression, was barely wiped down and lightly vacuumed, he had the following responses. First, he stated that the previous owners of the car had not taken very good care of it. I'm not sure what this has to do with his ability to clean the car. Not to mention, when we were paying for the detailing, he stated that the previous owners had taken really good care of the car. He also went on to tell us that he works long hours and many days a week, and that he does all of the work himself. Again, I'm not sure how this pertains to the fact that the car was not detailed, but nonetheless this is where he continued to take the focus of the conversation....He then turned to tell us that we were looking for perfection and this was the best that he could do. I don't think expecting piles of dirt to be vacuumed, dog hair off the seats, and cup holders to be cleaned falls into the perfectionist category . The owner did finally offer to take the car in further detailing a few days later. He stated to us several times that "this was the best he could do" so why would we bring it back. He denied us a refund of any kind. Please note....prior to this experience we had a wonderful experience renting a uhaul from this business so I was more than confident that he would do a great job. Again, we are truly disheartened that he would take our money and provide such poor service. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use them in the future for car detailing. Please make sure you look things over and not while it is in his dim garage...but out in the daylight before you shell out the money.
