I have had service with this company for a couple years. There have been several months that the unit was not cleaned for various reasons. IE, truck broke down, Driver out... They do not make up the service for those weeks because they "do not have anyone in the area any other days" So when it is 100 degrees all week you have to deal with the stench. They also demand payment for the weeks they do not come. Including a fuel surcharge. I have ended my service with them a couple weeks ago and they have yet to pick up the unit and have not come to service it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I am extremely disappointed by the services provided by rentals to go. I rented two port-o-johns from them for my daughter's wedding at my home. I paid a deposit and then in-full, as requested by the company. After they were installed and supposedly checked by the employee, we discovered that one of the two did not flush or function properly. When I tried to contact the company (six times in all) I was not called back. We never got a replacement or fix for our event and had to scramble to make things work. When I tried to get in touch about reimbursement (I requested that I be reimbursed half the amount, which I felt was fair considering I only got half the product i paid for!), I was never called back. I had to call repeatedly until I finally got the owner on the phone. He was rude, extremely disrespectful, and when I explained the situation we encountered with his product he said "he'd heard it all before." I understand that these are not executive toilets, but at the end of the day, the company needs to take responsibility for its product and, as you'd expect of any business, treat paying customers with respect. If you are looking for rental equipment for your event I recommend bringing your business elsewhere, or expect to be frustrated, cheated out of money, and disappointed. read more

Carter Brightman purchased the septic system business that I was using. I also had another plumbing issue that he was going to help me with. He jerked me around and around for months until I had to get help elsewhere. I also had to get septic maintenance from someone else because he wouldn't send me the necessary paperwork. I also found out that I was supposed to get a $500 rebate for a core return for the old motor but he did not return the core. Of course I had already paid the higher amount. That's what I get for trusting someone local. Very poor customer service! read more

Today we had a stellar experience with rentals to go. From the way the phone was answered to the way the two young guys setting up our fence accommodated all requests it was great all around! These guys were super nice and brought 6 porta potties and 600 feet of fencing and made it look like a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone planning an event! Cornell University is now ready to rock with the help of rentals to go! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our experience was completely terrible. After ordering a restroom trailer from Rentals To Go, the wedding was cancelled and the services were no longer needed. When we called to cancel, we were passed through 3 people in the office, each time being told that we needed to talk to another "manager". Trudy stated that we could cancel but we needed to speak to Robin about a refund. Robin stated that Trudy handled refunds and that we needed to speak to her. Then, when they were done dealing with us, we were placed on hold and a man rudely came on the line and explained that we were only getting half of the $850 paid back. There was nothing in a contract that stated this cancellation policy. Unfortunately for this company, our credit card company has refunded our money and issued a dispute against them. Also, we have gladly reported their business practices to the BBB so that they can't continue taking advantage of their customers. read more
