The initial repair person who came to see what caused the flood was the one who told me that the overflow preventer install caused the flood yet Appolo refused to reimburse me for the insurance deductible. Two years later another (different) company came for routine maintenance and showed me that the original ductwork was poorly designed because there is a rule that there should be 24 inches between secondary ducts and the end of each main line; it is clear on most online descriptions that this is ideal for maximum air flow through the system. When Appoly did the original install I had them come back because the air flow felt insufficient and they told me it was by design because the goal is to run the unit for a long time at a lower air flow for consistent temperature!!

Let me start off by saying I HAVE to give a star to write this review. And that's the ONLY reason…read morewhy they're getting one. This 'company' worked for my landlord. They have the absolute worst customer service and professionalism I've EVER encountered. They do not communicate anything with you. I asked them for a notice so we can make other arrangements because they were working on our front porch. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't work for me and he works for my landlord so him showing up whenever he wanted was 'my notice'. They wouldn't show up for 4-5 days at a time and when they did finally show up it was 1 in the afternoon or later. Everyday they would block my driveway with their vehicle and I would ask them to not as I need to get in and out and they would disregard me and laugh at me. They have small kids on their construction site almost everyday as they are running power tools. When they do decide to show up before lunch they will still take lunch at 12 even if they show up less than an hour before lunch. They smoke cigarettes and leave their trash everywhere in your yard. I do not smoke and I am forced to keep my windows closed because they smoke in front of my window with ZERO respect for 2 small children in my house. A guest at my house ran into their trailer as she was trying to get around it and as she's inspecting her car they're yelling at her saying you just hit my trailer (that was in the middle of my driveway). This is just their recent job. My landlord has hired them for other jobs and they turned out SO BAD. the window they replaced isn't even the right size that they took out. They break things when they're working. They broke my bedroom blind and didn't say a WORD I found it and asked them about it and I got attitude for it. They also have broken my A.C. Cover and did not say a word. When they were just working on my porch they broke the outside light and ONCE AGAIN DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO US. I get it accidents happen but to say NOTHING? They started working on 2 porches July 20th 2020 and it took them 46 days to finish because they have no clue what they're doing. Their excuse is that they have up to a year to finish. That is NOT how you treat someone you're working for/with. I HIGHLY advise to never use these people. They are the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. Other things I've witnessed- one of the workers taking it upon himself that he could walk into my back yard and pull his pants down and PEE in my backyard. I walk outside to check my mail and they are both on my porch looking and about to pick up my package that was on my front porch. After the first time I asked them what was going on I conveniently backed over a screw in my driveway and had to pay for a tire repair. For anyone that feels that this is being stretched or taken out of proportion I have 24 hour audio/video surveillance, so any of these occurrences can be supported by said footage. I also have plenty of neighbors witnessing the same thing I'm typing and have expressed their disbelief also. I wouldn't bet against that any good review on here is someone they know, because anyone in their right mind would not let them near their house. Unfortunately my landlord doesn't live in town so he only knows what he hears. Below are some pictures of their 'work' the railings aren't even connected to the base. They got paint on our surveillance camera and once again DIDNT SAY A WORD! The wood on the window they had to put there bc the window isn't even the same size as the old window (which it was a standard size window) they put the wood on the top of the windowsill and didn't even bother to have it match the rest and the blind they bought wasn't the same size as our window or the blind they broke.
