Unfortunately, our experience with Premier Limousine was disappointing…read more I originally contacted them about transportation for a group cruise and initially estimated 12 passengers. Before making the reservation, I specifically updated them that our group had grown to 18 people and asked for additional information regarding their 23-passenger minibus. Based on the information provided, we discussed the price with our entire group, everyone agreed, and we moved forward with the online booking and paid a deposit. After the reservation was made, we were contacted and advised that although the minibus seats 23 passengers, it has very limited luggage storage and no underbelly storage. We were told that with 18 passengers, we should limit everyone to one suitcase each and that additional luggage could create a problem. We later asked specifically about carry-on bags, backpacks, garment bags, etc. and were then told that carry-on-sized suitcases would not fit in the overhead storage and that suitcases could not be kept in the passenger compartment due to safety regulations. At that point, the alternative presented to us was upgrading to a small motorcoach, which increased our round-trip cost from $2,433.60 to $3,384. My issue is not that there are luggage limitations on a minibus. I completely understand that different vehicles have different storage capacities and that safety requirements need to be followed. My disappointment is that this information was not communicated before we booked. We had already specifically disclosed that we had 18 passengers traveling to a cruise and had asked about the minibus before making the reservation. Luggage is obviously a significant consideration for 18 people traveling on a cruise, and knowing these limitations beforehand would have absolutely affected our decision. To their credit, they did bring the issue to our attention before the trip and confirmed that they would provide a full refund of our deposit if we chose to cancel. After discussing it with our group, that is ultimately what we decided to do because we did not want to risk luggage not fitting on the morning of our cruise. I appreciate that they notified us well in advance and agreed to refund our deposit, but the entire situation could have been avoided with more thorough communication before the booking was made. When someone specifically provides a passenger count and asks questions about a vehicle before committing to a reservation, important limitations like luggage capacity should be clearly explained at that time. Unfortunately, the experience left us disappointed and looking elsewhere for our transportation.

Received a text confirmation the day prior to the rental to confirm everything. Driver (Brian) arrived early and was very courteous and professional. Told him our starting point and rough plan for the night. The limo bus was a nice shiny white on the outside, with "conversational perimeter seating", basically a long leather couch type seating that runs the length of each side, so everyone can sit and face each other. (Certainly better than sitting in traditional seating, facing forward, without really being able to enjoy each others' company).Big screen TV, sounds system, ice, snacks and water/soda provided. One of our friends made up a play list and was able to connect it via Bluetooth to the audio system. BYOB as long as you're 21 or over. Made 4 stops at restaurants/bars over the course of our 8 hour night, plus a few individual drop-offs, had a great time and didnt have to worry about a thing aside from enjoying ourselves. Brian kept close and as the night unfolded, all we had to do was give him a quick call before we were ready to leave and he met us minutes later. Upon booking, i wasnt sure how many people we were going to have for the night out, so i went conservative with the vehicle size we needed. We ended up having 10 people in the 14 passenger limo, which was actually perfect. Although it fits 14, with a full 14 passengers, you'd be sitting right next to each other, without a lot of room to move around. The whole experience was top notch and highly recommended.

The ride to the airport was great, the driver was polite, on time, and got her there in plenty of time for her flight. However, the ride home was disasterous. She never received a confirmation call despite her flight being delayed due to weather conditions. She called the owner to confirm the reservation back, which he was disgruntled by the fact she was calling to confirm. Then the driver finally reached out with his information. When she arrived she was notified that driver had arrived and she should go to baggage claim. The driver claimed there was too much traffic to pick up at the designated rideshare pickup and he would have to go to another location. The driver should have been in the correct location knowing that traffic is part of the daily commuter problem coming in and out of Philadelphia. When she called to discuss with him, he was annoyed and dismissive of her request. She then again attempted to contact the owner with no response. She texted the owner what had happened and magically the driver got a phone call from the owner. The following ride home was concerning as the driver was on his phone and not abiding by the rules of the road. The owner called the following day not to apologize about the situation, but to act surprised that all of this had taken place. Despite the debacle, she tipped well because she felt like it was the right thing to do. This will be the last time we use such an unprofessional service. This was supposed to be a relaxing and calming experience due to the professionalism that is customary.
