I had reserved a standard size SUV, which, according to their website, is a Chevy equinox or similar. Instead, I was put into a compact SUV and then lied to about it. The agent insists this Mazda is a std size. Then, when bill comes out less than expected, he acts surprised. So we go home and research. Nope. This Mazda is, in fact, compact SUV. I reserved std because I need bigger than what I own. So we call. Oh, well let me see what I can do. I'll call you back in an hour. I call them back in two. Oh, that fell through. Let me try this. I'll call you back in an hour. After waiting again and losing precious drive time, we called back. Because apparently they can't be bothered to call us, despite what they say. So now we've lost over 3-1/2 hours. So I called the location they were supposedly dealing with trying to find us what they should've had for us all along. This other location says most of the std size SUVs got recalled last week. What?!? Notify people with reservations instead of lie to them when they come to pick them up? But that would be thousands of notifications! You expect us to do that? So of course I said yes and got nowhere. Now we're looking at getting on the road and calling enterprise customer service to find us a larger SUV at a location on our route. So we left behind some of the things I reserved an SUV specifically to be able to take as well as because my mother and i are disabled and would like to be able to move when we reach our destination. We can't be packed like sardines. So we finally get on the road much unsatisfied but with customer service "helping" us. Well, by this point most locations are closing for the night. Customer service sends a message or reservation or whatever to an airport location ahead of u which has a Chevy equinox. They were to have it ready at noon the next day for us to pick up. So we alter our schedule again, show up, wait our turn only to be told they have nothing for us. This is a circus!!!!! I have no intention of ever renting another vehicle from them again and plan to file a copy of this review with the BBB. read more

Horrible customer service by the lady who works there. This place has gone down. It used to be a friendly environment.

Horrible customer service, horrible vehicles, horrible fleet management. I booked a standard size sedan and even confirmed with the rep the morning prior to pick-up. I arrived at noon and there were no standard sized vehicles available. However, I was "upgraded" to a truck. It wasn't an upgrade cause the truck was stank, trifling and dirty like the customer service at this branch. read more

Corporate account and have been renting with Enterprise for 4 years. Platinum member and all that. And never have I ever heard that you need to supply proof of insurance and a check stub. Booked the car with my Enterprise Plus points and the corporate account covers the insurance. I rent from Enterprise locations all over the U.S. and have never heard of this. Dumbfounded. read more

Worst service ever. I booked my rental online. I then called customer service. I was told by the customer service 800 number that I could use a debit card for a 15 passenger of church kids that I was taking to LSU. When I arrived to the La place location, which was my first time there by the way, I was told that They would not accept my debit card without 2 utility bills and that I can only rent a 7 passenger van with a debit card. Debit cards were not allowed on 15 passenger. Imagine what an inconvenience and bind that was! I called the customer service number the night before so that I could have everything needed to pick up the van and go. Don't know why their main customer service did not add that information. Another lady from church had to end up driving a second van to accommodate my kids. When I voice my concerns to the lady behind the counter, she replied, "Well our policy is written right here on the counter as though I was an idiot". Keep in mind, I had never been there to see their counter. Everyone in the office never made eye contact or did not even apologize as I voiced my concerns. They were just waiting for me to stop talking. Ill never go to that location again. The commercial made it look so easy to pick up a car and go. read more

Terrible experience, I'm so upset i reserved a car for 5 days for a vacation and they ruined it for me and my entire family. Spend your money else where they don't deserve it the staff is rude they made me cry from how much frustrating she had given me. I've given her all information that she needed and she denied me with a rude attitude. Don't rent a car from here go somewhere else. I'm sorry that i even considered renting from here now. Terrible services, I reserved a van and when I got there they wanted to hold a $700 dollars deposit instead of the usual $200. So then I had my debit card and they said they couldn't accept that, so I then decide to split the payment with two cards, then the incompetent manager said they couldn't do that, in what world in today's modern technology you can't use two cards to pay. Then my sister who was going On the trip with me decide to use her credit card but she wasn't going to drive, I was or my father. Then they that it has to be the credit card of the person who was gong to drive, but since she wasn't going to drive they are going to charge $10 extra per day to my father for driving the car. They use to be good I rented cars various a couple years ago, but now that they ruined our trip I'm never going to rent a car in this location ever again. The worst is that I asked all the questions when I reserved the car and they told me that all the my needed was a $200 deposit and you can pay with anything. read more

Excellent service!!! Erica and the entire crew are awesome! I'm a pilot and requested that the rental be delivered to the local airport. it was there when I arrived - clean, full tank, and ready to go. I also needed an after-hours return early the following morning. I left it where I picked it up, and Enterprise took care of the rest. Very happy with the vehicle, but even happier with the service! read more
