What is the point of even making a reservation if this branch clearly doesn't honor it? It's honestly beyond frustrating at this point. This isn't a one-time mistake or some random issue -- this is their pattern, every single time. No reliability, no consistency, and absolutely no sense of customer service. We plan ahead, we do everything right, and they still leave us scrambling at the last minute like our time doesn't matter at all.
