The price was fair and considerably cheaper that at airport. Only downfall so far is when they showed me my options of cars, they didn't seems clean. The inside of one I liked smelled of stoned cigarette and had deep stains all over the interior seats. Not very pleasing to customers. He offered to bring up another car that was a higher grade and for same price which was nice. I will update this review once I return the car tomorrow. :)

After leaving, I noticed the agreement incorrectly required the vehicle to be returned to Houma. I immediately returned to the branch and spoke with employee Richardson. I specifically asked whether I would be charged extra for returning it to an Enterprise location near my hometown. He told me no. Because I did not trust that information, I called Enterprise Customer Service. The representative told me Richardson was incorrect, corrected the rental agreement, recalculated the charges, and specifically told me there would be no additional fees. I returned the vehicle that same day and received my final receipt. About two weeks later, this Houma location charged my credit card approximately $170 for a drop-off fee, this fee was never disclosed. I called the branch and was left on hold for approximately an hour with no one answering. I also contacted Enterprise Customer Service three times without resolution. This experience was extremely unprofessional. Customers should not have to correct an employee's mistake, call corporate to verify the information, receive confirmation that there will be no additional charges, and then be charged anyway weeks later. I would not recommend this location. Based on other reviews I have read, concerns regarding professionalism, communication, and follow-up do not appear to be isolated.

I rented a small SUV well in advance on 19 Mar 2026 for 6 days and turned it in on March 25th, 2026, approximately 2 hours early due to the TSA shut down. No one was there when I picked up the car, to do an inspection or walk through. I was just told by another National RAC employees to pick "whatever" and drive off. Not cool. When I returned, I was met by another rude, AA woman who did not look at the car, treat me like a valued customer, nor thank me for my patronage to ERAC. I completed a phone text survey and asked to speak to a manager, which never happened. No military or disabled veteran discounts ever offered, just fleece us for every last dollar. They charged me $8.96 for fueling costs, even though I tuned the car in with a full tank. I understand sales taxes, but unreasonable service charges and fees for crappy, non-existent customer service came out to an additional $102.20. What a rip off! Not happy with Enterprise Rent a Car.
