We ended up not needing the bus service later in the evening and they would not refund us, which it's completely understandable. However, with the amount we paid for that time block, we expected to be the only group he had for that day he seemed to have booked another ride and was not able to come pick us up for almost two hours when we asked him to come get us at 330PM!!!!! If i'm renting a bus service for 14 hours and then only have to use 8 of those hours, do you think a business would be happy to provide the correct service in the smaller window. Instead, he made a group of 30 people wait in a parking lot for over an hour and a half, nearly two hours for him. Because of this, we had to miss a dinner reservation. With a party of this size, it was a very large deposit that we could not get back. If there was a 0 star option, I would leave that here.

When they arrived and he was not there Ì called and he said he was sorry but he hurt his back and forgot to call me. NOw he denies it. My family spent t an hour to rent the car, had to drive on tneir own in a strange area and get to the airport An Extra hour early (on top of the TSA mess) to return the car. Refuses to pay the rental car fee Or refund my payment for the ride that never happened.

The 1st time our paths crossed was alittle under 3 years ago when a group of friends and I came to town to celebrate a 50th Birthday.. Since that trusted day back in 2016, POSH Transportation and Theron have been my "to go" for my transportation needs! Theron exemplifies the individuals in the south with their kindness, hospitality and pleasant personality.. He gave us/me lots of information, recommendations and guidance to ensure my stay was a memorable one! The vans were comfortable, clean and most importantly had the best Air Conditioning to help acclimate my body to the local temperatures! Definitely TOP NOTCH in all categories of service, safety and vehicles!

He was there waiting for his wife to collect her luggage. We talked and agreed to use his service. WHAT A DELIGHTFUL GENTLEMAN. He charged us $15 a piece and was incredibly helpful with restaurant and entertainment suggestions. We arranged for him to take four of us back and he seemed genuinely interested in hearing how our trip went. We liked him so much that we all gave him a goodbye hug!!! They also provide sightseeing tours too. This trip our drivers have been Daniel and Jerry - both great and timely.
