The laundry and shower facilities are top notch, they are open 24/7 with a pass code. There is WiFi in the Park and a convenient way to pay your rent on time. Also they have security cameras to ensure the safety of your items. However there was a little downside to staying here, the entrance to the park is narrow and there is only one lane. This made exiting and entering problematic at times when there was a change in the day crew, night crew hours. Also the Park borders up to the woods and a canal so have your bug spray on the ready at all times. All in all you won't find a better park in Luling if you need to plan an extended stay. Trust me the convince of the location to the 310 and 90 can't be beat.

Our area is kept very clean, the grass crew works weekly to keep up the grounds , the trash dumpsters are emptied very often like three times a week or more . The Laundry room, is nice and air conditioned :) Mrs. Debbie (Rv park Manager ) I can't say enough about this great lady. She is always working around the Campground. RV and Campers come in at all hours of the night and she is always there to help guide them in and get settled. She is always checking on her tenants to make sure there settled in and all is good . Thank you Debbie for all that you do here for us all . Plus we have a great pool right down the road at Poche Rv and campground that we enjoy often. Great place , very clean and quiet

The bar is only open to the public 1-2 nights a week. Currently on Thursday nights they have music, drinks, and a small menu. A good local crowd turns out on these nights and enjoys a nice scenic evening in Thibodaux.
