And without any unpaid balance I am entitled to recieve my security deposit on the lot that was required before we were able to move into the home. after months of being avoided calls rejected and several meetings that he scheduled but never showed up to, I spoke to him with documentation in hand stating the date I moved from residence to new residence that he requested. The result.... 10 minutes into discussion JAY began getting Loud and disrespectful "you know what I aint giving you anything!" "what you gonna do about it?" repeatedly yelling over me aws I am still trying to speak in a professional calm manner "what you gonna do about it" what you gonna do about it" as he leaned backwards lesiurely in his chair taunting me.

The laundry and shower facilities are top notch, they are open 24/7 with a pass code. There is WiFi in the Park and a convenient way to pay your rent on time. Also they have security cameras to ensure the safety of your items. However there was a little downside to staying here, the entrance to the park is narrow and there is only one lane. This made exiting and entering problematic at times when there was a change in the day crew, night crew hours. Also the Park borders up to the woods and a canal so have your bug spray on the ready at all times. All in all you won't find a better park in Luling if you need to plan an extended stay. Trust me the convince of the location to the 310 and 90 can't be beat.
